This review is long overdue!…read more I've had a long period of immense grief losing a loved one to Covid-19. I was preparing for the funeral and called all around to have alterations done in such short notice. I spoke to LeeAnn who was kind enough to see if she could manage to help. She offered to reach out to a particular staff member who was working from home that day. I received a call back from LeeAnn confirming they could help me that same day. I arrived to their business location and witnessed her staff member come to meet me from driving in the snow! This business deserves every acknowledgment possible for their above & beyond services they provided. LeeAnn delivered excellent customer service to ensure my alteration requests were met, wrinkle free and ready for pickup next day. It meant so much to me to look my best for services and Deluxe Dry Cleaners made that possible! Customer service is the most important part of any business, I'd highly recommend this business whether you are local or just visiting in town as I was. Thank you so much!

DO NOT GO HERE! I'm…read moreextremely disappointed with the service. My jacket was scorched, my pantsuit came back covered in lint balls and appeared to have been put in the washing machine, and my vest had spots on it. All of these items were practically new and had only been worn once. The young woman at the front desk was kind and professional, but the owner was dismissive when I raised my concerns. He waved his hand in my face, showed absolutely no care or concern for my clothing, and made no effort to resolve the damage even after I specifically expressed that I wanted my clothes fixed. There seems to be no care taken with customers' clothing or concern about how items are returned. When you trust a business with your clothes--especially nice or expensive pieces--you expect them to be handled properly and with care. I do NOT recommend bringing nice, new, or expensive clothing here. My items were only worn once and came back with damage and issues they did not have before. This is not a place I would trust with my clothes again. Choose a business that cares about your clothing, respects its customers, and takes responsibility for its work. No point of contacting the owner he is unprofessional.
