Asked for dry cleaning service and obviously there is more than one option that was not explained to me. Did not listen to my request and lied when asked instead of at least apologizing. The laziness and lack of accountability just cost me $300. And the rude laugh was a complete different story. read more

I tried these folks out for the first time last week. Even though they had had a boiler burst and the locations of each item were lost, the guy at the counter was able to cycle through the clothes on the rack and find mine. Things happen, and they were able to keep this customer happy. My clothes all came out great, and at a reasonable price. I'll be back. read more

Arrived at 6:55 pm, workers said they were closed despite 7pm closing on signs and on-line. I've been a customer for 20 years. Never again! read more

I came here to take prep my wedding dress and alter some nice dresses I had. They took care of some stains in some clothes I had. Reasonably priced, quick service, high quality! read more

I am so grateful for this place. I was on a tight and short time frame to get my pants hemmed. I turned in my pants on Tuesday and needed my pants ready for pickup by Thursday just two days later because my graduation from the Academy was that Friday. I was so nervous because of the short turn around. But they informed me that I would have my pants by Friday so I would be unified with the other Officers. They even congratulated me for my new position. This place really made my day. I was pleased to be in proper uniform on graduation day. This place made it happen for me. I am so grateful. Let me preface my review with the fact that I did my dry cleaning here for over 2 years. Everything from shirt, sweaters, jackets to comforters and blankets. Despite the issues throughout, I stuck with them out of laziness. They were on my way home from work, but recent mistakes have become too much. I'll try to list all the things I've experienced with them here: - Broken buttons: Several of my shirts suddenly had shattered buttons. So as I go to button in, they almost disintegrate in my hands (picture included). After complaining to them multiple times, they shared that when their press clamps down it causes the high stress on buttons. To be fair, they replaced the buttons after they damaged them. But now I had mismatched buttons. - Iron quality: Whatever they were using to press the shirts was clearly burning them. A few of my darker shirts (the navys and blacks) now have a sheen to them. They're ruined and look ridiculous. Every comforter we've ever taken to them lost its softness afterwards because you could VISIBLY see the tips of the fibers burnt off. The comforter became very rough, we threw it away. - Quality control: Overall, this is why I gave them the 1 star. The way they press/clamp shirts, a clamp mark is very visible at the bottom. Since I have shirts that I wear untucked, i request those to have no clamp marks. They charge an extra 50 cents to do that and I gladly pay it. Despite being charged extra, my shirts always come back with clamp marks. I'd be traveling, pull out a shirt and realize it has clamp marks- at that point what can I do? They have no quality control at all. I would comment about something, they'd fix it. Then next week it would happen again. Overall, very sloppy. If you care about the quality of what you're getting and don't want it damaged, go somewhere else. read more

Deluxe Cleaners - Dry Cleaning Near Me - West Chester, Ohio

This review is long overdue! I've had a long period of immense grief losing a loved one to Covid-19. I was preparing for the funeral and called all around to have alterations done in such short notice. I spoke to LeeAnn who was kind enough to see if she could manage to help. She offered to reach out to a particular staff member who was working from home that day. I received a call back from LeeAnn confirming they could help me that same day. I arrived to their business location and witnessed her staff member come to meet me from driving in the snow! This business deserves every acknowledgment possible for their above & beyond services they provided. LeeAnn delivered excellent customer service to ensure my alteration requests were met, wrinkle free and ready for pickup next day. It meant so much to me to look my best for services and Deluxe Dry Cleaners made that possible! Customer service is the most important part of any business, I'd highly recommend this business whether you are local or just visiting in town as I was. Thank you so much! read more

They lost a pair of pants that were supposed to be hemmed and never apologized or offered any compensation. I picked up the dry cleaning for the order and was told that the hemmed pants were not ready yet and they would call me when finished. They never called. They claim that never got the pants back from the tailor since they still have the receipt to show that they sent the pants out. I called 5 times and showed up twice to show my receipt. They dodged my calls and provided no updates or compensation for the lost pants. Additionally, since I believe that I prepaid for the work, they kept the money for the hemming and cleaning of pants never returned. read more

I was a happy customer for many years until this business was sold and has been operating under new ownership. The customer service is,non existent and when I take items the prices never are consistent they increase with every order. This is a prepay but for some reason tje last two times I was in they say "we forgot to include one item" thwn charge me $11. In addition to the obvious price gouging the customer service is terrible, borderline disrespectful. One star is generous. read more

I never really thought much about dry cleaners until I used Deluxe to help with an adhesive stain on my favorite jacket. They actually know the chemistry of stains and were able to have my jacket looking good as new! And they didn't gouge me on the price! read more
