I was spending some time in the area and decided to get a new pair of jeans fixed. I got a good deal on designer jeans because the zipper was missing the pulley. I stopped by to support a local shop and a young lady told me, on a Saturday, my jeans would be ready by the following Saturday for less than $20. I show up the following Saturday and a different young lady tries to give me several wrong clothing items. I explain to her I just have jeans. She comes back to say they're not here, she has no idea where they are. What? She says she will go get a manager. An older man also has no idea where my jeans are then proceeds to tell me they might with a seamstress, he has no idea when they'll be done, how there's a national shortage on pulleys for zippers (huh?), and he'll call me soon. He said the employee never should have said one week. He promised to ship me the pants once found, free of charge to take of the hassle. I explain that I have one more weekend there and can stop by the following Saturday. He is relieved, I leave, hoping they find my jeans and a pulley. I get a text on Tuesday that my jeans are in and ready for pickup. I show up the following Saturday. A different young lady helps me. My total is $28! Mind you, I didn't get these dry cleaned, they are still brand new and only needed a pulley. I was also told by the manager that these would even be shipped for free, I was just being nice by stopping back by. I asked if that was really the price, told that's what I owe to take my jeans, so I reluctantly did, but wow. What a mess! My jeans are fixed perfectly, 5 stars on the seamstress' work, but 0 stars for the false promises on when I'd be able to pick up and for how much. I never asked for anything for free but to charge me significantly more than quoted after the item went missing and telling me it would be free? Come on, stay true to something you said! The lack of effort/keeping their word and inability to know where a customer's item is screams unprofessionalism. I cannot recommend this place any less. read more

Price extremely expensive , cleaning ok. Pieces cheaper elsewhere , not returning. Definitely found a more economical alternative

Best dry cleaners in the city! Great services, friendly staff, and quality work! I had my wedding gown cleaned there 5 years ago and it came out looking brand new. I highly recommend! read more

Kroner Dry Cleaners - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Cincinnati, Ohio

See all

After several visits, I feel comfortable concluding that they know what they're doing here. I've gotten back several loads of garments that have been impeccably cleaned and well taken care of. They've even gone to the trouble of leaving notes for some spots that they couldn't remove due to permanent damage to the garment, with some likely causes (I was already aware of these defects, but I appreciated them going that little extra mile). My new go-to dry cleaner for Cincinnati. read more

Friendly, neighborhood cleaners. They do a great job. I love the family feeling of this business.

Customer Service - does customer service exist anymore? Went to this store only to be addressed by non professional employee. When I say non professional I mean very rude person. I Called the store to report to owner how I was treated and the employee must have learned her manners from him as he told me to take my business elsewhere if I didn't like the service. People think they can talk to you any kind of way and you are going to take it. The store owner should have apologized for the behavior of his employee but instead he was just as bad. I don't blame the employee anymore but the owner as clearly he doesn't train people to provide respect and customer service. read more

I have a beautiful comforter set and it needed to be cleaned. It was very expensive and very decorative. I am over the moon with the wonderful job Kroner did. Their price was very reasonable too. It looks brand new again! I'm now a customer for life! read more

They did an amazing job on my wedding gown and my second look dress. The wedding down had dirt and makeup and they got it all out plus my bustle was tied super tight and almost impossible to get undone without cutting but the seamstress got it undone for me since I requested it not to be cut since I had to wear it again. They did amazing!! They also were able to get it back to me a few days earlier than I needed it! read more

Made a stain one of my garments significantly worse, in-fact they added a new yellow stain with whatever substance they used to try and clean the shirt. read more

Courteous, ready when expected, attention to detail on a variety of spots/stains! Great job!

Family owned business with great personal service. We use the pick up service which makes it very easy if you have a regular load of shirts or laundry bundle. read more

Amazing Service!! Everyone there is super friendly! I actually live in New York and have had a few bad experiences with other dry cleaning companies and will wait and bring my clothes to be dry cleaned with me when I come to Cincy to visit family. I will only go with Kroner. read more

Just awful cleaners. We dropped our comforter off at the Mt. Adams location and the woman said it would be $40 and ready a few days later. 1 day later I get an email saying it's over $50. Still wouldn't be that big of a deal, but they never even washed the comforter! We got it back home and pulled it out of the bag and it's still dirty and smelled dirty. Stay far, far away. read more

Best in the city!!!!!! I used their delivery service every week for years and I never had a problem. Unfortunately I moved to West Chester a few years ago and I haven't found anyone that can match their quality of service or professionalism. read more

Kroner's is great! They do a great job with all my needs. They've preserved my wedding dress, done pant alterations, pressing, shoe repair and of course, dry cleaning. Their home delivery service is great too. Just leave the red bag out on your porch and give them a call. A few days later your stuff will be right back there, and ready to go. Highly recommend! read more

Great cleaning. They will put buttons back on and they always send back all the crap (including money) from my husband pockets....which is amazing! Recently moved out of the area but before I left brought in several items. The move was hectic, and of course we forgot. Ray took the time to repackage everything flat in bags and took it to the post office mailed to my home with the receipts. Awesome service! read more

Absolutely good work but ridiculously high priced for very simple alteration job including hemming and zipper replacement. The receipt listed close to $100 "misc charges" which the owner could not explain other than he has to "pay workers." I will not go back to them again. As mentioned, the work is good but unless you have nothing but money to burn, this business doesn't seem to understand what a fair price means. read more
