The Scene As an out-of-towner this was the hardest location to get to of the 12 cities I travel to! I ended up parking on a side street and flying inside as quickly as I could before I was ticketed because I truly could not make out the signs or find the meter to pay. The Service As an Event Manager, I travel to a dozen cities a year executing an awards ceremony that needs multiple 24 x 36 posters, printed scripts, table tents, and signage. I depend on FedEx to always take my pdfs and print out quality materials and that's exactly what they did. Nothing more, nothing less. read more

I wanted to send a letter overnight for $50 bucks, I had credit card or cash but I couldn't send it because FedEx REQUIRES a driver's license, passport, state ID! WTF?!? What if I don't drive? so i order something on a wednesday. the next day the tracking info is available. it then says "expected delivery-friday". cool! i was home all day friday! expecting my package because i have to sign for it to be delivered. well around 7pm, it then gets changed to monday! well i'm not gonna be home monday because i work. oh and no one in my household will be either. now im not getting until wednesday because no one is going to be home until wednesday to be able to receive it. i understand things happen. but this is stupid. waiting an entire week for my package. dumb. you guys should really fix your "estimated delivery" times and make them more accurate. read more

Made a trip here Sunday 2-12-23 based on the opening hours listed online. Unfortunately, like so many places these days, they were closed and have adopted "temporary hours". If you have anything big or heavy to drop off, I would select another location. There is no dedicated parking here, and as it's across from Fountain Square, there is very little street parking and is a chaotic location. read more

FedEx is the absolute worst company in the world for deliveries. They let us know that they were going to be a day late, and we asked for it to be delivered to Walgreens, and told Walgreens that we would not be able to pick it up for 3 days because we were out of town. This was a very important package. We stopped by to pick it up as soon as we got back in town, and they stated that FedEx made them send it back. Even though we had a complete note on there with telephone numbers, no one even bothered to contact us. I would never send anything FedEx unless I absolutely had no other choice worst company ever. read more

Do you need a passport photo? The FedEx shop on Fountain Square just had me in and out in less than 5 minutes. The woman who shot my passport knew what she was doing (those passport requirements are funky) and she let me pick the photo I liked best before printing. Overall, it was fast and easy, and I feel pretty good that my passport photo will not be rejected. One other note - this FedEx Kinko's location seems to have the best employees who know what they are doing, can answer questions, and move orders in and out quickly. I don't have to frequent these services much, but when I do, the Fountain Square location is the best one. read more

I will never go to this branch of FedEx again. Went to this branch with a inkjet paper that I admit was heavy and was refused service. Fine, I understand. Came back another day with a less heavy and less thick paper (A paper I might add 2 other FedEx branches printed without fuss) I was recognized from before and they refused to print the pages I needed even though I had provided a different less heavy paper. I tried to explain it's a different paper, but they still refused to print what I needed. I wanted to shave some time off my printing time since I was on a deadline, but ended up driving away from my home to ANOTHER FEDEX that was more than willing to print my pages that I needed. I don't care if this becomes the last Branch on the planet, I'll buy my own printer before I EVER come back to this branch again. read more

This FedEx is very efficient, friendly, and conveniently located! Stopped by yesterday over lunch (a week before Christmas) and it wasn't overcrowded, staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and they were great at customizing necessary boxes. Had a nice little section of cute cards and last minute gifts as well. Pricing seemed a little more expensive than comparable delivery services and their computer system was cumbersome (could not apply a coupon at the end of the transaction--told us they had to start over, which wasn't worth the extra time to stand there and wait) but overall a great place to get a package out quick. read more

