It was only the two of us in the store and I had several boxes to ship and she just started my first package when a guy walked in with an envelope. I said he should go in front of me and Cheryl said she would have to re enter my business account information and he would have to wait a long time. He ended up leaving because she wouldn't help him. Then a few minutes later a woman walked in and she stopped and helped her on another computer then came back to me and had to re enter my business account. She charged me $34 for two boxes saying my original boxes were retail boxes and she couldn't ship them, which was not true. They were shipping boxes. I will not go to this location if she's working there, she's rude. Save yourself the headache and use a different location.
