Multiple times we have gotten clothes back with tags saying "a stain was detected". But they don't try to get them out. I'm not sure what they do when they dry "clean". Or there is a stain and they don't mark it at all. They have delivery service but make sure you don't want to keep any wreaths or decorations that you may have on your door. Their delivery driver destroyed a wreath that was irreplaceable. He grabbed the wreath from my hook on my door to hang a shirt that was supposed to be folded. My husband called the store and I received a call back from someone stating that she was the owner and wanted to "fix this" I called the number back and left a message and have heard nothing since. Apparently she doesn't want to fix it. I don't know how she can. I mean irreplaceable means just that. So obviously they have lost a customer.

When I went to pick up today, the owner and the lady I spoke with on the phone were both in. HOWEVER, the incredible owner and employee remembered my situation and went out of their way to guarantee that my suite was ready for be fore closing. Incredible service, great price. Highly recommend.

I stopped by to support a local shop and a young lady told me, on a Saturday, my jeans would be ready by the following Saturday for less than $20. I show up the following Saturday and a different young lady tries to give me several wrong clothing items. I explain to her I just have jeans. She comes back to say they're not here, she has no idea where they are. What? She says she will go get a manager. An older man also has no idea where my jeans are then proceeds to tell me they might with a seamstress, he has no idea when they'll be done, how there's a national shortage on pulleys for zippers (huh?), and he'll call me soon. He said the employee never should have said one week. He promised to ship me the pants once found, free of charge to take of the hassle. I explain that I have one more weekend there and can stop by the following Saturday. He is relieved, I leave, hoping they find my jeans and a pulley. I get a text on Tuesday that my jeans are in and ready for pickup. I show up the following Saturday. A different young lady helps me. My total is $28! Mind you, I didn't get these dry cleaned, they are still brand new and only needed a pulley. I was also told by the manager that these would even be shipped for free, I was just being nice by stopping back by. I asked if that was really the price, told that's what I owe to take my jeans, so I reluctantly did, but wow. What a mess! My jeans are fixed perfectly, 5 stars on the seamstress' work, but 0 stars for the false promises on when I'd be able to pick up and for how much. I never asked for anything for free but to charge me significantly more than quoted after the item went missing and telling me it would be free? Come on, stay true to something you said! The lack of effort/keeping their word and inability to know where a customer's item is screams unprofessionalism. I cannot recommend this place any less.

DO NOT GO HERE! I'm…read moreextremely disappointed with the service. My jacket was scorched, my pantsuit came back covered in lint balls and appeared to have been put in the washing machine, and my vest had spots on it. All of these items were practically new and had only been worn once. The young woman at the front desk was kind and professional, but the owner was dismissive when I raised my concerns. He waved his hand in my face, showed absolutely no care or concern for my clothing, and made no effort to resolve the damage even after I specifically expressed that I wanted my clothes fixed. There seems to be no care taken with customers' clothing or concern about how items are returned. When you trust a business with your clothes--especially nice or expensive pieces--you expect them to be handled properly and with care. I do NOT recommend bringing nice, new, or expensive clothing here. My items were only worn once and came back with damage and issues they did not have before. This is not a place I would trust with my clothes again. Choose a business that cares about your clothing, respects its customers, and takes responsibility for its work. No point of contacting the owner he is unprofessional.

The employees claimed that they would try to fix it, but were ultimately unable to restore the dress to it's original condition. After I told the employees that it still wasn't up to the standard that we expected, one of the employees told me they would continue to work on it and to return the following morning. Several hours later, I received a call from the owner of the store who I had never spoken to previously. The owner refused to apologize or offer any compensation, despite the damage, even going as far as blaming the garment itself for the damage and eventually claiming that it was damaged when we initially brought it in. I understand that accidents can happen, but treating a long-time customer with disrespect and refusing to make things right is unacceptable. I won't be returning, and I would not trust this business with any valuable or sentimental clothing.

Rip N Stitch gets full marks on all of the above. I called on a weekend to see if I could get the sleeves of a suit jacket shortened by the following weekend. I was told because of the buttons it would be a little more than the standard price for sleeves, but $45 sounded fair and I appreciated knowing the price up front! They also said I could pick it up any time on Wednesday, no need to call ahead. Within about 10 minutes I was on my way with the claim ticket in hand. On Wednesday I picked up the jacket on my lunch break. As promised, it was ready and the price was $45 + tax. Finally, the work was done well.
