We use the pick up service to help us with my live-in mother-in-law. The customer service is excellent. The kind you just don't see anymore. One week they accidentally missed a pick up. Rather than delay our order, they picked it up early the next day and returned it within 2 hours (usually overnight). It's clear they take pride in what they do. It's been a life saver for me as we are providing full care for my MIL on top of full time jobs. read more

Today was my first time in laundry station. I drop off 60 pounds to the nice lady in the front desk pay 80$ and walk. After 2 hours I get called for pick up, when I arrived home i saw the chaos!!! Oh laundry how I loathe thee so... especially since I don't have a washer and dryer hookup at my apartment. Grumble grumble... I had moved recently and had to wash my comforter and blankets. We drove around the area to a few different laundromats based on the reviews from Yelp, and sadly the sketchy factor seemed quite high at most of them. The last trip to a local Laundromat resulted in us grabbing our blankets from the dryer while they were still damp because we saw roaches walking along the tops of the washers. YUCK!!! Needless to say, I was a bit traumatized and very hesitant to try another Laundromat in fear of bringing some unwanted guests home with us. After scoping out a few different places, we stumbled across the Laundry Station and it had no reviews. Dare we try it?? My brain was so frazzled from all the driving, and wondering so YES, we dared. We grabbed our stuff and wandered in and the initial first impression was great. There is an attendant at the desk at all times, plenty of seating, a vending machine, video games and a children's play area. There were several sizes of washer and dryer, and even though it was crazy busy we walked right in and got a washer. The attendant at the desk was FANTASTIC!!! We must have looked like lost puppies because she came quickly to our aid to tell us which size washer and dryer we needed. We thought we needed larger originally and she actually saved us a good amount of change by informing us of the correct sizes. When they were ready for the dryer she offered to get a cart for us. She was very attentive to all of her customers, and if they offered a customer service award there, she needs to have it for sure. She was amazing and will definitely be the reason we go back there. While our stuff was drying, I grabbed a magazine to peruse. They have a fully stocked shelf of magazines to keep you busy while you wait. One huge plus for this place is that they have a laundry service as well. You can drop off your laundry to them, and they will wash and fold it all for a very reasonable rate. All in all for a Laundromat, this place easily deserves the 5 star rating. Bonus, if you get hungry for more than vending machine food, there is a Larosa's right next door to walk to. read more

The Laundry Station is the best self laundry in the Tri-State area period! The staff is friendly and personable at least some of them are. The only thing that I dont like is the customers children run all of over place unattended by the parents. Blocking the entry way to the facility. They move your laundry baskets mess with your things if you leave them on the table if you leave to get your laundry out of the dryer. This is ridiculous. The facility is at risk if something happens to one of these unattended kids your facility owners can be sued. read more

My husband and I were very impressed with the Laundry Station. We wanted to take our California King quilt and several sleeping bags to be cleaned. The place was very clean and neat. We could use our debit card on the machines. I really liked the extra-large washer and dryers. They did an excellent job on my big quilt and all the sleeping bags.
