The past (3) THREE times I have been to this location, they have been closed and locked up tight. Their hours of operation sign states that they open at 9am during the week and I have been there between 9am and 9:30am. Today I made 3 different trips there between those very times and they were still closed. A kid was inside the last time I went there and the door was locked and the open sign was off and it was 9:30am. I returned again at 11:10am only to find the open sign on but the doors still locked. The kid looked surprised that I couldn't morph through the locked doors and finally came to open the door for me. As gas continues to climb higher and higher and wasted trips and a lack of concern for the customer is apparent there at Wrap It, I believe I will just save myself the aggravation from here on out and go to the USPS on Nagle Rd. so I don't have to wait on someone at Wrap It to decide to open the doors ON TIME! Thanks Wrap It for wasting my time and gas and for showing me just how little you care about your customers.

I've always had my documents printed within 2 hours and if they're done early, they give me a call to let me know. I love that they have two cutters to use, free of charge. I almost always use one and the cuts are quality (no jagged edges). Customer service has always been friendly. Sometimes it does take atleast 5 minutes to pick up if there's only one worker in the building. Other than that, fully worthy of 4 stars.
