I am new to the area since I just started my new job 4 weeks ago. I stay a nearby apartment while my family is in another state. This week was special because my family was here visiting me and we are hitting the road to take them back home tomorrow am. I did not want to have to worry about coming back next week with dirty clothes which is why I needed something quick. This evening I was told by the associate that I could not do my 1 load of laundry because they close at 9pm. It was 7:45pm. I understand there are likely many that stroll in with loads of laundry and not enough time to wash and dry, which would make it impossible to close on time. I had just started to walk up the sidewalk to the entrance and the associate pushed open the door to stop me from even coming in. She asked me if I was washing and drying my clothes, and proceeded to explain their policy to me. I then said I only have 1 load and it would take only 40 mins to finish, but she repeated their hours of operation. Very pointed and with an attitude, like the Seinfeld "No Soup For You" episode. Although this was my own crazy laundromat episode. Anyhow, at that point I began to get frustrated because I felt she was raising her voice at me and being condescending. I believe I said something like, "why are you repeating your policy to me?" From there it just continued to get heated and she told me to get off her property and stormed back inside. I walked over to the door and she tried to push it shut and I pushed it open and asked for the owners contact information. She was yelling, waving her arms, and pacing over to the counter. I then said "are you ok?" And she replied "oh yes, are you?". Again condescending and rude. Honestly I could not believe this was all happening due to me wanting to do 1 load of laundry. She was steadfast and had zero empathy or communication skills. I chalked it up as a loss and began to walk back to my truck which is when she was staring at me through the windows. I took a picture of the digital hours sign on the window while she took pictures of me. I got in my truck and she stormed out and sat down on a curb and was calling someone. And believe she took some additional pictures of my truck. ?? I was so upset and felt so mistreated (and embarrassed that all of this happened in front of a few other customers). Which is why I decided to call the police. Yup... I called the police. Oh boy. The police officers arrived promptly... in fact 3 police cars. One of them walked up to me, we said hi and then the associate walked up to us both with her arms crossed. Both the police officer and I looked at her, and I said "why are you doing this?", she replied "because I want to hear what you have to say". Fortunately the officer did the right thing and asked her to please go inside while he speaks with me. I explained what happened, he was very professional, took notes and gave me a couple suggestions on how to locate the owners, but directed to me to a 24 hr laundromat... which is where I am now. Maybe the associate could have done the same thing instead of flying off the handle? Ps... during the time I was speaking with the officer the associate was standing on a chair while slamming her fingers on her phone. Odd. My suggestion to the owners... Reconsider who you have working at your location, especially this particular associate. She is a liability for you. In reading other Yelp reviews, this is not the first time she's made your customers feels very uncomfortable. My suggestion to potential customers... Run. Find another laundromat if your planning to clean your clothes in the early evening. read more

We are out of town travelers. We've used this laundromat before but this time we noticed that many of the machines were out of order, the place wasn't very clean, floors were dirty, the windows and tables were dirty and sticky. Came here before 7pm to put our laundry in. ( we know the 7pm rule. We regularly come here) This time was different. I've never seen the reddish brown haired women who was closing the shop. She started to clean and vacuum the floors right at 7 when people are still clearly walking around. I found it very rude of her to do, as if she was telling us we needed to leave while our dryers were still going. Then she huffed and huffed about is being here. It's 730 and our things are in the dryer. She is clearly not happy here and is showing it to everyone here. I'm pregnant and already feel like a burden but now I'm trying to rush to make this women happy all while I'm trying not to fall on her wet floor. Needless to say, I miss my morning gals more. I needed a few items laundered while traveling and staying at The Summit Hotel. Clean clothes was recommended by hotel staff for drop off service. Very convenient, friendly staff and I had my items 3 hours after drop off . Not to mention they used an allergen free detergent! 5 star read more

