Was looking for a cleaner for my husband's suit and shirts. The places around Hamilton all quoted much longer wait times. Loved Tide's Quick turn around, friendly service, and didn't break the bank :). I will be back! read more

Excellent service! This location was recently presented with a real dry cleaning challenge: removing a stain from salad dressing on my favorite and colorful silk tie. The outcome was fabulous! Not only was it returned beautifully, but they had carefully pressed it using the special tool that is inserted between layers to avoid crushing the tie flat. Many other cleaners don't have the special tool or this skill. Really appreciate the care and dedication demonstrated by the manager of this location to ensure that it was done perfectly. read more

management was quite responsive about a situation. That means a lot for a local business.

I had never been to Tide but needed an item dry cleaned for a wedding. I pulled in under a lovely protected car port and immediately someone came out to help me. I gave my item and my personal information and was told my item would be cleaned by next day! True to their word, I received an email and was able to pick up my item within 24 hours! When I arrived back at Tide, again the person immediately ran out to help me, brought my item back out to my car and hung it up for me in my car!!!!! I'm definitely a customer for life! read more

Love the fact that they have a covered drive thru so you don't have to get out of your car. When you pull up to drop your clothes off, someone comes out to greet you and get your clothes and will tell you when they will be ready. When you pull up to get your clothes, someone will come out to greet you and bring you your clothes and put them in your car for you! The customer service and location is great. If you pick your clothes up and your not satisfied they will re-do it for you. 99.9% of the time ours looks great! Definitely recommend them! read more

Have had multiple events where articles of clothing have not been received or forgotten on pick up

I brought my pants here to be hemmed. The following day I brought a sweater to be dry cleaned and another pair of sweatpants that needed to be patched. I requested a receipt for the pants I had brought the previous day. I noticed that it showed all items being dry cleaned. I informed the lady that the pants didn't need to be dry cleaned. She informed me that it was their policy that all items had to be dry cleaned before they could be altered due to the virus. Nonsense! So this is going to cost me an additional $7.00 per pair $21.00 for 3 )Why don't they inform you of such when you drop off items to be altered? Wouldn't washing be just as effective? This is a company policy and not a state requirement. How much sense does it make to dry clean something you are going to have altered? It's going to be touched by people before and after its altered? *********************************************** This is an update one day later after I received a response from the store passenger. 11/12/2020 I received a very timely and professional response from the store manager, Ray. You can read it if you choose to do so below. I'm very satisfied with Ray's response. I have edited my response and rating to reflect my satisfaction with how the store and more specifically Ray handled my complaint. I look forward to being a longterm customer. read more

I go to the one right off of University Parkway and Lockwood Ridge and the employees there are very polite and extremely helpful. This is a well run establishment in which at first I thought the prices were rather high but for shirts they are more than reasonable and you receive your items often within 24 hours. This is my new go to place as Covid ended up forcing Malibu cleaners to close. read more

After 6 months of living here, 6 shrunken shirts, and now no buttons, I've finally decided to move on from this place. I called and was told to drop off the shrunken shirts for measuring like dude.... at this point I'm not even angry, It's comical. $1300.00 worth of shirts took an 'L'. And after spending literally 60 bucks a visit, I expect you to replace my shirt, not sew on aftermarket plastic buttons. Save yourself, make the drive somewhere else. And no I'm not dropping off shirts to be measured or be fixed. That's crazy. read more

Wow! Talk about service! Had one of the best dry cleaning, even service, experiences ever! I arrived in town today realizing that I had not had my sportcoat pressed for my meetings first thing tomorrow morning. I tried to call dry cleaners around my hotel to see if anyone could press a coat same day with a noon drop off time. Sadly, none were helpful or even nice about it. On the way to my hotel I saw this tied location and figured I would give it one last shot. I'm glad I did! When i rolled up Bev came out to meet me. I shared with her my challenge and she grabbed my coat and ran inside. The morning crew who does all of the pressing was getting ready to leave and she ran to get them before they left so they could press my coat. With a smile on her face she came back and let me know that my coat would be pressed while I waited. Talk about a great experience! I wish I had this kind of service back home in Chicago! read more

