She kindly guided me through the whole process. Further, I have been a salesperson for the last 7 years in my day job and was thoroughly impressed by Leah's "sales pitch" of the big machines! She let me know the differentiators of the fact that the water passes through the washer instead of collecting and how the big dryer fluffs comforters nicely. "You're going to love it!" I didn't expect that, but it was a wonderful experience! She was skilled in the art of framing! Also, time is money, and these machines did these large loads super-fast, so the cost was worth it! Thanks, Leah!

The moment we walked…read morethrough the front door the attendant (old lady watching the premises) started harassing my fiancé and myself. As I begin putting the clothes in the dryer she followed us over insulting my fiancé. I placed myself between her and my fiancé and she turned her attention to me and started insulting me. We promptly placed our things back in the hamper and left. We were harassed by her all the way to the car and as we drove out of the parking lot. I have been coming here for years and had nothing but pleasant encounters with the people working here. Who ever this woman is, clearly has an issue with respect. I came in with a book, looking for no confrontation and was instead harassed out the building. Machines work great. Clean building. Slightly expensive but convenient location. Staff working on July 20, 2025, very unprofessional and very hostile.

I know it's a laundry mat but customer service is still customer service and he was not helpful or friendly at all. I guess I can't say at all because he did issue me a card but put it on the opposite end of where I was standing and went to sit back down. Just rude.

Despite some so-so reviews, I chose Super Laundry (3545 Reading Rd.) due to its proximity to my home. In a nutshell, my experience was benign...but that's really a good thing because we are talking about doing laundry. Contrary to some other reviews, the attendant was extremely pleasant and helpful. She advised me as to what size machine I should use (thereby saving me a little money) and exchanged my cash for a laundry card. Gone are the coin-operated machines that often Jammed AFTER taking my last quarter!! The facility is clean. There are plastic couches on which to sit, televisions for entertainment, a vending machine for snacks. Better equipped than the laundromats of yesteryear whose machines stole my quarters. According to some other reviews [whose sources I have not verified], the price for a load of laundry is, in part, dictated by the daily cost of water and electricity . I'm not sure how that rate is determined, but on October 11, 2023 one load of laundry in a #6 machine cost me $7.23. The attendant told me that a dryer would cost approximately $15...but she did not know that I was raised by a long line of frugal line dryers. At any rate, those prices seem expensive to me, but I truly do not know the cost of running a #6 machine. Maybe $7.23 is a deal? How do families who do ALL OF THEIR LAUNDRY at the laundromat afford it?? Keep the poor poor??? So many questions spinning around as my bath mats got their scrubbing. Another Yelper mentioned that Super Laundry is not in "the best area," but it is unclear to me if he was at the 3545 Reading Rd location. Here's my take---it's in a new-ish strip mall in Avondale with a wide-open parking lot and distinct lack of dark alleys and bogey men. On the night of my visit, there were at least three families with young children, several couples, a few other singletons, three races represented, all of us just doing our laundry. Totally benign.

They completely ruined my…read more$150 sweater, kept it for over two weeks, and then refused to offer any refund or resolution. I was originally told I'd get my sweater back the same day, but instead I ended up making nine separate trips to the store between 10/25/25 and 11/12/25 just trying to get updates. The employees were unhelpful and gave me a different excuse every single time. The most unbelievable one: I was told my sweater wasn't ready because they were "waiting on a part that was on the UPS plane that recently crashed in Louisville." Not only was that impossible--they had already had my sweater for over a week at that point--but using a tragic accident as an excuse was incredibly disrespectful and completely unacceptable. No one at the store ever answered the phone despite multiple calls, and I was never able to speak with a manager. The very last time I went in--when they finally handed me my ruined sweater--the employee told me there was "no way" for them to even know whether they could issue a refund. Another lie. That's when I asked for the owner's information and emailed him directly (Josh Pinkey), but he never responded either. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable from start to finish. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration--go literally anywhere else for dry cleaning.

It checks the primary boxes for essentials: working machines, decent hours (last load at 9:30pm), cleanliness (extremely so), a bathroom, and a working change machine. Today I used one of the biggest washers for my comforter and sheets, towels, etc. I loaded the washer, put the money in, hit start, but the machine read a door error. I jiggled the handle and the wash started. When the washer stopped, I couldn't get the door to open. It gave me another door error. I tried everything, but couldn't budge it. So, I called the number posted only to hear excuses as to why someone couldn't come help me. The man who answered the phone said someone should be working in there and they would help me. I told him no one was there. He said he would contact his manager and for me to call him back. I called him back, only to hear that he could not reach his manager and I was on my own. So, I had about $150 worth of laundry in a washer just sitting there. I told him to send someone to help me or I was coming to Reading Road where he was to get $150 to replace what I couldn't get out of the washer. He said he couldn't give me money. At this point, I was boiling mad. I went back in the laundry mat and ask some men to help me. One of them pushed all the buttons on the washer and messed with it and finally it opened. Thank goodness for the other folks in the laundry mat. This is BAD business. I have seen people in there bathing in the bathroom, begging for money, etc. They do this because there is never an attendant in this place. They are making a fortune and can't even help their customers when they need help. And, I got the manager's number, called him, got a message that I should leave a voicemail. Guess what? His vm was full. Wash at your own risk is their mantra
