The Only Shipping Center You Need I've been a loyal regular here since day one. If you're tired of the "usual" postal experience, do yourself a favor and switch to this team. The Highlights: Versatility: They handle everything from my frequent Amazon returns to secure shredding. Mailboxes: Need one? Boom--done. Service: The shop is spotless, and the staff is the definition of helpful and knowledgeable. It's rare to find a place where you're consistently greeted with a smile and out the door in minutes. Simply the best in the business! read more

Very disappointing experience. On 9/11 at 12:52PM, the female employee who helped me was extremely friendly and talkative with the customer ahead of me, and she also warmly welcomed the person behind me. However, when I approached the counter, her demeanor changed completely. She didn't greet me or say anything, took my return package, scanned the QR code from my phone, and handed me my receipt without a word. Her body language and facial expression made it very clear that she did not want to assist me. I understand that employees can have bad days, but the contrast in how she interacted with the other customers compared with how she treated me was noticeable and uncomfortable. I left feeling unwelcome and honestly wondering whether my appearance or the color of my skin had anything to do with the way I was treated. I can't know her intentions, but that was the impression her behavior left me with. This location is only about five minutes from my home, but after this experience, I will not be returning. Basic courtesy and professional customer service should be extended to everyone. Management needs to do better. Regards, read more

Whenever I have gone to the UPS in Inspirada, I am always greeted with a smile and asked, how may I help you? They've always been very pleasant and patient with me and if I need help, they've always helped me if I've ever made a mistake in something in that I appreciate.. read more

I literally will drive 10 or 20 extra minutes to go to other UPS stores. The parking here absolutely stinks, there's nothing the store could maybe do about that now, except fpetition to have a different traffic pattern and additional parking. But it's not easy getting in and out, or finding parking. The people who work there are minimally friendly. Again, if I have a choice to go here versus literally driving 20 minutes out of my way to go to a different UPS, I will. There are two other locations off of eastern that have easier parking and much nicer employees. I just called to find out if they have a notary there today and was placed on hold, for several minutes. I eventually just hung up. Come on guys, you can do better! read more

I always come here for delivery services, and the staff are always nice and ready to help. They make everything quick and easy every time. Best UPS Store in town! read more

This is a very convenient location for folks living in the Inspirada area of Henderson. The staff are friendly and very professional.

I can't thank the owners enough for what they did. After losing my wallet, I was anxious, especially knowing the store had closed. The owners went above and beyond, after hours! They found my wallet and got it back to me that same night. Their kindness, care, and understanding were truly exceptional. I've used this store multiple times for shipping and returning Amazon packages, and every visit has been just as smooth. The staff is always efficient and friendly, and this experience only confirmed how much they care about their customers. read more

Leah went above and beyond when I came in for a simple print. Printer at home was broke and had to print an updated health card, without hesitation she knew since it was a card to not only adjust it to fit in my wallet, but also to laminate it so it wouldn't get damaged. Great customer service. read more

AJ and Leah were excellent in helping me with a complicated shipping. Couldn't have asked for better service.

I love this place I've been a box holder for nearly 4 years and lately I have to come back twice for my packages. New staff members seem to lack the initiative to look for our packages. We get home and we go right back up there to go get the other ones. Jeronda is great and she deserves to know that the service just hasn't been that great lately. Aiden, Leah, and AJ are great. Generally they are on top of things. Not so sure I can say this about the others. Hate to send this review, but let's get it together guys. read more

Quick and friendly service. Always reliable and handles everything correctly. Convenient location

Leah was so helpful - thank u for awesome service!! Offered everything before I asked for it. Great location.

Great experience with Leah. I came in for some document shredding and Leah was able to give me a 5 dollar discount on my shredding because of a promotion she told me about. Not only that, but she was extremely prompt and didn't take offense when I asked if I could watch her put my documents into the shredding lockbox. Great experience all the way around. This store is such an important part of our community in Inspirada. My wife and I use it often. read more

I've been coming to this location for a while and the staff is always friendly, usually teenagers working, but they're professional for the most part. Up until now, I've never been told there was a fee for printing a label or for sending the email with the label. I can understand a small charge for printing, but a fee just to email the label feels like nickel-and-diming. The bigger issue is disclosure. These fees aren't posted anywhere, there's nothing on the sign where they advertise their email address, and I've never been charged before. When I asked where the fees were listed and looked at the sign, the response was, "Oh, it wouldn't be on there." So again, how am I supposed to know before you ring me up, especially if I've never been charged or told before? They also don't have pricing displayed anywhere except on the products for sale. So just a heads-up: if you're planning to use extra services like printing or emailing, ask about the cost first. Otherwise, you may be surprised by charges that aren't clearly listed. read more

Horrible customer service, lazy employees, lack of care, unhelpful. Please take a training class on how to treat people.

As someone who has been to a lot of different UPS stores in Vegas this is my favorite one and that is due to Leah and AJ. I'm always consistently greeted and having conversations with them and through observation can see that they are not apathetic towards their job. Keep up the good work!! read more

Wow, what incredible service this place has. This is the new UPS Store in Inspirada area and I'm so glad they opened up over here. They not only handle online printing, shipping, and whatnot, but they also process Amazon returns, which is why I made my way in here. They're located in the same shopping center as the gas station and Liquor World. I came in this afternoon (a Tuesday) to bring some Amazon returns that have been stacking up in my doorway for quite some time. A couple people were ahead of me in line but the nice employee that was working still greeted me as soon as I walked in, which I thought was really nice. I had a few returns to do, and one I didn't even notice said that I would package it. Luckily I brought in some extra boxes and the employee was so nice, she just said don't even worry about it, just leave it in that box and I'll pack it up for you! How kind!!! I will definitely be using this location for online printing (I do a lot for work) and for my shipping and Amazon returns. Two thumbs up from me and five stars for sure! read more
