The only thing that happened is that I have a piano and they didn't bring a piano mover board, but the management fixed it by having more crew come to our house with the piano mover which took more time but they didn't charge us extra, they did it free of charge which was great!, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional ,reliable , and affordable move.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with All My Sons Moving & Storage during our move…read more After the move was completed, we discovered that a PlayStation 5 Pro was missing from the home. The item was not transported separately by us and was present during the moving process, but could not be located after the movers had access to the property and belongings. We selected and paid for the AMS Protection Plan with $5,000 in declared coverage, expecting professionalism, accountability, and basic protection of our property. Instead, we are now dealing with a missing high-value item and the stress of filing a police report. We have formally notified the company and requested an internal investigation. At this point, the issue remains unresolved. Moving companies are trusted with access to customers' homes and personal belongings, so situations like this are extremely serious. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.

I hired them to move me out of my ex's house into my apartment in Oct 2019. I understand moving a…read morepiano upstairs is no easy job but it has been done 3 times before. 3 guys show up to do the job. 1st guy informs me it's his birthday & he really didn't want to work that day. Later on, I find out he broke his hand 2 days prior and still came to work. The 2nd guy didn't even work for the company, he was the 1st guys friend just there to help him put because they needed a 3rd person. The 3rd guy was absolutely useless. When removing furniture from my ex's house they moved items out of the way but didn't put it back. Pictures were knocked off the wall & were just left on the floor. They wrecked the house & just left it. Didn't clean up, just the house with pictures on floor & furniture pushed down the hallway. My piano was damaged during the move. I pointed it out to the 3rd guy (Mr. Useless), it was missing an important piece. He's ask me " Wasn't it like that at the house?" What?! This is the guy that packed & wrapped it. I watched him do it. SO I call office 7-8 times over 2 months, left voice-mails. Never got an answer. My piano is 30 yrs, it's been moved into an apartment before, I've never had an issues & it's never been damaged until now. I would never recommend them. I pay $651 to move it 1 mile.

Please read the reviews and do NOT use this company. I received multiple quotes from different…read morecompanies and was assured that a 4-hour move would do the job. I hired Blue Oak movers and was quoted, in writing, that it would be $850 when everything was said and done. We spent the entire week prior to the move making trips between the two homes. We counted a minimum of 5 trips with at least one pickup truck. At one point we had two pickups and 3 SUV's. We wanted to make sure that for $159 an hour, only the appliances, large furniture, and larger boxed items were left. The movers showed up on time. They did a quick walkthrough and I told them that EVERYTHING left went. This was a mantra I seemed to have to repeat over and over again. After the first hour and a half, I began to worry. Only about 25% of the items that needed to go were loaded. At the 3 hour mark, I couldn't stand it anymore and told them to just stop loading stuff and head to the new house. After all, this was a 4-hour move and they were already three hours in with a half-hour drive ahead of them. They managed to get maybe 70% of the items in the home that needed to be moved loaded in the truck. Once they arrived at the new home, they waited until I got there ( there were already 4 other family members there waiting for them) with a truck full of my stuff. I had to, at that point of no return, confirm my credit card information with them before they would unload my belongings. My items were held, hostage. I made sure they had the correct credit card info and they began unloading the items. I was assured this would be a faster process than loading. After another three and a half hours the truck was unloaded. I got the final bill to approve when they were done. Over $1,450!!!!!!! That is not to mention my son's gaming desk that they broke and I had to replace, the cord to my deep freezer they snapped off part of it, or our new $1,500 recliner that now tilts to one side. I also spent the next 4 days, about 5 hours a day making trips between the two houses finishing the move on my own. The only contact information they have is for the scheduler. I sent multiple emails to the email address that I had been using to communicate with them. No responses. They literally don't seem to care about anything. This company is a complete and total scam. DO NOT USE THEM!!! It ended up costing us around $1,700 in the end for an $850 move. And that is without replacing the recliner or freezer cord.
