I told him what I needed, showed him the QR code and he tells me he cannot help me because he's never scanned a QR code for a label and tried to walk away, but I stopped him. I told him I could also bring up a bar code, but he stares at me like I'm an idiot. Luckily, this other gentleman, Michael was working and overheard me explaining. He immediately come over with a smile and was able to help me. He walked me though each step so that I knew how to do it if I were to need to do this again. He was friendly, respectful, caring and kind. I wish more people in the workforce were like Michael!! It's unfortunate that it now rare to come across workers who work hard, know their role, are there to help others and enjoy helping people. If more people were like Michael was with me today, society would be so much better. Thank you Michael, for all of your help, patience and kindness! It did not go unnoticed! Guy on the phone would not listen after I said I don't have the phone number. There are other ways that you can look up the tracking without the phone number, I ran a store for 13 yrs and there are other filters you can use to find the information needed. I've always had my documents printed within 2 hours and if they're done early, they give me a call to let me know. I love that they have two cutters to use, free of charge. I almost always use one and the cuts are quality (no jagged edges). Customer service has always been friendly. Sometimes it does take atleast 5 minutes to pick up if there's only one worker in the building. Other than that, fully worthy of 4 stars.