I've been taking my dry cleaning to Widmer's for a couple of years, but I needed some clothes cleaned super fast and saw that Tide offers 24-hour turnaround. Plus, I had a 25% off coupon for new customers and figured I'd give it a try. The drop-off process was easy. Because I was a new customer I had to go inside and give the attendant my information, but if you're already in the file you can just drive up and someone will come out to get your clothes. The employee who took care of me explained the services Tide offers and told me when I picked up my clothes, I'd get a labeled bag that I can use to drop off clothes in the future. There's a box outside for after-hours drop-off, plus lockers for after-hours pick up. Cool! About 19 hours later, I got an email saying my dry cleaning was ready to be picked up! I walked inside and had my clothes within a couple of minutes, plus the Tide bag for future drop-offs. For a two-piece suit and another pair of pants, I paid just under $17 with the new customer discount. My clothes look great, and you can't beat the timeline. I can see myself becoming a repeat customer for sure. read more

I've pretty much tried every dry cleaner in the liberty/west chester area. This place is so far ahead of the pack its unbelievable. Let me start with what led me to them and why I think they're the best. What led me to Tide Drycleaners? I moved to West Chester 3 years ago and have been cycling through different dry cleaners ever since. Burnt shirts, broken buttons, shirts with sudden stains and press fold-over creases. The overall experience, utterly unreliable. I travel a lot so many times I'd take shirts with me as is and not until the moment I was about to get dressed, do I notice the shirt is unwearable. To be fair, when I've showed them the errors, they fixed the items. However, the unnecessary wear and tear on my clothes and the hassle of dealing with the errors when they happened, meant I hadn't found the right place yet. Why do they deserve the 5 stars? I've been using them for about 6 months now and held off on this review until I've gotten a chance to test different items: laundry, dry cleaning, leather jackets, fleece jackets, suits, shirts, pants, blouses, dresses and sweaters. They killed it with every single one. Not a single item had to be redone. They do mention every time, " if you're not happy with anything, bring it back and we'll fix it". I love the convenience of it, I drive up and don't even have to get out of my car. I drop off my clothes and drive off. Then the pick-up is just as seamless. They also have after hours drop-off and an after hours pickup locker. They also do it all in 24hr turn around. Their prices are inline with what I've seen at other dry cleaners. They do seem slightly more expensive at face value, but they send coupons out every month and that balances it out. What issues have I faced with them? The most common issue is coupons not being applied. I'll often drop off and show them the coupon off my phone. Many times I've gotten home after a pickup and realized the coupon wasnt applied. ALWAYS CHECK, it happens to me almost 50% of the time. That being said, every single time I've mentioned it to them, I've gotten credit for the amount or gotten another coupon applied. read more

**** Review 133 **** This place is amazing! I've had a costume that has needed to be cleaned since Halloween, I've taken it to about 4 different places and everyone of them said they couldn't or wouldn't do it. I had almost given up on getting it cleaned, then I remember this place. I had never stopped in, but I'm sure glad I did. The staff is really friendly, and it definitely a full service experience. First thing I do is ask the attendant, that has come to my car, if they can clean the costume. She takes it, and the rest of my clothes, walks inside (I followed of course) and asked one of the owners if they can clean it. The gentleman said that they have a lot of clients that bring in costumes, and that if I'm willing to trust them, he would be happy to try and clean it. At this point I'm loving the fact that he's willing to even try, when all other rejected me. As they open an account with all my info, I'm told that for my birthday I get a free suit cleaning (great timing, since that day was actually my birthday). She explained how they operate: they give me a sack for my dirty laundry, and I can drop it off anytime, even after they're closed thru their drop off area. After about 5 minutes of information, she asked me if it was ok to give them a few extra days on the costume, but the rest of my clothes were going to be ready the next day. I decided to leave all my belonging until everything was done, a few days later I get an email telling me everything is ready. I stopped by, the staff again was super friendly, got all my clothes, and to my amazement the custome was spotless! They had also given me a discount on my bill. I'm hooked, I don't think I'm ever going to a different dry cleaners, ever! Oh and I forgot to mention, the custome is a white unicorn suit with a rainbow mane, tail, and horn, and the person literally is the back legs of the unicorn, the rest of the suit is held on by long a harness and it looks like your riding the unicorn the whole time. My wife decided this was her best custome ever! It's now back to a spotless white. read more