Nice clean facility, I've never been to a laundry mat but had to come due to being out of a washer and dryer temporarily. Pricing is $4 for a small load $6 for medium/large load. Dryer is 7 minutes for $.25 but the washers work very quickly but is quite expensive. They also offer laundry services that they will do your laundry and it costs per pound but I am not sure how much that is as I don't see it posted anywhere. It is very busy and I would suspect that it isn't as busy early in the morning (I came at about 2 pm on a Tuesday) read more

I usually attend CCC in Oakley and have had a very pleasant experience. This location is closer to home, however I will never return. The attendant was extremely rude. She hovered over me and ever other person I watched come through to ensure we weren't "overloading". She barked at multiple patrons because they were putting clothes in the washer at 6:55 on a Sunday. The last load can go in at 7, and they don't close until 9. However, she did everything in her power to get everyone out by 8. She also refused to change out a 20 because she needed the 5's and 10's. Again, it's the end of the night. This associate made the experience very uncomfortable for me and every other customer I observed. Do NOT recommend. read more

I really love this laundry mat! It's close to my neighborhood and the staff is friendly! That's always a plus when you have to perform such a dreadful chore. The dryer time per quarter is not that great though. You only get 7 minutes per quarter. The only major issue is I've had my laundry taken twice from this place. One case I think I left something in the washer or dryer but I went back in less than an hour to check and it was gone. Years ago I was in the car cleaning it out and a whole load was missing. I keep coming back because of the service, convenience and easy access into the building. I often choose to come earlier in the morning since they open at 7am to eliminate the chances of possible dryer thieves! read more

My wife and I are on a 4 week trip in our 5th wheel. We dropped our cloths off to be washed and folded so we would have time to visit with friends and family. We were overwhelmed with the quality of service. Cloths were washed, air dried if necessary and folded or hung. If I could give 10 stars I would. read more

Great customer service, friendly attendants and ALWAYS CLEAN! You can drop a sock and not worry about it being covered in lint and dirt when you pick it up. We pass by a dirty dingy laundry in Mt. Washington to come here. To top it off there is free WiFi. read more

I have been here before in the past, albeit about 8 years ago and it was a decent place that was well maintained. I came here to throw a few loads in quickly since I was on a time restraint. The over all look of the location is very unkempt and had an odd smell lingering. I would say 1/3 of the dryers had temporarily out of order signs on them. Now, they have really bad luck and a lot of dryers went out at once or they just put the signs on them and wait until they have to repair them when it is dire, I am going to assume the latter. This is very annoying seeing people left stuff drying and their laundry was finished but they were no where to be found making it nearly impossible to find an open dryer. So already two strikes against them and to top it off the dryers have varying degrees of temperature. I had the exact same items in separate dryers that were obviously not drying the same even though they were started at the same time. One was considerably hotter and you could barely touch the front and the second dryer was warm at best and you could hold your hand to it without pulling away. When I approached the desk to speak with the attendant she very terse and told me to start them in another dryer and she would be over in a minute. I changed dryers and put my quarters in and about 5 minutes later the attendant came over and checked the dryers and found there was approximately 30 degrees difference. She went on and on about how manufacturers don't guarantee accuracy and that she prefers to dry her clothes on medium. The final result was she offered to put four of her painted quarters into a dryer which makes zero sense seeing she previously told me to put them into another dryer and start them. I told her I don't mind if the quarters have paint on them that they spend the same but she could not give them to me because they are the laundromats and they only have a set amount that are painted. She spent ten minutes arguing over temperatures and quarters rather than giving me the money back and it being over. I finally said keep the dollar and that I will never come back again. So all in all the place is a mess and the employee I dealt with has ZERO customer service skills. Do not come here unless you don't mind any of these traits in a laundromat. read more

Excellent customer service! Jamie is a wonderful lady who is very helpful! The place is really clean. They offer a lot of services and they have a good, free wi-fi connection. I have never had a problem with them handling my laundry and dry cleaning. And, they have a "frequent customer" card where you get free services. A nice, unexpected touch is all of the live plants growing there that Jamie tends to. read more
