I didn't need anything shipped but did have to get fingerprinted for a background check. The employee was friendly, efficient, competent, and funny. It's a little awkward when a stranger has to touch your hands, but he put me at ease and made it a quick process. Parking was a bit tricky. I had to park down the street past the business but the walk wasn't bad.

This was a time sensitive document and I confirmed that this would be mailed no later than one day. They accepted my envelope in December 22nd for a priority mail and today is 24th and the tracking number is not even in the system. When I look up the tracking number it says that the number is invalid. When you call them there is no answer. I tried calling them 7-9 times in 48 hours and no answer, not even a voicemail. I mean how useless are you guys???. You seriously may rather drive the thing you want mailed to the receivers address than giving it to them. Save your money guys. This business is a shame.

I spoke to Beth, who was outstanding in communicating with us in a timely manner about their estimate and job details. I can think of at least 3 that are less than 15 minutes from me, with this location being the closest. The staff at this location is always friendly and they move quick. The only time you might get hung up is by an unprepared customer. I've seen the staff always stay very patient and courteous with these more challenging customers. A bonus at this facility is that they have a self shipping kiosk for Amazon returns. I would say that 99% of my visits are for this very reason. Amazon returns are almost always free from a UPS Store. Just make sure you click the other options tab when submitting a return. In many cases, a Kohl's location will be at the top of the list. Additionally, in many cases, you'll have to pay to have it picked up from home. The self check out kiosks have made this even easier. Scan your barcode, put your item(s) in the bag provided, affix your label and drop in the box. From that point you can opt to have a receipt printed or emailed to you. Easy as that. Would I go back? Definitely. This is my go-to Amazon returns location. As long as Amazon is in business, returns will be a part of all of our daily lives.

Spencer ensured that everything would be wrapped to absolute perfection as we had a lot of glass that we were shipping. Initially, I was nervous about this location due to the other reviews however, Spencer cured any anxiety that I had. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful upon arrival and Main maintained that way throughout the entire experience. I had a lot of questions and concerns which he addressed and then went on to prove that he's of his word. He was patient as he addressed all of my concerns. Stellar customer service can be like hunting for a unicorn these days so I'm very appreciative. Fast forward to the arrival of my packages.
