I reached…read moreout initially to schedule a time but ended up moving the date and they were very flexible with rearranging their schedule. They were on time and moved very quickly! They took apart my bed and offered to reassemble! My mattress did get a bit damaged on the bottom and a screen door flexi-glass broke. However, they reduced the original quote to pay for those damages and I was very much grateful. During the move it started to rain and they were able to move quickly to get my soft furniture out of truck so it wasn't ruined. In addition, I did pitch in to help and their initial was response was that I definitely didn't need to do that but I felt bad just standing around. Lastly, I had some items I needed to pitch that required a larger dumpster and they took it for me at no additional charge! They then turned the Night Stands on end and again placing the metal dolly under the side Scratching both ends. These movers were the worst and then before finishing the move they asked for a Tip. The estimate was for $1100 but at the end we paid $2200. I saw the loaders standing around rather than working multiple times during the move. NEVER AGAIN, I do not recommend them to move even a dog house!

And we did have a bit of a hiccup because we had to offload at two different stops. The last stop had a very teeny elevator, and a ridiculously dumb access point, but that was the apartment buildings rules, though... We had to comply. It was kind of a nightmare. These guys were so good, that I hired them three days later to move new furniture from a different condo into this one. Once again, they were punctual and fun to work with and most importantly... In both of these moves, nothing was damaged! Nothing. And they were expert at disassembling and assembling a very large bed frame. They had to get really creative, moving it out of this condo and then into the new one. They got it done. I highly recommend. 10 out of 10. Would repeat.
