The owners were nice enough to offer to redo the shirt or work with me on figuring out compensation. I didn't take them up on it only because I knew I wasn't going to be doing my dry cleaning there. To be honest, this was a test for me to see if they usually have issues and statistically speaking, from my perspective, the % error was high considering the one thing I dropped off came back ruined.

This review is long overdue!…read more I've had a long period of immense grief losing a loved one to Covid-19. I was preparing for the funeral and called all around to have alterations done in such short notice. I spoke to LeeAnn who was kind enough to see if she could manage to help. She offered to reach out to a particular staff member who was working from home that day. I received a call back from LeeAnn confirming they could help me that same day. I arrived to their business location and witnessed her staff member come to meet me from driving in the snow! This business deserves every acknowledgment possible for their above & beyond services they provided. LeeAnn delivered excellent customer service to ensure my alteration requests were met, wrinkle free and ready for pickup next day. It meant so much to me to look my best for services and Deluxe Dry Cleaners made that possible! Customer service is the most important part of any business, I'd highly recommend this business whether you are local or just visiting in town as I was. Thank you so much!
