I had worn that suit to church just 6 days prior with NO ONE mentioning any holes or distress....so it wasn't there. When I went to pick up the suit and then question the mark, I was told it was probably a moth hole or that I had "picked it on something sharp". When told I had just worn it 6 days before and there were no issues, she said it must be "old". After I informed her it was a $500 suit I had worn 3 times, she said that nothing they do in their "process" could have caused it and took ZERO responsibility even though the suit was IN THEIR CARE when it happened. To make matters worse....THEY DIDN'T REFUND THE CHARGE FOR HAVING THE SUIT CLEANED THAT THEY RUINED. VERY VERY disappointed. I won't be going back.
