I had to go here a few months ago to print off some copies with a lot of graphics. They were great! It was an emergency printing for a big presentation, but they were so reassuring over the phone when I first called to check to see if they had the availability for it, prompt in confirmation when attachments and printing information were sent over, and kind when I got to the store. If you just have to drop off an Amazon return then go for it If you need any actual help in shipping, pass on this store. My husband asked for help in sending a wheelchair to a cancer friend out of state. We needed them to pack and ship, as they used to do that thing. He was rudely told to go to Lowe's and get box. They wouldn't ship anything unless it was already packed! After buying some unfit boxes and trying to figure out how to pack so the item would get their safely, exasperated we went to Fed Ex in blue ash and they helped us out immensely. read more

Words cannot express how happy I am with this UPS Store and their staff!! I stopped by yesterday afternoon around 3:45 PM to have a package sent to my 14 year old niece in Nashville TN. We shared some small talk and I mentioned that my niece was having a hard time after losing her older brother (16 yrs old) this summer. I selected for the package to arrive to their house in 5-7 days bc it was feasible for my budget. In my mind I was hoping it could get there right away. Not even 24 hours later my brother and niece call to thank me for the package!! I'm in disbelief!! I'm so thankful today and will definitely be a repeat customer!! read more

OK...when I say a business doesn't understand 'business' this place takes the cake. We are regular customers. My wife is always sending stuff to friends and family. Normally we're the only ones in the store. However, today when I dropped off a UPS postage paid return, the clerk/owner told me that because the box wasn't taped, he usually charges $1.00. I explained that we are regular customers, but he didn't get it. Unfortunately (or fortunately) this place really doesn't understand 'customer service/customer loyalty.' These are chains so you are better off going to another location or else you'll be hassled over $1.00 after supporting them for past 5 years! read more

I went there to print a paper, I faced with a rude and racist guy (based on the receipt, his name is Mike) He didn't respond back my geniune greeting and take care of me for at least 10min with no reason! I asked a print of a paper Finally he did it but he charged me 20 times more for printing a paper, I'm not kidding! Seriously I'm charged $4 for printing a paper! if you are an immigrant, please don't go this UPS, you'll face discrimination badly with that racist guy! read more

Unfortunately, the other post here is absolutely correct. Aren't they in business to help businesses ?? After 2 similar experiences, I finally had to write. I waited outside on my way to work 30 minutes past the posted store opening time....but no one arrived. As a small business owner, I have both FedEx and UPS accounts and frequently ship via both. Today I brought a package in to ship to a customer who wanted it billed to their account. The employee / owner seemed frustrated that I was there to begin with and was told I could not ship a package from there and charge it to another's account! I would have to go to the main hub in Sharonville !! Extremely unhelpful. There's nothing convenient of helpful about this location. read more

6/12 finally got a refund of 2/3 of the shipping cost- USE FED EX!!! 6/10 2 weeks later no refund yet!! 7 pm finally got the package from the hub in Houston. This local store MANAGER WAS REALLY HELPFUL( he gets 5 stars- THANK YOU!!!) and made several calls, promised to remit our shipping fee. But Houston WAS A NIGHTMARE! IF YOU'RE SHIPPING TO HOUSTON USE FED EX. 5/31-No package at the UPS pickup in Katy. Beyond frustrating. 5/30 the store manager called me first thing to resolve the package delivery issue and remit the charges. Their store got it out on time. System in Stafford TX missorted. Still a system failure. IF YOU WANT DEPENDABLE OVERNIGHT SERVICE TO HOUSTON USE FED EX. We overnighted a birthday present to Katy Texas for delivery by 10:30 am. It was routed to Stafford and didn't leave their hub until after 12 noon. My daughter had essential errands to run and they did call her to give her a delivery window with a half hour notice then delivered it in 15 minutes. They told her yo pick it up at her local UPS store today. It won't be there til Tuesday. They cost my daughter a lot of trouble and inconvenience on her birthday. We have used this UPS store locations several times to drop off prepaid return shipments. Each time, the employees were friendly and printed off receipts. They have been open when we went in around 8:45. So maybe the staff has changed since prior reviewers. I didn't give it five stars as we didn't pay for services. read more

