My dryer broke down a few months ago , and I started going to speedy coin laundry mat in Latonia…read more That was a big mistake. I found myself cleaning every time I went in that place. There was stuff everywhere. The floors were filthy. It looks like it's never been cleaned underneath their sinks, I wouldn't use their bathrooms, I would go outside first, it's just disgusting so I decided that I would email the company instead of posting a nasty review about them to see if I could get anything accomplished. Well, needless to say I did not I even offered to work there, he said he has 24 hour workers, which I've never seen I've seen a girl out there, sleeping a lot of times but nobody cleaning, I asked her if she worked there, she told me no, but they say they're clean. And all it's false advertisement. But people have to care about the place they live, pick yourself up that you drop on the floor if you spill something wipe it up, I mean, come on, people get a little bit of pride in yourself and your community and actually makes me sick to think that this is how Latonia has turned out.\n But the owner reassured me that on his part, he would make sure that the stuff was clean. The floors and everything because they're not they're disgusting. The horses aren't wiped down the floors aren't clean, there's stuff everywhere underneath the sinks, is mold and mildew. I can't imagine what's in those washing dryers. And a lot of people don't have a car or any other way of going anywhere else, but there 'cause it's so close. So I think that the owners should make sure that their facility is as clean as they can keep it, he reassured me that it was and would be so I went there the other night and this is what I found I'm posting pictures, and I'm not sure what's going to let me close my video or not because I think it's too long but I've tried cutting it and I can't cut it without Missing the big place of it. So if you go there to wash your clothes just know that you've been warned. I would not wash nothing there. I would not dry nothing there. That was going to go in my house on my back or my body or my bed, anything?. I hope that the chooses see this as constructive criticism and fix the place up, you know, at least get the floors, get the mold and mildew away or that the people find another place to go. Thanks for listening.

She kindly guided me through the whole process. Further, I have been a salesperson for the last 7 years in my day job and was thoroughly impressed by Leah's "sales pitch" of the big machines! She let me know the differentiators of the fact that the water passes through the washer instead of collecting and how the big dryer fluffs comforters nicely. "You're going to love it!" I didn't expect that, but it was a wonderful experience! She was skilled in the art of framing! Also, time is money, and these machines did these large loads super-fast, so the cost was worth it! Thanks, Leah!

My basement kinda flooded and a ton of our clothes sat in dirty basement water for days then my son put all those wet clothes in garbage bag and closed them up when I finally got to the laundry and opened the bag they stank so bad and started to even mold I literally thought all our clothes are garbage. I hate laundry Matt's and rarely go. I think they wash clothes terrible they never smell good because the dryers just burn off the good smell...I had been to this laundry matt before and it had crappy dryers no large washers and it was just an old laundry matt wasn't impressed at all ..I went this time they had wall to wall brand new washers and dryers. I just need they were ruined you could already see mold and you know it's usually a wrap with mold. I washed the clothes and they came out so clean no smell all the mold was gone. Super impressed. The dryers dried great!! Basement stinch is a hard smell to get out of clothes and they smelled great. Never seen my clothes look so clean...if you got tough laundry problems this place has brand new excellent washers and dryers and attendant in site...my clothes were more than saved they were amazingly clean. Plus, soap for sale, snack/drink vending machine, and bathrooms. The employee working was great, friendly and very active with cleaning and engaging with customers. I needed to wash a comforter and paid $7 for one of the 40-lb machines. It took 3 dry cycles at $1 each to get the thing dry--but not bad for $10 and an hour and a half of my time. The main downside is that the machines here only take cash and specifically only coins. There is a change machine which only spits out $1 coins. Great for the laundromat, not that useful elsewhere. I saw online that other locations now offer pay with card and that would be a little more convenient. Queen City Laundry also offers drop off service for $2.09/lb (10 lb minimum) and will clean your comforter for you for $19 (or $29 if it's down). They were also advertising their rug cleaning service, which I would look into using in the future.
