I have been going here since November 2024 and loved it. I am now looking for somewhere else to go, the place in the past month or so has been dirty. It's not well kept anymore, the washers, where you put the detergent are nasty and not cleaned like they use to be. Really nice laundromat! It was clean, well-lit, and most of the machines were working. There was also a vending machine type device where you could buy laundry supplies if you forgot some. This laundromat has tons of options for washers and dryers depending on how much clothes you have, and big carts you can use to move between machines. The owners were also very nice and helpful. I really want to like this laundromat. It's clean, attendants are friendly. But now 7 of the dryers are out of order. And they have one set of benches for seating near them, but they're covered with bags of laundry. Nice place, love the older woman who works during the day, she's very nice. I always try to get there early because it seems like a more questionable crowd of people later in the day. Not enough parking, the wifi doesn't work, and the prices are insane. It's $4 a load for the smallest washing machine (30pounds) and 25 cents for 7 minutes in the dryer. Ridiculously overpriced, but they seem to have a monopoly because I can't seem to find any other laundromats in the area at all. The building is attached to a very sketchy looking bar and there are always people outside smoking. But it is convenient and clean and they have good hours. I hate laundry. I mean absolutely loathe it. I've lived in my apartment almost three years now and I still don't even know where the laundry room is nor do I have a key. I'd finally grown tired of lugging my laundry to my mom's and other relative's homes and my work schedule was getting busy so I was happy to find out they have drop off service! My friend's in bigger cities (who make more money) swear by and it and I was desperate to get this huge pile of dirty clothes handled. I dropped off in the morning, the lady was very friendly, and I picked up after work that same evening from another very friendly lady. My clothes were clean, folded, neatly stacked, and wrapped in plastic when I came back to get them and this was all taken care of while I was at work. They have gone up on their prices (they charge by weight) so I do not use the service as much anymore but I trust this place with my clothes and when I just can't take it anymore this is where I go! read more

I dropped my clothes off for laundry wash and fold service and I left $300 in the pocket of my shorts and no one stole it. I think that alone deserves a 5 star rating! Also they're super nice and very quick. I brought in over 100lbs of dirty clothes (long story) in two days and got it all back the same day. These people are the rockstars of laundry. For the past 5 years ive wasted many a quarter to my monthly laundry washing routine... and this is one of the better washing facilities i've found in the Oakley area. During the week you will have no problem finding a washing machine, they have multiple load specific sizes/price points to fit what you are needing. The dryers are always hot and I believe its .25 for 15min so you can pay for just the right amount. Weekends it gets a little hectic, so be patient. The hours are not open super late for the night owls but a pretty good chunk of time during the day/evening and an attendant is usually on site keeping things clean or working on their drop off service. There are a few tables/seats to wait OR there is a bar connected next door...what's better than having a drink and doing laundry?! You can also walk around Oakley and I feel pretty safe leaving my clothes for a minute or two. read more

I haven't been to many coin laundry places in the past so I may be wrong, but compared to what I've paid for similar size loads at apartments I've lived in, the prices seem a bit steep. Machines are classified by weight (e.g. 30 lb machine vs 50 lb) but really work by bulk. I weighed my load (24 lbs) but had to use the 50 lb machine instead of 30 lb because I had some bulkier items (blankets). Staff were friendly, and willing to give advice. I asked Lisa how long it would take to dry my load and she gave me good advice - to break it into two and use the smaller machines (they dry faster, and you get a minute more for each quarter). Oh, and they had free coffee so that was nice :) They have nice carts to use between stations. It would be nice if they had some basic cleaner (all purpose spray + paper towels, maybe?) to wipe the carts and folding stations down with. After all, you don't know what was on the table before your clean clothes... Overall, exactly what I'd expect from a coin laundry! Free WiFi and air conditioning were a plus. They close at 7 it says 9 but they do last call 2 hours before close which last call means closed but whatever. When a place says they are closed they're generally talking about last call. I.e. retailers say they close at 10pm meaning registers close at 10. Restaurants will say they are closed meaning last call for food is at that time. They can stay after that time but no more orders for food after that time. So why they say they close at 9pm is beyond me when really last call is at 7pm and you can't start a load after 7pm. read more

This is definitely the best laundromat in central Cincinnati. It's a pity last load is so early at 8:00pm weekdays and 7:00pm weekends. The facility is clean and climate-controlled, there is an automatic door (surprisingly important when carrying laundry), the laundry machines and change machines work, the staff is pleasant, there are plenty of rolling bins, there are tables to sit, and the Wifi works. Parking is tight sometimes but you can park on the street in front. There's even a bar next door! What else could you ask for? read more

My queen-sized comforter fit just fine in one of their washers and their were even larger washers I could have used. This is a nice place. It's clean and bright, and the attendant greeted me as soon as I walked in, checking to see what I had to wash and suggesting a machine. Also, there a bathrooms! I rarely give things 5 stars so 4 is really good in my book. ** so I amended my review to being 5 stars just bases on the fact that I totally messed up and got detergent in the softener area. When I asked if there was a rinse only option the attendant said no but paid half the cost to rerun the load. So glad it was only one load and I really appreciate the service! This is definitely my go to laundromat. ** The drawbacks: there are less expensive locations and the parking while attached maybe full (especially due to the next door business being a bar). The bright side, it's a considerably pleasant place. It's relatively quiet, has tables and chairs, FREE Wifi, is an convenient distance from where I live, local to a number of restaurants and shops, it's very clean (I watched the employee wipe down the machines), some machines take cards, has plenty of carts and tables, a microwave and coffee, good hours, and is competitive in pricing. I really like the Oakley area,and after trying another laundry facility that was rated pretty well near the Norwood area, I would still choose this location without a second thought. I have a laundry facility available where I live but when you have multiple or large loads and want to just get it done, give this place to try. read more

Disappointing dry cleaning service. I had dropped off a black and white dress to be dry cleaned about a year ago and when I picked it up, I saw the hem on the front of the dress had been mended with royal blue thread. It was an all black and white dress, so I was pretty upset to see my dress a) had come apart while serviced, and b) was mended with thread that could very visibility be seen up the front of my dress. It took me about a year to venture back, but I recently thought I would give it a shot again. I dropped off a plain white comforter that I just didn't have time to wash, as I was preparing for company to arrive. There were a couple of stains from the kids on it. When I brought it home the next day, literally none of that stains were gone. In fact, it looked like it had not even been washed, just maybe thrown in a dryer with a fabric sheet. The stains were still crunchy even. I was super pissed I was charged $20 and I really don't think it was even washed. I tossed it in my very small washer with some bleach, and miraculously all the stains are now gone. Very Diassapointed with their dry cleaning. Go elsewhere!! read more