Never ship via the UPS store locations. Their logistics is wonky, they're a separate entity from UPS, and won't fully address concerns you have. They lost the package of a customer who was expecting their package before the holidays. Was suppose to receive a reimbursement a month ago. Due to a lack of communication between the store and UPS, the investigation wasn't even opened until I had called again today to check on it. Save your time and money, go to the post office. read more

Mike was our unfriendly associate here. He refused to help pack a shipment, and was cheap enough to charge to tape up our boxes. It took nearly 45 minutes to do a simple shipment at this place. All in all a terrible experience especially since I spent nearly $200 on shipping. read more

I've dropped off packages several times here. They are extremely quick and there is never a wait. I can be in and out in under 2 mins usually. read more

This morning was the 3rd time I waited for the store to open...finally today at 8:50 a.m. I left.They are suppose to open at 8:30! Its almost like the other reviewers experienced a different store. There was another UPS store on Kings Mills Rd until last December when they closed. But I have had nothing but good things and experiences here. Ive found the staff to be extremely helpful. They have gone the extra mile for me more than a few times. I do wish there was parking closer to the storefront, and sometimes folks do park in front of the door, but other than that I am happy with the service. read more

Dear Management, RE: In regards to my experience at the UPS Store located Governors Pointe North Shopping Center Next To Lowes. I have always used the UPS Store at your location because it is very close to where I work. In the past I was able to get in out of the store quickly, with reasonable prices and had excellent service while in the store. In the past, I have shipping many packages to my grandmother in IL with reasonable costs in various sizes and weights of the shipments and packaged by the store. I also have used the store to ship $100's of dollars worth of multiple shipments at various times of the year to my brother's family in WV, again with the packaging done by the store. I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with employee and your services in hopes you can help remedy the situation or for you to at least know that I will not be shipping from your store any longer! This morning, on my way into work, I went into the store to ship a small tin container of pecans, weighing less than 1.5 lbs and no more than 5"-6" in diameter, to my Grandmother in IL via ground service but my experience has turned out very poorly! First, the man at the counter was packaging another customer's shipment (who had left as I was walking in) and helped 2 other customers, while I stood there for 20 minutes filling out a form that he already said all the information was still in your computer system. Second, he took my form with the shipping information, which again he had already said was in your computer system, to finally enter the information into the system, wasting even more of my time. Third, he rang my shipment, without weighing it plus the packaging and the gift card I was purchasing and said it would be over $38.00 - I told him that was ridiculous, I have never been charged so much for such a small and light weight shipment and gave him multiple examples of pervious experiences in which the costs were much less and I had shipped A LOT more. He did not offer any explanation of the charges; his only comment to me was "that is why the store is under new management". I proceeded to tell him that he has lost my business and I will not be back again. On top of it all, I was later to work than previous trips in and out of the store AND I still have to ship my grandmother's treats. In an ideal situation, His comment about new management would have been acceptable to me if he would have explained the charges in detail, reassuring me of what the $38 charge included - but he did not even weight it or tell me how much UPS cost to ship via ground service. Because he did not care to do so, he left me feeling angry as though I was being ripped off, taken advantage of and that his time was more important than the 20 minutes I stood there waiting for him to finish packing the prior customer's lacrosse equipment and completely fill that box with shipping peanuts. Even though I will not be back again, I hope that in the future, your employees take more time when helping loyal, repeat customers from the previous ownership in explaining the higher cost of doing business with you and that the employees help the customers in the store in more timely manner. I look forward to hearing back from you in response to detail of the charges equaling $38.00 - the employee kept the form he made me fill out as a record of what was going to be my transaction.
