My jacket was scorched, my pantsuit came back covered in lint balls and appeared to have been put in the washing machine, and my vest had spots on it. All of these items were practically new and had only been worn once. The young woman at the front desk was kind and professional, but the owner was dismissive when I raised my concerns. He waved his hand in my face, showed absolutely no care or concern for my clothing, and made no effort to resolve the damage even after I specifically expressed that I wanted my clothes fixed. There seems to be no care taken with customers' clothing or concern about how items are returned. When you trust a business with your clothes--especially nice or expensive pieces--you expect them to be handled properly and with care. I do NOT recommend bringing nice, new, or expensive clothing here. My items were only worn once and came back with damage and issues they did not have before. This is not a place I would trust with my clothes again. Choose a business that cares about your clothing, respects its customers, and takes responsibility for its work. No point of contacting the owner he is unprofessional.

Wouldn't want to send your grandma in here to pick up your dry cleaning, but honestly I can't see any difference between the dry cleaning results of, let's say a sweater from these guys, at a total of 3.75 versus the results their competition charges 7.00 to clean. If you'd pick Fiji water at 2.50 over Ice Mountain for a dollar, 7 times out of 10, you'd be better off going to Widmers or Concord Cleaners.... For those who know the value of a dollar, you'll swoon from the unique I just-saved-some-serious-jack dopamine, even as you encounter multiple nose rings, serious rap at the cleaners (sounds like a song to be made), and a detached and nonchalant attitude.