Tide does an excellent job on all my clothes. It is so simple because there is a covered drive up door, and they furnish you a bag each time and there ois nothing to fill out except maybe the first visit. The only criticism I have of them is that they offer discounts at times and if you don;t mention this to them, you will not receive it. I would think it would show up automatically and they would mention it so pay attention to this...otherwise it is a great place. I give them a 4.5. read more

I have to admit, I am a regular at this location. Main reason is the proximity and it is convenient. Typically they do a good job. However, I do believe they are a bit expensive compared to some of the other local dry cleaners in the area. You may want to shop around pricing. They do offer dry cleaning of course for shirts, pants, suits, dresses, etc.. They also do drapes and comforters and a few other items. One experience in particular. I had dropped off my usual load of dry cleaning. In that, I had included a sport coat. When I picked my cleaning up I hung it up in the closet immediately. The next morning, as I was getting ready to leave to catch a flight, I put the sport coat on and found that the buttons had been ripped off the front and were nowhere to be found. Visibly angry, I went back to the location and brought it to the managers attention. It turned out someone had found the buttons, and left them on his desk. He first offered to replace them with equal or better buttons and then realized the cuff buttons matched what was on his desk. He asked how much time I had and had the coat ready to go in less than an hour. In the breast pocket, he included a coupon for $10 off. A little service does truly go a long way. I walked in there absolutely furious. I had the receipt for the cleaning and also the receipt for the jacket itself. I was pissed. He could not have done a better job correcting it. Would I go back? Yes. But I'll be honest, I have been thinking about shopping around. Their prices do appear to be quite high. At times you will experience having to wait even though it looks like there's 5 people working. That, I don't understand and I have seen people walk out because of that. read more

I went to the Liberty township location yesterday to pick up my dry cleaning & drop off. Sign posted outside....now closed on weekends due to staff shortage. Website shows no changes in hours. I absolutely love that I don't have to get out of the car with my newborn! The staff here is very friendly. I was very surprised at how fast the turnaround is. Love that I can dropoff anytime and if I let them know I can't get there by the time they close they'll put it in a locker and I can get it later. They did a wonderful job on my hubby's suit. I will definitely be back. They are a little pricey, but the service is worth it. read more

Decided to try this new dry cleaner as I was in the area. When I arrived, there is a large covered multi car drive though. I decided to walk in for service as it was my first visit. Was quickly greeted and given the details on the 24 hour drop off and pickup service, created an account and about my day I went. This initial service was for drying cleaning a suit and washing & press on a shirt. It was ready for pickup the next day and I received an email confirming so. At pickup time, I arrived at 6:55am and they open at 7am. They were NOT dragging their feet this morning. Doors already open ready for business, I could see steam rising off the press and was surprised to receive service at this time. For the pickup, I let them come to me and paid at the vehicle. Received a personalized bag with my account info that I can use for drop offs on return visits without having to stop and provide contact info. Suit looks good and I'm happy with the service. read more

I have been using this location for several years. Good service and quality of dry cleaning!