This is regarding a transaction that occurred this past Saturday morning. Specifically, it involved the Assistant manager Adam. I came into the Fountain Square location for FedEx Office with a problem that I needed help with. You see, the night before I was at a Wedding rehearsal dinner for a wedding that was planned for the next morning and my wife is the maid of honor. At the rehearsal dinner, it was noticed that the programs for the Church the next day were incorrect. The Bride and Groom had gone through some small company and the program they had printed contained an entirely different bridal party on it. As you can imagine, The Bride and her family were mortified. As the Maid of Honor, my wife said, "Don't worry about a thing. My husband and I will handle this". My first thoughts were, "Great! With less than 18 hours before this is needed, what the heck am I going to do? I need a super-hero or something?" Well let me tell you, some Superheroes have names like Clark Kent or Bruce Wayne. I learned that my Super-hero that day went by the name of "Adam". I showed up that Saturday morning, explained the situation and showed him the a copy of the disaster that the small-time company had created. He looked me dead and the eye and told me, "Don't worry, We've got this." I can't tell you what a relief it was. He quickly walked me through how he could make almost perfect replicas of the wedding programs. He gave me a more than reasonable time frame in which he could complete the process and then went on to deliver on each and every one of his promises. Anyway, I can not even begin to describe the look of relief on the Bride's face when she saw the newly printed Wedding programs. She had been a nervous wreck all morning. I think everyone in the Bridal Party learned an important lesson. Don't mess around with these Boutique companies. If you want something done right. Go with the Professionals at FedEx Office. I specifically what to thank Adam and the rest of the staff that was working that Saturday morning at the Cincinnati Fountain Square location. You guys are truly Super Heroes. This kinkos is attached to the westin/convention center and so it gets folks like me: a traveller frantically trying to redo a major presentation at the 11th hour in response to a change in thoughts from a client. We rolled in three hours before close on a Sunday of labor day weekend. The two associates there, in particular Brittany, went all out and saved us. This is the FedEx Kinkos to frequent. They have a large space with tons of tools to print photographs of varying sizes as well as office supplies you may need and other creative/professional options you may want to take advantage of for almost any project. Every time I've been in there, the staff have been super helpful and I'm never waiting long to get help if I need it. They're seemingly adequately staffed for the amount of business they receive. Another plus is the location. It's right across the street from Fountain Square in the downstairs lobby between US Bank and the Westin. You can access it from the sidewalk outside or from within the building itself. I live pretty close to this place, so walking up to print out some photos is the easiest thing in the world. Their hours are really good, too, so I don't have to rush after work to get over to them if I need to print. The last thing I wanted to mention is a testament to their excellent service. I left my wallet on the counter while I was there and called about 2 hours later. My credit cards, ID, Red Bike pass, bus pass, and a few other cards that I definitely didn't want to lose were in it. When I realized I'd lost it, I gave them a frantic call and they took down my name and number in case they found it. After a few minutes, they called me back and let me know they had it and that they'd lock it up in the back office for me. They didn't need to call me back; they could've just given up looking for it and dismissed the issue as *my* problem. But they didn't and I got all my valuable items back; they helped me so much and I greatly appreciated it. If you're downtown and need to do some professional printing, this is your place. read more

The 2 associates were so helpful and even helped me carry the package outside. They were really busy with a lot of customers but they helped me out and we figured a way to box this massive mountain bike. They were considerate and wanted to be helpful and did not get discouraged. It was stressful getting this package together and disassembling the bike but they made the process easier for me. Before I came to FedEx I had always seen in movies where when you come here it is crowded, everyone sucks, and you want to kill yourself. This was surprisingly not the case when I came here. Especially since it was downtown, I was dreading it. When I walked in it was like ripping off a band-aid. All of that stuff went away. It was clean, organized and I was helped within two or three minutes. The best part? When I had a question, instead of just pointing to the spot in the store, the man walked me over and explained the different options!! What?! Customer service does still exist! It was a great, and I was in and out of there in less than ten minutes. Today, I needed some materials printed. I called and talked with a man named Chris who was very pleasant and actually went out of his way to talk with his boss about how we could make the best out of what I needed and then called me back with different options. Although none of them worked for me this time, I REALLY appreciated his patience and him actually taking the time to escalate my problem to his boss to try and find a solution. This place is basic, basic, basic. Photo copies? Check. Places to send a fax? Check. The thing I like about it is their tools for taking passport photos. Faxing... that weird quasi email meets old school mail type thing that for some reason has yet to advance to something more technologyically advanced, is why I found myself here. I had a very nice encounter with a friendly lady here and was in and out in no time. My fax was sent and I went on my way. Parking can be a big pain in this area, but often there is a spot right on Walnut. Kudos to FedEx for hiring some friendly and competent workers as there is nothing more frustrating than dealing with parking and the stress of a mission critical fax possibly not going through. read more

Don't even know where to begin, ordered 3 set's of blue prints via net, received 3 emails stating that the order is completed, walked to pick up the order today and was told it was not at that location, after I pulled up the email then Dave Asst. Manager found the order that was still in production, received the order and it was only 1 set of prints, asked why not 3 as I was charged for 3. Dave then changed his story and had the guts to tell me that someone called and cancelled my order. Dave needs to take customer service classes or maybe find a different career. read more

I am always ordering stuff online for work, but if I have any questions/concerns the employees are always more than helpful when I call. Everything is always on time. Brittany was great! I came in before close needing to ship four large cases to different places and recipients. She had them off in no-time; all while being able to help everyone else that came in. This is the worst place for international shipping, but it's a good place for sending domestic overnight letters, paintings, and things.
