We love their wash&fold services, drop off and it's done in 24 hours or less. I also love their car vacuums over anywhere else. Clean, staff is friendly. I recommend Splash&Dash to everyone. read more

I stop by here to have my weighted blanked washed as it is heavy and can be tricky to clean. I have no complaints, the blanket gets washed and dried on time and the employees are friendly. It isn't the Ritz Carlton 5 star experience but they more than get the job done each time I use them. read more

I can't remember the last time I've been in the laundromat, but this was a very challenging thing for me on today. I only had to do one load of laundry, but my days of going to the laundromat was having a bag of quarters now everything is debit cards and loaded cards for the Washer And Dryer. This is a clean facility. Nice service and they also do laundry for you by the pound if you want to drop off your dirty clothes. read more

The staff is super helpful and they are the only place i go for dry cleaning. I had stubborn oil stains in one of my favorite shirts and they were able to get it done! read more

First time here. Very good experience. Staff was very helpful. I'm glad I was able to purchase detergent here because I definitely didn't have any in my bag. If your using a debit/credit or using your cash app card to pay for your service just know there will be an additional hold on the card. But once the payment goes through the hold is off the card and you'll only be charged for the actual amount of the service. Hope that made sense. Example: it was a $10 hold twice on my card. But I was only charged the amount due. read more

Very clean and great dryers. Very convenient with ample amount of washers for all size loads

Good assortment of washers and Dryers. Staff is friendly and helpful. Busy but plenty of units to use. Place is kept clean.

The attendant was extremely rude and nasty. She told me some wrong information about the laundry mat and when I asked she became all out racist. She never gave me eye contact, walked away while I was trying to talk to her. She was as dead wrong for what she told me. I'm a 67year old woman who had never been on a laundry mat before so all this is new to me that is why I was asking questions. I watched her interact with the white people very well On this morning 6/25/25 the manager emailed me seemingly quite understanding. I called her and she returned my call. The conversation was going well until it didn't. I thought when you wrote a review you are telling others about your experiences at an establishment and that's what I did. For some unknown reason the manager began to tell me she has mixed children. Wait. What does that have to do with washers. Absolutely nothing. Is she saying she isn't racist. Maybe she isn't, but, she hired a racist. She ( the manager) went on to tell me she had a video in which she seen me swaying my hand. Probably did. When a person reaches to a point of total ignorance I usually just walk away shaking my head and that's what I did. My daughter now gets on the call. My daughter asked if the manager has a video then she also has the audio and she would love to see both. The manager then hangs up ending the conversation read more

As an attorney, I rarely see the imminent need to post reviews only because a single experience should never deem a business bad or good. However, In this specific instance, this has been one of the worst cases I've ever run into. My 67 year old mother had an issue using the machines and felt she was treated very poorly so, she indeed wrote a review here. Prior to the review she contacted the owner but to no avail, because of this she continued to post said review. The owner then contacted her and questioned why she hadn't waited for her specifically to reach out before said review was posted. One of my mother's issues was that she felt a bit of racism and indeed did not like it. The owner then replied "she had mixed children, so she can't be racist". That is when I intervened. Very professionally, I asked how could you know what was said or done and if it was, in fact, racist. She replied "we have your mother swaying her hand as the associate was walking away", I in turn replied "do you have audio?" She then told me that if I had spoken this way with the employee then she would've been racist as well, then hung up the phone. BEWARE! As someone who holds a masters in psychology, these types of situations are always going to happen when ignorance still exists. I'm assuming she's never spoken to an educated young black woman but even that should not have warranted the utter unprofessional behavior she displayed. read more

I am sitting in parking lot of this open 24 hrs laundromat and doors are locked. My washer broke. Thanks a lot.

I was visiting friends that live near here and saw touchless car wash and decided to give it a shot. I should have known better when I saw the credit cars reader wasn't working... but I went ahead. The touchless options range in price from $4-5 to $7 depending on what you want. I went for the $7 option. The credit card reader wouldn't work with 4 different cards, so I paid with $10, resulting in 12 quarters stuffed in my cup holder now... The car wash took a while, and looked promising. I recognize that a touchless car wash isn't the best, but I'm not letting bristles scuff and scratch my cars, so I am willing to live with some less than ideal car washes. The dryer worked pretty well, but still had pretty poor cleaning on the sides and wheels. Some left over soap still remained on the car too. See the pictures. read more

My dryer broke so I had to come here a couple of times to get though laundry. The one day I came it was free dryers! The next time was normal. It's very clean in here, the staff is always super helpful. They have tons of options for loading sizes. Price ranges from $3.25-15.00 for washers from what I saw and 70 cents for 6 mins on the big dryers. There is also a car wash so you can wash your car at the same time and dry cleaning service. read more

********BEWARE******+ Do not use their rewards card. You put your money on that card and then in a couple of years they're going to get rid of that card and start using a new one and not give you your money back or transfer your money to your new card! I called to complain, and was told that the general manager would be calling me, which, of course they never did. This should be illegal they are stealing peoples money. read more