My wife dropped of my suit jacket and a peacoat. Said it would be available next day. I came in next day and our clothing couldn't be found. I needed the coat for work as I was headed in. I got a call that they found our coats and I stopped by at lunch to pick them up. The white deodorant stains on my jacket, which were specified to be cleaned by my wife, were still extremely visible. They were obviously not looked at after they were cleaned. The owner did take time to clean the stains after I said something. He stated that those stains will be visible when the water dried and dry cleaning wouldn't take those stains out. I would recommend a different dry cleaner for deodorant stains. Others in the area can take care of this issue, this location was just convenient. read more

Expensive, rude managers and very poor quality. I had a very nice suit and when I got it back to pick it up one button was different and one missing. My button down work shirts were always pressed poorly and had even more broken/ missing/ different buttons. The only positives were some of the customer service workers, the 24 hour drop off and locker pick up. None of which make up for the negatives unfortunately. read more

Needed to get a 30 year old stain out of a 30 year old dress for a family member to be buried in done quickly. Vicki did an awesome job getting the dress done for us in a couple of hours and looks great! She also enclosed a heartfelt note. Thank you for making this time easier for us. read more

This place is really bad. If you care about your clothes at all, don't bother with this Tide location. Have never been to other locations, so not sure if it's a company problem or just this one. Have had broken buttons on almost every order (been using for over a year)! Take stuff back, show the broken buttons, go back to pick up and they charge me! Realized today, a button that they replaced on a blue blazer, is a black button! So....that looks terrible. I could go on but I'm annoyed. Seriously, try somewhere else first. read more

The co-owner Dominic is a wonderful person. My father's funeral was on Monday morning and I called him late Saturday to dry clean my mother's blouse. After other cleaners said "no", he graciously extended himself to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. "Doing this helps give meaning to my life", he tells me. This service orientation to assist our grieving family was extraordinary. I want to publicly thank Dominic and encourage anyone who reads this to take your business to this honorable, principled and compassionate man. read more

This is for the Mason Ohio Location. I've been there about 10 times and this was the last time. I had about 15 items cleaned and was charged 84.00. This was 13 shirts, 2 sweaters and a pair of pants. I will not go into detail but will say that all of the negative reviews are accurate. I asked to see a manager and they did not know what to do. So one of them stepped up and said we can give you a credit on your next order for the amount in question. This is not the answer I was looking for. And said no just reduce the bill for the amount of the credit. She huffed and started pushing buttons on the cash register. About 4 or 5 minutes later the bill was reduced by 12.00. Not sure where these numbers came from but I paid it. What pissed me off the most was as I was leaving she smirked and said "have a nice day". I've worked in retail for years and would have been apologetic and sincere to my valuable customer. If you own this franchise location or if Procter and Gamble is using this location for training, you will not be in the dry cleaning business much longer. You lost me and my future business and I will pass this experience on. read more

What I am most impressed with are the employees. Always friendly. Service is great!

I have to run some errands tonight after work so I wanted to have my clothes put in a locker. It's Friday night so I know they will be in high demand however whenever I call I get sent to voicemail! It's 3 PM how can you be too busy to answer the phone? I don't see how this is acceptable. I've been willing to overlook the staff's frustration when I use the drive-thru because I'm making them do their job but common the 24 hour pick up is the whole reason I use this place and now I can't even use that. Time to find another dry cleaner! read more

I love Tide dry cleaners, not only are my clothes clean and smell so good the employees are wonderful. Great job Tide!

I am very disappointed about their customer service and quality. First I got my blouse back with a ripped seam and they blamed it on the manufacturer but I got it fixed by my tailor. I brought it back to them, and they returned it to me with two big stains that came from them trying to get stains removed. The owner of the store looked at it and said that at least it looks better than before. After complaining to me about his long day at work, he agreed to take a look at it again but could get some of the discoloration from their cleaning product out. While doing this he found two more normal stains but refused to adress them because "I wouldn't be pleased anyway". He never apologized for his rude behavior and seemed offended that I was upset that they ruined my blouse. read more
