Okay I've never had such a relaxing experience at a laundromat!!! Something about the ambiance, clean space, and the ease of the washer and dryers makes me want to come here everyday. This was a bit out of the way for me but it's totally worth it yall great business and efficient washers

In town for 2 weeks and was happy to find this little spot...It's perfect! Clean, cute and convenient! Located in Mt. Adams just a short lyft drive from downtown. In a Charming neighborhood that has a town market and a bunch of boutique styled businesses. Enjoyed a walk and coffee while my clothes were in the wash. They offer a vending machine with single use soap and other necessities. They also offer fluff and fold service and some machines take credit cards. They also have a coin machine available.

I noticed this on another review site and didn't get alot of helpful info. As a matter of fact, i thought the place might be too sketchy but it was a very nice spot. If I had one complaint it is that only a few machines take c/c payment. Have no fear because they have a traditional coin exchange and laundry supply vending machine. It's in a residential with a few eateries around in case you're going to be there a while.

I love this place. Its small, very clean, on a quiet street that's perfect for a walk when your laundry is being washed. The woman who works there is very professional and helpful. Parking can be limited but I have always found a place close by.

It's a nice, clean laundromat. It doesn't have that scary David Lynch vibe that most coin-operated laundromats do. There's no air conditioning or bathroom, but both washers and dryers tell you how much time you have to wait, so walk around the corner to UDF, get a treat and read the paper while your stuff gets laundered. (The UDF in Mt. Adams is super nice too!) They have eco-friendly high capacity washers and dryers. These are perfect for washing a comforter that your cat has been sleeping on all year before guests arrive. :) I don't know if it was expensive or cheap compared to other laundromats, but since it's in Mt. Adams, I'd venture to guess it's not the cheapest place in town. They have change machines and those cool vending machines to get detergent in case you forgot yours. Dry cleaning and wash & fold services are available, but I didn't use them.

Living in the city and in old houses or apartments most of the time you do not have a washer or dryer in your house. This has been one of my biggest problems while living in Cincy and it doesn't help that I'm picky about where I wash my clothes. Finally though, I think have found the best laundry mat here. The Clothes Line is a smaller sized laundry mat in Mount Adams. Their washing machines and dryers are Eco Friendly, and that's always a bonus. My favorite thing about this place is how clean it is. I really doubt I'll be running into any bed bug covered anything here, which is what worries me the most at laundry mats. The first time that I went here a month or two ago, the employee who sits in the office and does the drop off and pick up service (Which is also available at this laundry mat) was sweeping and cleaning while we were there waiting on our laundry. Something I think is of unheard of. A CLEAN laundry mat. haha. The employees that I've encounter while being there are really nice and polite. If an employee is there music will be on too, and that's enjoyable. They have two tables and chairs, magazine rack and they even have FREE Wi-Fi. So you can take in your laptop, phone or tablet and just chill and wait for your laundry. Another awesome part of this place is that they have some machines that take cards. Not all of the washers and dryers have the card option, but if you come in and the card ones are being used they do have change machine. They also have the little machine to buy detergent, fabric softer and dryer sheets for $1.00 each. The only thing that I'm not totally crazy about but it's not a big deal is that it's more pricey then most laundry mats. For the dryers it's 25 cents for four minutes, but you can put as much time as you want when paying with your card, don't think that you have to swipe it every four minutes. I think it's around three or four bucks to do a large load of laundry, obviously less than that for the smaller loads. I know it seems pricey, but you have to look at it more so especially with the dryers, that it's new and nice equipment so it doesn't take as long for your clothes to dry, so you're not paying that much. All the machines are timed and tell you when your stuff is going to be done, and since I have yet to encounter a shady person here, I would feel more than okay leaving my clothes to finish and going around the corner to UDF or across the street to The Mount Adams Bar & Grill or anywhere else. On street parking, but plenty of it. Bring cash just encase all the card machines are being used. Then you will be golden.

Awesome place to wash clothes. Moving to downtown, I'm limited to nice places to wash and dry. Luckily I found this boutique style laundry mat in Mt Adams. It cost no more then the other laundry mats in the area. The place does not have a/c but does not need it, stays cool in the summer. I almost do not want to post this review, in fear it may get to popular ;)

There was stuff everywhere. The floors were filthy. It looks like it's never been cleaned underneath their sinks, I wouldn't use their bathrooms, I would go outside first, it's just disgusting so I decided that I would email the company instead of posting a nasty review about them to see if I could get anything accomplished. Well, needless to say I did not I even offered to work there, he said he has 24 hour workers, which I've never seen I've seen a girl out there, sleeping a lot of times but nobody cleaning, I asked her if she worked there, she told me no, but they say they're clean. And all it's false advertisement. But people have to care about the place they live, pick yourself up that you drop on the floor if you spill something wipe it up, I mean, come on, people get a little bit of pride in yourself and your community and actually makes me sick to think that this is how Latonia has turned out.\n But the owner reassured me that on his part, he would make sure that the stuff was clean. The floors and everything because they're not they're disgusting. The horses aren't wiped down the floors aren't clean, there's stuff everywhere underneath the sinks, is mold and mildew. I can't imagine what's in those washing dryers. And a lot of people don't have a car or any other way of going anywhere else, but there 'cause it's so close. So I think that the owners should make sure that their facility is as clean as they can keep it, he reassured me that it was and would be so I went there the other night and this is what I found I'm posting pictures, and I'm not sure what's going to let me close my video or not because I think it's too long but I've tried cutting it and I can't cut it without Missing the big place of it. So if you go there to wash your clothes just know that you've been warned. I would not wash nothing there. I would not dry nothing there. That was going to go in my house on my back or my body or my bed, anything?. I hope that the chooses see this as constructive criticism and fix the place up, you know, at least get the floors, get the mold and mildew away or that the people find another place to go. Thanks for listening.

I relied on either family or the general apt building community washer/dryers to do the trick, and they have. In fact, I found quickly after going here that I was one lucky duck for having a washer/dryer in my former apt building. Early in October of 2010, my boyfriend and I moved to a new apartment which promised us available washer/dryer. Unfortunately they took a while to make good on their word, so we had to use backup methods for laundry for a while. After some research (aka Google), we headed to a nearby laundromat to do a few loads of laundry. Plain and simple, I did not enjoy doing my laundry here. I'm not sure how this fares compared to other laundromats, but I was not ecstatic about this location. When we entered, we saw a variety of washers. Some were clearly old and defunct, but some were bigger and kept in better shape. As we began to figure out the wash, some kind patrons informed us that the washer we were about to put money in did not work. TIP: Tape on the washer/dryer means it does not work. Unfortunately not all broken machines have tape on them, so it's a total gamble. We were saved by this nice tip from other customers. A few people came in and out to do laundry while we were there. The biggest machines in the center of the room are the best ones to use for washing; the dryers are hit-and-miss in terms of functional units. The entire place was a bit grungy and not very well kept. A man came in while we were there to buy some detergent - he put his money in the dispenser on the wall and found it was not working. He had no way to report this issue and get his money back, so we loaned him some. I was glad we'd brought supplies, as it's apparent that this place steals many a poor unknowing patron's money. I will not be likely to visit here again unless absolutely necessary - and I'll be sure to try out other locations before returning here.

In fact it was very bright and clean and the machines were very and efficient. I wouldn't say the cost was more or less than I expected. I can see how it would add up. They don't have an atm and the machines only take cash. New owner man was cleaning when I was there and seemed engaged and outgoing.
