Extremely disappointed in the dry cleaning service by Tide Cleaners in Kenwood. After leaving an expensive church altar cloth with a minor wine stain to be removed, as well as the altar corner pieces, they were returned with multiple stains and dirt on the fabric that weren't there when originally submitted for cleaning. One section of the altar cloth looked like it had tire tracks on it, along with other stains. After returning the items to be cleaned again, the altar cloth was returned with still a shadowy stain and it was badly wrinkled when pressed. An altar corner piece that had a machine oil stain left on it by the cleaners was taken back a third time with yet another dirt stain along the edge. After they tried to clean the damage they caused with no success, they refused to clean it another time for fear of damaging the material. The store manager could only offer a store credit, not a refund for their shoddy work. I would not recommend this location for dry cleaning and will not return for them to clean anything for us in the future. If I could give a minus star rating, I would. read more

I first visited Tide Cleaners for the first time a couple of days ago and I am very pleased with how my clothes turned out! The customer service was also fantastic! Clara helped me sign up for a new account, walked me through the different variations that my clothes could go through, and even gave me a first-time customer coupon. I took 2 scarves in to be cleaned, one was done nicely and the other(an expensive scarf we bought in Spain) looked like a rag when I picked it up. I brought it back to be redone and the store charged me $9.32 to clean it the second time. That was on top of the first $9.32! I asked to be credited and the person said I'd have to call the manage. I looked up the name she gave me (Antonio Pearce) and couldn't find a number for him. Does anyone know how to reach him? My next call will be to P&G. Very rude person on staff. Couldn't find my account because I had used a different location (?). She started setting up a new account while telling me 3 times I sounded upset. As she was gathering my laundry, she mentioned she would make a note that I was not "nice". That was it for me: I picked up my clothes and left. The good news is that I will never have to set up an account at this location ever again as I won't be back. A legendary brand such as Tide that values consumer input and service should not tolerate this kind of sub-par service. read more

The smell of freshness fills the location; I always associate Tide scents with clean new clothes scent. I love a polished look but hate to iron. I also am "laundry/clean" instructions challenged and have ruined items when removing stains when washing them myself. My Lilly Pulitzer tops of many beautiful prints need to be done professionally to keep colorful and fresh looking. Tide even reinforces buttons and repairs dropped stitches. Love this location but parking is not good in busy traffic times. And turning to the left on exiting is a challenge. I like the free pick up and delivery service and the after hours drop off. I should read the Yelp reviews first. I took Wash & Fold laundry, shirts to be laundered, and slacks to be dry cleaned. The slacks were to suits for which the jackets did not need to be cleaned. These items were all dropped off on the last Saturday in January. The shirts and slacks were promised for the following Wednesday, but the wash & fold items wouldn't be ready for five working days, I,e, the following Friday. So, I waited for more than a week. When I returned, none of my order could be found. After 30 minutes, my wash & fold was found filed under a different name. My shirts and cleaning couldn't be found. The regional manager was in the stored and found the wash & fold and promised to find the rest of my order that probably was at another store along with other "orphaned" laundry and cleaning since the wash & fold had been mislabeled. He waived the charges for the wash & fold and promised to do the same for the rest of the order when found. Even though the order was messed up and the charges for the wash & fold were high, I left feeling positive about the store since the SNAFU had been promised to be fixed. A month has passed and my missing clothes have yet to be found. The manager is never in the store that I call or at the other store. But, I shouldn't worry because I have his "personal" cell phone number on which I can leave endless messages that are never returned. Did I mention that the stores don't provide tickets for the items that they accept for laundry and dry cleaning? The security system does have a visual record of the drop offs, but with no sound. So, as make my way to corporate next week to begin the process of collecting the more than $600 it will take to only partially replace the missing clothing, I guess that I should take comfort in knowing that SNAFU has been resolved to FUBAR. We have always had good experiences with this cleaners. The employees are friendly, and our orders have always been ready by the pick-up date. This last time we tried the drive up option, and loved not having to get out on a rainy day! Will definitely keep coming back! read more

I thought I would give Tide Cleaners a try since it is close to my work. on June 13, I drop off multiple item. When I went to pick them up, I paid what they said was owed. They strated bringing out the order and asked me about a comforter ($40 of my charge). I told them I hadn't dropped off a comforter. They were unable to identify the item that they swapped out as a comforter in my items. I told them I wanted to be refunded the $40 charge for the comforter Jim. They advised a manager sign off was required and there was no manager to approve the refund but that I would get a call the next day. I didn't get a call, so a few days later, I called the store. I explained the situation. I was told again that I would get a call. I stopped in today and was told I could call a regional manager. I told her the manager has my information and I want him to call me. No refund, no resolution of my missing item. Much more expensive then my current dry cleaner. I would say, pass by!! read more

I went to the tide store and they had someone call me within an hour to fix issues I was having with dry cleaning service.

