My clothes came out clean and fresh, with no damage. There were plenty of tables for folding and places to sit. The washing machines cost more than I'm used to, but the dryers cost a lot less, so it all evens out. She informed me that it was their policy that all items had to be dry cleaned before they could be altered due to the virus. Nonsense! So this is going to cost me an additional $7.00 per pair $21.00 for 3 )Why don't they inform you of such when you drop off items to be altered? Wouldn't washing be just as effective? This is a company policy and not a state requirement. How much sense does it make to dry clean something you are going to have altered? The outcome was fabulous! Not only was it returned beautifully, but they had carefully pressed it using the special tool that is inserted between layers to avoid crushing the tie flat. Many other cleaners don't have the special tool or this skill. Really appreciate the care and dedication demonstrated by the manager of this location to ensure that it was done perfectly.
