There are usually three to four associates hanging out. The area for Amazon returns changes regularly. There is a gentleman who regularly helps with Amazon returns. He is relatively slow at the process and doesnt understand it. He has made several mistakes resulting in me having to work with Amazon for weeks to get a return. The other associates, including the manager, laugh at this man's misfortune. Its just sad. With regards to service related to the rest of the store, it remains miniscule and frustrating.

I also didn't have to wait at all which was very surprising. I received a call later that they forgot to print the first page of the certificates. It was no problem and I went a few days later to pick the remaining paper up. I spoke with a different employee than the original and he was a bit confused, but he got working right away to reprint the missing item.
