Normally I wouldn't post but this must be addressed. First of whoever answers the phone and said they have a notary there just straight lied. I called in the morning about that and was told there is one in and can be used anytime. Cool, get there find out they have times and only two times noon or 345pm. I put myself on for 345pm as I still had work. I rush in 10 minutes early and they tell me the notary cancelled and I should schedule one for tomorrow. Just find another place or at the minimum a competent worker that can clearly state times of when the notary will be in instead of say "all day till 5pm" least have some proper information. Truly absurd and a waste of time. read more

There's an extremely rude and grumpy older man who, after ignoring me and acting as if I wasn't there when I was next in line, told me he didn't know how to print docs I needed from my phone. I've been there before and copies were made from my phone, no problem. He abruptly ignored me by turning away and asked the next person in line if he could help her, while I stood there dumbfounded at how rude he'd been to me. Luckily another worker came in the door just then and I asked if he could help and he did. It was only 2 pages I needed, but because of being ignored for so long, this minor transaction took way longer than it should've, & I subsequently was charged an additional $6.50 in parking fees! It is very convenient and although there is limited parking, it is usually not too busy. The two men that work there are friendly and are also helpful. They also take items to send via USPS as they pick up daily at 3pm. Great if you cannot make it to the Post Office. read more

Staff are helpful in explainiing of what Amazon merchandise needs to be packed and what doesn't need to be packed. Electronics like cd or clock and shoes need to be packed and sealed in a box. Any non electronic will be put in a box of Amazon returns. One time I had to had to return my shoes so I had buy a box to put it in. read more

The worker Bill "helped" me and he was ridiculously rude. He asked me if there was a battery inside my package and I told him "no" he then he says "there better not be a battery in there." with distasteful attitude. Then he asked me to double check the address he entered and I politely informed him it was incorrect and he said "like a give a fuck." I understand people have bad days, however, this was just truly unacceptable, incredibly unprofessional, and absolutely uncalled for. I have never experienced customer service this poor. This UPS Store is here for those working, living, or doing business in Downtown. If you want free and easy parking, drive to another location. I feel like everyone who goes to UPS is just there to return something they purchased online. Me included! I've been here several times already (yes I bring my returns to work then drop them off here after work). It's very conveniently located along Bishop St, next to 7-11. Way more convenient than nearest to my home. What's great about this store is it's well-staffed, and the employees are very efficient and friendly. There's never a line, and all my transactions has just been in an out in less than a minute. The hours are tailor made for Downtown, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-6:00pm, so you can drop off before and after work. The store is quite spacious too! Perhaps too spacious. Overall, a very, very convenient UPS store for the Downtowners. Efficient and friendly staff. read more

Called ahead to see if they had the ability to print from a cel phone and they do. The friendly gentleman explained how their copiers print right from the phone so when we walked in we headed straight for an open copier. Followed the simple instructions. Email the file to an email address they have listed. When you do that you automatically get an email from them with a code. Put that code into their copier and BAM! you're ready to print. Convenient UPS location if you're in Downtown. I was on a mission to look for large bubble wrap and found them here at this location. At first I was disappointed at how little the amount of bubble wrap was out but the guy asked how much I needed 10, 20ft? He went to the back and cut me more. He was nice and straight forward, not friendly but not rude. When paying I used a VISA gift card and the amount was greater than on the card and I was able to pay the remaining balance with another VISA gift card. Other places I've run into the issue where you need to know the exact amount left on the card if what you're purchasing is greater (I.e. Walmart). Thankfully not the case and then I went on my way. I needed more bubble wrap than I bought the first time and had to make a second trip. read more

This is my go-to UPS store. Since Amazon has been primarily doing all of its returns through UPS, it's nice to have a reliable location to drop items off at. Store is bright, clean, and inviting and it's a plus that it's open on Saturdays. The service at this location is always excellent! Staff is friendly and very efficient. Even when there is a line, I can't remember ever waiting more than a couple of minutes. I've onlu used UPS shipping here, so I can't speak for the other services. This is in downtown on Bishop Street so parking is tough, but I usually park in the loading zone in front of Executive Centre and have never had a problem. If you are just dropping off, that's the way to go. Or if you have a partner in crime, one person can wait in the car while the other makes the drop. read more

Greeted as I entered the store and the young man up front was very helpful and kind. He made it easy for me to get a document printed and faxed. Cost was cheap, paid about $3 for services. Their Location is right on bishop next to 7/11 and 24 hour fitness. (Lots of homeless people hang out outside so it's a little rough.) Not sure where the designated parking was, so I parked up front. I had my fiancé stay and wait in the car while I went in. Wouldn't want to get a parking ticket. I really wasn't sure if I could park there. read more

