Dropped off a custom made shirt to be professionally laundered when I picked it up there were holes all down the sleeves, went back in and the associate gave me a claim ticket Jan 27th and said a manager would call me today Feb 8 still no call so I stop in only to be talked down to by the manager about how it's the shirts fault and I shouldn't buy expensive shirts next time I should buy $10 shirts not only was this disrespectful but to sit there and argue with me about how it's not her fault not even an apology just deny deny deny regardless of what you think caused the damage It wasn't dropped off in that condition! I would tell everyone to avoid this location if you don't want to chance ruining your shirts and then having the manager tell you it's your fault for not buying cheaper stuff! Springdale is the 4th cleaners I've used in the area. All of the others take too long (why 3 days if you do work on site?), cost an arm and a leg or are inconvenient. Springdale is just off my route to work. The prices are reasonable, especially if you show a coupon from their web site, they do same day, no questions asked, and the clerks are very pleasant. I took a wool coat into the cleaners for dry cleaning per the cleaning instructions. When I picked up the coat, the leather around 7 of the 8 fasteners was removed making the coat unwearable. When I called the manager at the Tri-County, Michelle, she was extremely rude, hanging up on me one two occasions. I was asking if at the least, they could refund me for the cost of them damaging my coat, when she hung up the second time. I tried to locate a corporate contact to report this mistreatment but could only send a message to the store where I had already been disrespected. In no way was my experience a reflection of their service statement; "We'll do our very best on every order you entrust to our care. If the results aren't up to your expectations, we promise to make it right." I was offered absolutely nothing as compensation for ruining my garment. NO STARS --WORSE PLACE EVER -- On 3/31/15 I took a king size comforter from Bed, Bath and Beyond to them for cleaning. The comforter cost $250.00. When I picked it up and got it home, I took the plastic off and laid it across the bed I noticed that it was NOT the correct comforter and that the comforter that was given to me was not the correct size (it looked like a queen) and it was textured (the comforter that I dropped off did not). I called the store immediately and was told to bring it back. I got back in the car and took it back at that time. They workers there did look around for the correct comforter and did not find it. I was told that I need to talk to the manager and she was gone for the day. I was told she would return the next morning at 7:00. On Thursday April 2, 2015 I went to the store. I spoke to the manager about the issue and she stated that she must look at video. I called her again later that day to check and I stopped by the store to see if she was able to locate it. The manager told me to give her a few days so I waited and called on 4/7. I spoke to her again on 4/8 and was told that she has only looked a half a day of footage for that Monday. She said that the "owner's son" needs to come in to zoom in on the comforter to see if the one I dropped off is the textured one. I honestly feel like my integrity is being questioned. Spoke with her a another time and again today. She told me today that they looked a the video and that the video shows that the comforter that I picked up and returned to them looked exactly the same as the one that I dropped off--so its my word against that.. It defiantly is NOT. It wouldn't surprise me if they didn't look any video! She also said they called about 12 customers to have them see if they got the wrong comforter -- why would they do that IF the video shows that the one they tried to give me was correct --hmmm??? I have sent an email that you can do on line over a week ago and I have not heard anything back from the "owner". I asked to get a number to the "owner" and was told I needed to call back to the store when the "owner" was there. Do NOT do business with them. They pretty much will call you a liar and question your integrity. We are going to report them to the BBB. I also paid for the cleaning and have not been given a refund for this. So I'm out the charge for cleaning and the cost of the comforter. read more

On average two buttons are broken out of every order or drop off. They have no quality control. The top button that they secure when putting on the hanger was broken and nobody even thought to replace it. The prices are cheap and you get what you pay for. I would not recommend. read more

I dropped a suit off that I'd had wadded up in my garage for a few years. They cleaned it up nicely and it looked brand new when I picked it up. Very quick turn around and awesome prices. I'll continue using them for sure. read more

Took 17 shirts to be clean and laundered on a Monday morning, 7:45am. Was told that the shirts would be ready that evening (as usual). I returned 5pm that evening and was told that my shirts were not done and was asked to return later that evening or next morning - ok, I get it, things happen. I returned 7:45am next morning and the shirts still weren't done. I was asked to wait an hour. I told them I'd be back that evening. When I returned a third time to pick up my shirts that evening, they were done. I asked to speak to the manager who wasn't there (at 5pm). I called next day and spoke to the manager, Michelle, who was very condescending and rude to me , telling me that she never promised that the shirts would be done that day and that I was wrong. No "sorry for the miscommunication". No, "my apologies". It was I....WAS....WRONG. Avoid Springdale Cleaners at all costs. Michelle has absolutely no customer service. At all. Reading some of the other reviews here and elsewhere, it isn't an isolated incident. read more
