I went there for Notary services on a lengthy document. As soon as I arrived they became VERY busy, but Jesse (assistant manager), handled the rush with respect and diplomacy. I was so impressed with how kind and resourceful he was with each customer and I was there for a while! I have worked a lifetime in customer service and Jesse did not miss a trick! I went in to the yesterday, (June 26, 2021) to ship something back to Amazon. I had one of those QR code's to give the clerk when I got there for the package to cover the shipping back to Amazon. When I arrived, I was glad to see that I was the only customer in there and I got waited on quite quickly too. I think that I was waited on by a girl named Alex, who was quite friendly and professional. I handed Alex my return, explained it was for Amazon then I pulled up the QR code that I had on my phone for her to use. I had no issues using the code with Alex that I had done a screen shot of from my return for Amazon. Alex had it all ready to go before I knew it and had my receipt ready for me in short order. If I need to ship anything back to Amazon again and I need to use the UPS store again, I think that I'll definitely be coming back to this store to send my stuff back. read more

Two months after I returned a $50 Amazom item via the UPS store Amazon claimed that the item was never returned. I no longer had the return receipt but I still had the QR code. The UPS Store, AKA the Amazon returns dropoff store. I order more on Amazon than I care to admit. I've also had to make more returns on amazon than I would like. I really appreciate the convenience of this store and they always do a great job of helping me complete these returns seamlessly. Whether it's a box that needs tape up at the end or I need help printing a return label, this store does it without fuss. The most recent time I stopped in the gentleman working the store was doing so alone and was quite busy. He assisted me in printing the label and asked me if I needed a receipt. He smiled and said "perfect, I'll take it from here" and I was out of the store within 2 minutes - it was great that he didn't make me stand around while he wrapped up his other tasks and the order was taken care of. Came in with an absolute mess of a shipping request. My friend had moved to the western coast and needed me to ship his belongings including a TV, sound bar, Xbox, subwoofer, and painting. The two people in there were more than happy to assist me and were extremely transparent about what the costs would be while they were scanning and measuring everything. There's a 20% off coupon for first time visitors when you check in...that isn't valid. Instead, she gave me a corporate discount of 15% and then 5% off shipping materials (which doesn't equal the same thing in total but it was the best she was able to do). Small qualm but really just being nit picky, it's a pull door. So when you're hauling large boxes, it's annoying to have to readjust to enter the building instead of walking backwards via a push door. read more

I needed to have 2 documents notarized with 2 witnesses. I contacted this store on 2 different occasions to verify they had witnesses available. The first time they did not. The second, I was able to schedule an appointment on a day I was told they would have both a notary and 2 witnesses available. I traveled 30 minutes to reach this store and they had only 2 employees present, so I was unable to get my docs notarized. In all interactions with this store, employees were abrupt and dismissive. I will not do business here again and will consider all other options before ever returning to a UPS store. read more

ups is the worst! zero customer service. super expense to not get your delivery on time and no one to help try and figure out where packages are. i signed up for text notifications, none were given. their tracking website is a pathetic joke. i will never use them again and would not recommend anyone else use them. save your money and your time and go with fedex. read more

My go to UPS store for its convenient location and super friendly service. Recently I went to ship something that needed to be returned and the shipping label I printed at home only printed one of two pages. While the sales person was finishing up what she was working on she asked me what she could help with and I told her. She then asked that I email the store my UPS label. They printed it for me for free, gave me a receipt for my drop off and I was on my way. They also offer tons of packing supplies if you need them. read more

My dad had to complete and mail a legal document several months ago regarding his car. He had previously completed the exact same document onsite only to hear shortly after that there had been an error in filing it. They mailed him another document to fill out and an envelope with a UPS return label. We were out running some errands and stopped here to mail it and get a receipt. This is a small efficient looking store with mailing supplies on the left when you enter and a service counter on the right. It was late in the morning. We were the only customers. The associate gave us a friendly greeting and my dad explained what he needed. The envelope was scanned and in less than a minute the associate printed him a receipt.