There are only a few loading/unloading curbside parking spots right in front of this busy district, and I'm sure the workers here know that which is why they are super fast and efficient! One week ago I stopped in at this location and thought the timing looked perfect as there was no one in line and I couldn't stay long because my spouse had an appointment. So I walk in and there was a young woman up front who walks away as I'm approaching. It looked like she was just starting to do something as she had put an empty box down by the right side register. So I said "Hello" to her as she came back and received no greeting in return but a very rude "I'll be with you in a moment," with the tone of "Can't you see you're interrupting me?" So I stood there while she was helping absolutely no one just doing some sort of internal duty. Can you please help me to understand what is proper etiquette for customers when walking in as I was treated as though I was being very rude for walking right up to on of the registers thinking I would be receiving help. Much Aloha Fellas at UPS. You guys realllllly work hard and it shows why the rating it 4.0 when it needs to be a 5.0 Star Rating!!! My first time here was such an amazing experience. I looked all over the island trying to figure out what location to go to because I am big on STARS -- if you have the low stars.. no thanks! I try to dodge bad experiences lol So long story short is -- I have 2 locations right down the street there's Kapahulu which the girl had an attitude (not sure her name but she was not nice at all) and she looked like she didn't want to help when I asked her how much boxes were. I think it's cheaper to bring your own boxes it's $13 for a 20x20x20 and I got some boxes for way cheaper. I rather have my own box to save money but your choice to decide what works best for ya. This other location I despise going to which is even closer to me is around the corner from DonQ, but sadly they have a racist worker there and (I'll save that review for another time--really bummed me out she took another customer in front of me just because they were the same race... so not fair after I had been waiting over 15min before that customer ever showed up) don't know why she would take someone who is not even in line. Anyways, I love the Bishop downtown is THE BEST EVER UPS however, yes this downtown parking and location is pretty rough since it is on a One-Way Street. So let's Talk about no parking unless you go alllllll the way up to the almost top of the building structure to park ... which is ALL "Reserved Parking" signs UNTIL you get to LEVEL 6 to finally look for a Regular "non reserved" space-- fast forward to paying for your own parking since the UPS is separate and they do Not Validate your Parking Validation Ticket (only 24hr gym validates parking) so just don't do it and save some time and illegally park Right In Front of the store. Just Pray ya find a loading zone available or look for an empty space out front... sometimes it's open but sometimes the UPS guys are parked there or some other random car/truck might be there. My first day at Bishop location, I was helped by Mr. Brennan. He was super patient and professionally helpful. I had everything ready and when I thought I was ready but was still confirming everything, he had nothing but understanding and open arms to help me carry my boxes to the counter as well. He offered to even help tape my box too!!! That is great above and beyond service -- you don't get that at other shipping store they always tell you to buy the tape and tape it yourself haha. Most places push you to have your own tape but I already came with my boxes taped just had to finish up one out of the 2. I bought tape but ran out. I offered to purchase tape from Mr. Brennan but he took care of it right away and taped it for me. My experience the first time with Mr. Brennan made me want to try the same store again instead of the adjacent UPS stores that had bad ratings. Next visit, an entirely new day, there was a friendly employee Named Mr. Fabian who assisted me. Mr. Fabian was super cool vibes and he was very professional and so was Mr. Brennan when he was giving me the quotes and pricing for shipping. It made me really happy that they were both there to help the community since they give extraordinary customer service!!!! My favorite part is when I was going to give the address, but Mr. Fabian says it for me--such awesomeNess!!! It is ok if you need quick copy of a few pages. I needed to print 100 pages off USB. The usb has maybe 20MB and i can open the files on my windiws 10 at home Their printer cannot open my usb Their back computer cannot open it either "bc the usb is too large" Their computer for all customers to use is broken akready for a week People working there are often not skilled.. They are friendly but cannot help. I had some ppl mess up my print job. One of the problems is their office computer is so far fromthe front desk so it is hard to tell them what to print. Overalk this is ok for small quick copies and maybe sending print jobs by email but it is not a serious print shop. read more

I had to have some documents notarized, scanned, emailed, and overnighted. Fabian was great. He was very helpful and said he could help me right away. He was quick and efficient and made sure I had everything I needed. Everything was completed in about 20 minutes. Which was great for the amount of documents I had. Store is now requiring shipping boxes for Amazon returns. They cite an incorrect Amazon shipping reference stating that "boxes should be sealed", but nowhere on Amazon does it state that boxes are necessary. For items that need containment, it makes sense that a box will be required, but not a product that is already confined to a container. Providing a shipping box has not been a requirement of this store before today. And the need for a shipping box is not required by Amazon. Per Amazon return guidelines - https://www.aboutamazon.com/news/operations/free-returns-with-no-box-tape-or-label-needed "Customers can also choose to return eligible items free of charge at more than 4,768 UPS Stores nationwide with no box required for most items." I guess it's only at 4,767 stores now. Maybe this store doesn't want to package up Amazon returns anymore. read more

I am so upset with UPS. I contacted UPS 2x on Wednesday because they had my delivery address incorrect. Both times the person on the phone reassured me that the address is correct. Thursday, I login to my UPS account, and the address is still incorrect. I call a 3rd time, same thing, I am reassured the address has been corrected and updated. Today, Friday is the delivery date, so I am tracking my package and I get a notification that the address is incorrect and my package is undeliverable. UPS should get it together, what the heck is going on? Now they want to move the delivery date to 12/5/22, not acceptable. I want my package delivered today period. I called and was also told a manager will be contacting me within the hour. The only thing I want to hear is my package will be delivered today. read more
