By far the best staples location I have been to! Best staff ever. I can't rave enough about Brian. Brian gives the best customer service, always helpful and cheerful. And I have been to this location several times to come to this conclusion. Other than that you know what you are coming in for when you visit staples. I get my supplies from them here and there. I mostly use their photo/copier station more. Fantastic service, always quick. Plenty of parking outside. read more

It's a Sunday, I'm sitting at my desk and I recieve a call from the manager of the store. He was checking to see if the chair I replaced is working out for me. Where else do you get such wonderful personal follow up? Darren does such a good job I'm afraid he'll be promoted to district and/or higher and I will lose him, but as long as he is at that store, I will be a customer! I visited beechmont staples to have 5 pages printed off and they told me there was a 24hr wait time because he had 9 orders ahead of me. So I now drive to mason Ohio every time because Darren and his team with 20+ orders ahead of me. Get me in and out the door in minutes the service there is amazing they are friendly and welcoming. The extra drive gives me time to drink my coffee and the few minutes it takes to print them off I am accompanied by warm and inviting conversations. read more

Was trying to shop for a chair and I wasn't even inside the store for 5 minutes and was told they were closing at 6PM on Saturday. Apple Maps shows they are open until 9PM. I told them this and they just looked at me stupid. Not my fault your company doesn't update its hours. I'll just shop else where going forward. read more

I needed to exchange my Soda Stream cartridge, and according to their website Staples is an exchange site. I tried other stores, but they were out of stock, or the recording when I called said that they would not check availability of items. I called this Staples store and they were happy to check their stock AND they had them. So, I immediately went there and the woman who had helped me on the phone saw me walking in the parking lot with my empty cartridge. She had someone bringing it up before I even entered the store! Now that's customer service! Very happy customer!! read more

Beware that this Staples routinely has higher prices than Staples.com or other stores. They are happy to match them or Amazon or Walmart but why do they try to get extra dollars for being higher than other Staples stores? I understand zone pricing but fhey are doing this on specials. People are friendly but they have one cashier who routinely fumbles with normal transactions. I had her again yesterday. I gave her a Staples coupon after some mfg coupons and she asked me to use the Staples coupon the next time I came in because she keyed in the mfg coupons first by mistake. They don't have as much merchandise as the Beechmont store. It is convenient and easy to get in and out so I continue to shop there. read more

Horrible customer service, specifically for the printing services. The app and website weren't working (again), so I called and spoke to the printing services manager and was told basically too bad and to call the tech line (for the entire company). Asked if I could email it in, I was told I couldn't email to them from home but could email it from the store...? It's entirely possible I misunderstood, as I was, admittedly, in a panic trying to figure out how to get 2 pages printed by 3 pm this afternoon. Honestly, I wasn't willing to listen to anything she said after she interrupted me (while I was trying to explain what the documents were) with "If you'd just let me talk." I'm sure I'll be written off as a total "Karen" by the printing services manager, store, company, and other people who read this, and that's ok. This isn't the first time I've had issues with poor customer service at this location. The staff is usually neither friendly nor helpful, save for a young woman (teen??) that's at the front register sometimes. I've shopped at this Staples for at-home business related needs, personal office supplies, and school shopping for years, but I'll find my supplies elsewhere. read more

Stopped by to make some simple black and white copies. Staff were total bone heads. They wanted to charge a fee to print something when I walked up to the counter. I will not be back. They quoted .75 per copy on black and whites... If this is a corporate thing than I will not be doing copies at Staples. read more

Never go here for printing. Went in to print a few resumes but self serve printer was down, so I asked for help. When I asked for the price I was told that I would have to pay .22 per copy as a convenience fee to get them today or I could come back tomorrow for them because it was after 2pm. I asked if I could order from a different location closer to me in Cincinnati and was told no unless I do it in person. (A place that cared about their customers would have made a call to their sister location and explain the situation to help out. That didn't happen!) My final effort to walk out as a customer was I asked the young lady that since their equipment was down if they would work with me on the extra cost, I was told no! My perception is you didn't really want to have to do my printing in the first place, good luck with that business model. read more

Thank you very much to Mark in the Copy Center. I needed just a few copies and was waiting to use the self-service copier. The person using the copy machine (I thought the store used to have more than 1 self-serve copier?) needed help from an employee for special settings, and Mark asked if he could help me. When he saw that my copies were needed for a death in my family, he sympathetically made the copies and was very kind. Thank you, Mark. Great staff. Friendly. Price match everytime. Dropped the ball on last visit using a coupon, but team took care of it quick.

Everytime I go to this location of Staples I regret my decision. With all of the competition that's out there right now for office supplies and equipment you would think someone would teach the Senior Management in the store a little bit about customer service. On two separate occasions with two separate store manager's I've had an issue with a purchase that I made at Staples. Both times the senior management team refused to address my concerns. read more
