After looking at several options and getting recommendations, we chose Mailboxes by Design. I spoke to Beth, who was outstanding in communicating with us in a timely manner about their estimate and job details. Two days later, I receive a very happy mailbox owner who was shocked and amazed he had a new post installed already that he could not be happier with. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I guess Gen Z'ers currently attending nearby UC wouldn't be fazed by a reference from before they were born. Anyway... I didn't need anything shipped but did have to get fingerprinted for a background check. The employee was friendly, efficient, competent, and funny. It's a little awkward when a stranger has to touch your hands, but he put me at ease and made it a quick process. Parking was a bit tricky. I had to park down the street past the business but the walk wasn't bad.

They accepted my envelope in December 22nd for a priority mail and today is 24th and the tracking number is not even in the system. When I look up the tracking number it says that the number is invalid. When you call them there is no answer. I tried calling them 7-9 times in 48 hours and no answer, not even a voicemail. I mean how useless are you guys???. You seriously may rather drive the thing you want mailed to the receivers address than giving it to them. Save your money guys. This business is a shame.

Called the following day to clarify a tracking…read morenumber (which they produced) the person that answered the phone was not only hard to understand, but they didn't have the ability to look up a tracking number which I had but was a blurry receipt sent to me by a client. Guy on the phone would not listen after I said I don't have the phone number. There are other ways that you can look up the tracking without the phone number, I ran a store for 13 yrs and there are other filters you can use to find the information needed. Asked for the owner, he stated he was just the manager and I got hung up on. Not Very Professional. The UPS standard is failing with associates that represent the brand in this manner