I'd give them a zero if I could!!! They have my item almost 3 weeks and it wasn't even there! They send items to another tide for cleaning! They told me it was still at their Mason location and they didn't know when it would be back. So, I went to the Mason location to get my item. They had no record of me dropping anything off! Nothing! The employee there looked up similar items that had been dropped off. She was able to find my item but the ID tag saying it was mine and where it needed taken back to was missing! Missing! How does that even happen!?!? Had I not gone to the other location looking for my stuff I never would have gotten it back! Will never give them my business again!! read more

We used to love Tide Blue Ash, but in the last 6-8 weeks something has changed and they are horrible now. On three occasions I have received an email that my order was ready and drove there only to find out that the BAG was the only thing ready! Three times!! They used to only take a day and a half to get it done, now it's often up to a week. Today I called at 6:30pm and they said that my order was done, we arrived after hours to use their amazing after-hour pickup and it said we had nothing ready. Now we have to leave on our trip without them. All good things must come to an end I suppose. We are done. read more

I wish I could give this location zero stars. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a business. I dropped off 3 bags of wash and fold clothing. On my first attempt to retrieve my items I received 1 bag back and was told that it was the only bag I dropped off. On my 2nd attempt to retrieve my items, the employee attempted to give me 2 bags of clothing that did not belong to me. When I informed her that they were not my items, her response was "well they have your name on it" as if I didn't know what I dropped off. She then gave me the manager's "personal" number to contact (instead of taking ownership herself.). During the phone conversation with the manager, he seemed annoyed and even commented how the employees should not give out his number (as if I cared in the least bit.) He promised to contact me the next day after he did some investigating. Surprise!!!! I did not hear from him. A week later I contacted the store again and although I was calm and polite under the given circumstances, my politeness was meet with annoyance and an extremely nasty attitude by the young lady on the phone as if it were her 2 loads of laundry that were missing and not mine. The only help she was willing to offer was texting the unresponsive manger who obviously does not care to address the customers that keep him employed. So here we are no clothing found and no response from the manager. Looking at all the other customer experiences I'm not really sure why their higher management allows this to continue. As someone who worked in a customer service setting previously, this type of nonchalant and unprofessional behavior would have never been tolerated. I would strongly suggest that this place be avoided at all costs. read more

Avoid this place. Their operations have completely fallen apart the last few months. I've had three contiguous times that they have failed in their guaranteed 24 hour turnaround time. I'm not talking missing by a few hours, I'm talking days. And each time the issue is met with apathy by the staff. While it's not directly their fault, there are no attempts at service recovery. This is an amazing location. Excellent and friendly service. Great discount options. Also don't worry if you leave something in your pockets. They will return it. Recently I had an envelop stapled to a hanger. I opened it and in it were 2 $20 bills! Who does that? They easily could have wound up In one of their pockets. I was amazed!! I was excited about this cleaners because of the courteous personnel, 24 hour drop-off and pick-up as well as drive through service. However, after a couple bad experiences I am afraid to trust this cleaner with any cleaning. A beautiful wool heirloom Ralph Lauren sweater was shrunk by about 30%. This sweater had been dry cleaned before with no damage or shrinkage. Also a high quality wool men's suit was slightly shrunk and as a result wrinkled and pulled. Their processing seems oddly rough on other clothing leaving a rough, almost slightly pilled surface, and the color is a little bleached or drained looking. I am a very busy person which is why the 24 hour drop off or pick up appealed to me, but this has prevented me from bringing these items back to the cleaner to comment and are above my abilities at this time. Better to stop patronizing. Later...Tide Cleaner kindly asked me to direct message them but I do not see this option. As I am very busy I am not sure what they could do for me without a runaround of complications so at this point I am done. If clothing are ruined it's best to move on. read more

There's a problem at the Blue Ash store that seems to be getting worse, rather than better. Missing items, no email that order is ready, ready email comes and only the bag is there, after hours pickup machine says I don't have a valid account and taking 3-4 days to get my cleaning back. read more

Overpriced and a poor cleaning job, on multiple occasions. Shirts and pants come back with wrinkled creases in odd areas. My son's suit pants somehow came back with a mud streak. Brought something in with tassles, and they came back matted and ruined. Will not use again. read more

Dropped clothes off here during the grand opening and still have not received all of my items back. I have reached out to the manager multiple times and he still has not taken care of anything. Just told me that they messed up the clothing and will fix the items.... No updates given or anything. Even went online to get info from corporate to see what could be done since they messed up my clothing and not a single response. It's been 5 weeks and counting. Both events we needed the clothing for have since passed. Completely horrible service. read more