I had an issue with one of the laundry machines stopping mid wash so I left a note for the the manager. The next day, Tracey the manager called and offered to rectify the situation. I have been coming here for years and all the staff is great. read more

From out of town looking to do laundry relatively close to my hotel. Posted hours on yelp til 10pm. I showed up to do two loads of laundry and the doors were locked at 8:26. Lights were on so I knocked. The woman who came to the door was all attitude. She pointed to the sign in the door that the last load of laundry had to be in by 8:30. Given that the doors were already locked that wasn't going to happen. Skip this place, truly. read more

Worse car wash ever. Car looked dirtier when I left than when I pulled in. The dryer only dried the passenger side of my car and did not dry the driver side. I'm assuming somethings wrong with the pressure on that side because the cleaning of my van looked different on that side as well. I want my $7 back. They were closed when I left. read more

My first time using a laundry mat and I have to say the machines work great and also pretty clean. The older gentleman was very helpful and polite but after he left a older woman took over his shift and had a really bad attitude! As I was leaving with my laundry I was unaware that you could not take the carts outside with laundry to load into your car. The problem was not the rule itself (even though it was NOT Posted inside the building) but the attitude the staff (older woman) displayed as she snatched my cart back inside and told me that carts aren't allowed outside. At that point I ask where was the sign considering this was my first time there! The lady pointed outside the door with a very bad attitude! Ok fair enough I missed the small words printed outside the door but if that's a rule at least have it posted inside the building so people will know. read more

The advertised hours are not correct. They lock their doors at 8:30pm during the week and 7:30pm on the weekend. When the doors are locked that means a business is closed. You can not do a quick 20 min load in the dryer at 8:35 because they are closed. Update the hours to reflect this. The staff was also very rude and it takes a lot for me to write a negative review. Falsely advertised hours should not be on here. read more

I have been coming to this laundry for about 8+ years. But I was totally shocked today by the staff's reaction when I made a comment!!! They recently put in new dryers, which were much needed. But the new dryers dry much slower and require more money to dry than the average coin laundry. When I politely commented to the staff member about my experience, instead of telling me that she'd pass along my comment to the supervisor or owner, she said, "There are other coin laundries." I was so surprised that I asked her to repeat what she said! I spend on average $30+ per week here. So I think that she could have been more responsive and business-like! Unfortunately, this is not the first time that she has been rude to me. I'm not a confrontational kind of person. My jobs are in serving the community, so I try to be professional and polite, even if there is a difficult situation. I hope that the owner reads this and deals with the situation. read more

you get what you pay for. i inserted quarters, and got a clean car. status quo, no issues.

I brought my brand new down comforter here to have it dry cleaned to make it a bit softer. I used it for 2 nights out of the box, and decided to wash it. There was a large tag attached to the comforter stating "dry clean only," So I took it here for a quick and easy dry clean. I have taken a few things here before and they did an ok job, and they're close to my house so it made sense to take it here. DO NOT GO HERE FOR DRY CLEANING! My brand new, all white, down alternative comforter is completely ruined. I brought it in on a Friday evening after work, and I should have known something was up when the woman told me, "Oh this can just be washed." I had to show her the tag on the comforter and make it clear that I wanted it dry cleaned. Once she understood that I insisted on having it dry cleaned, they said they could have it done in a few days. I went back on Saturday to see if it was ready, which it was not, but they assured me they would get it done in maybe 2 days, which was fine. I went back on Monday evening to pick up the comforter. When they handed it to me, I had to ask, "Are you sure this is mine?" as the coloring looked a bit off, but I just attributed it to the lighting inside. I brought it home and as I unfolded the comforter to put on my bed, the off coloring was more noticeable. My white comforter was pink. Not only that, but there were several brown stains splotched all over the comforter. The down alternative inside was balled up in certain places, and not spread evenly throughout the blanket (and this is what I was trying to avoid by having it dry cleaned in the first place!!!) They DID NOT DRY CLEAN my blanket- they dry uncleaned it, it anything. I now understand why they are called the splash and dash. They splash some stuff on it, and dash away. I don't even understand how anyone could take a brand new, white comforter, and return a pink and brown lumpy mess to me and act as if they did nothing. I will never return here for anything, and if you are reading this, you should never trust them with your items either, unless you're looking for someone to ruin them. read more

Warning, do NOT use this dry cleaner, they ruined a brand new shirt of mine by spilling bleach on it. In addition. My dry cleaning was to be ready on Wednesday, which was 4 days from the time I dropped it off, but they had an issue and moved it out another day. I had other items as well, they still charged me but credited the amount and gave me the difference of a $30 credit. I now have to go back to the store in hopes they still have this shirt in my size and still on sale. In addition all of this, while I stood there waiting, I watched the associate drop another one of my shirts on the dirty floor, the. Pick it up and place it in the bag and brought it out to the desk acting as if nothing happened. I called her on this and she just shrugged her shoulders as if she didn't care. I will never never use this dry cleaner again and I strongly suggest that no one else does. read more
