It took 4 attempted deliveries to get the range delivered. After installation the range works, the delivery team was polite but didn't level the range so another service call to level the range. Very poor customer service and communication I do not recommend any dealings with RXO read more

These 2 gentlemen were THE most respectful and professional delivery team I've ever encountered! They were in and out of my home in 10 minutes. Made it clear to me they wanted me happy. Perfect job. Great experience. read more

I received text and email updates up to the delivery date and provided with a delivery window. I was called 20 minutes prior to the actual delivery. They were helpful and friendly. I am happy with their service and my item arrived in perfect condition! Thank you! read more

I had Terry Sr. and Jr. and they were so great! Called before, delivered into the house and left, all in less than a few minutes.

Great service - on time, professional, confirmed details - would definitely recommend!

Perfect delivery. I greatly appreciate the man and his son. They were kind and gracious. Thank you!

I hate giving bad reviews but overall experience was just bad and unprofessional. The crew shows up with all my furniture with no dolly, so they have to carry the boxes. I'm 9 months pregnant so I can't help and they were complaining and cursing the whole time. They even dropped one of the boxes which resulted to damage to pieces of my dresser. I do not recommend. read more

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone EVER!!!! Placed an order with IKEA, scheduled my delivery, they never showed up. The driver said that no one was home, which I was home all day waiting for them, and nothing. Checked my security cameras, and nothing, no phone calls, no texts nothing. I left a review and someone from their social media department called me about it, and was able to get it rescheduled, a week later....... While assembling a bookshelf, I noticed one of the pieces was broken. Called IKEA, and they put in the order to send a replacement, which again was going to be a week later. Waited around the house the day of delivery, received a text saying my delivery was up next. No one showed up. When contacting customer support, the driver noted, that they tried multiple routes and the delivery was not possible as they could not safely pass under the bridges or navigate the area with the delivery vehicle.... I live on a state route road, that has semi trucks up and down it on a DAILY bases, there are no low bridges to my house as ding, ding, ding they just delivered to my house the previous week.... Finally was able to get it rescheduled for March 9th, to attempt to make the delivery.... If I was a manager there, I would be writing up/firing these drivers who literally lie to get out of doing their jobs. If I've learnt one thing out of this cluster ____ I'll never order anything IKEA to be delivered again, and if I can find a list of other companies RXO hauls for, I will avoid them as well. read more

These guys were awesome. They were ahead of schedule, very friendly and efficient. They saw it was just me and offered to bring it in so I let them. They did a great job. I would a absolutely hire them if I could. read more

Terry and Terry Jr. were great with our shipment. Called to narrow down the window and handled our order with care. Very pleasant! Thanks!

Would give zero if possible. 3rd appliance I've ordered with them being the shipping company. 1st one they canceled 930pm the night before. Had to pick up and install dishwasher myself. 2nd was a fridge cxld 730pm night before. Had to cxl order as i was going out of the country. 3rd and current is the fridge again and i have someone from corporate saying they would ensure smooth delivery. Canceled again 330pm the day before. Now the person from corporate who is *helping* me has not responded since yesterday when they said "one moment" lol read more

Excellent service by Jay! Showed up when he said and had a great character. Excellent Customer Service and professionalism!

Had a mattress delivered. They were prompt and polite. Removed the old mattress and left the area tidy. No issues with the delivery.

Professional and courteous - helped with all aspects and made sure I received full delivery

Extremely disappointing delivery service from XPO. I purchased a new bed and box spring from Shop Marriott and had only one choice for delivery. So I paid the (not small) amount and was pleased when I started receiving the text messages saying the service was white glove. Fast forward to the delivery and it was far from white glove. The delivery men were in and out in about 10 minutes, asked if I wanted to leave the bed in the plastic bags (huh??), and then proceeded to get dirt from their hands all over my brand new mattress and box spring. I guess that's why they wanted to leave it in the plastic. Gross. I blinked and they were out the door. No signature for the delivery, didn't ask if everything was ok, they just took off. Yikes. Surprising that this is who Marriott trusts with their high end bed purchases. I add one star because they did move my old bed out of the way but left it propped up inconveniently in the middle of the room. read more

I ordered a replacement dryer through Samsung and it is to be delivered by Rxo. To say that this has been a frustrating experience would be an understatement. Originally, the dryer was to be delivered on February 27th between 1:00-5:00pm. When the dryer failed to arrive in the scheduled time I called Rxo to see what the delay was. According to the individual I spoke to, that could barely speak English, the dryer had not arrived at the local terminal in time to place it on a truck. I took the afternoon off anticipating the delivery and no one could call to say it was not coming? Good customer service would be to put it on a truck the next day. Nope, they rescheduled for Saturday afternoon between 1:00-5:00pm. I received a call that they were running late and would be there around 6:30. The delivery tracker online still showed out for delivery. At 8:00pm the delivery driver called to say their truck broke down and that if I still wanted delivery they could be there by 11:00pm. I said that I would still like the dryer to be delivered. 11:00pm comes and still no dryer. I check the online tracker and the delivery tracker was all red. Call again to be told the delivery driver said that I wanted to reschedule the delivery. A complete lie!! I call this morning, Monday, and all I got was that the local terminal would call to schedule delivery. So far I wasted 4 hours of PTO on Thursday and had to cancel my family's plans on Saturday evening to wait for a delivery that never happened. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The delivery driver should be severely disciplined and I should be compensated for my time lost! This would be a zero star rating if allowed! read more

The driver dropped made a huge error. He dropped off two dryers and I paid for a washer and dryer. They still haven't corrected their mistake and I'm still stuck with two dryers. I've called the person in charge and they don't return my call. Horrible company. read more

Easy delivery of LG washer. Brought into house with no issue and no damage to product.

Delivery guys were as professional as you can get. Efficient delivery and very reliable. Second delivery attempt was successful because I received a call from RXO letting me know the drivers had arrived - great for people who are moving into new homes and not yet situated. read more

They are horrible. Ordered appliances & was given a date of Jan 18 but told unable to do that date becasue they need to send licensed technician to install. Scheduled delivery for Jan 20. Still unable to install because people that delivered are "only delivery drivers" their words. Installation rescheduled for Jan 21, still unable to install because they didn't have proper drain kit. Now have to wait for them to order, receive & reschedule or go buy it myself & then call them for installation. This experience has been HORRIBLE & I would never buy from a company that uses RXO for delivery & installation. read more

Wonderful experience. Delivery was on time and professional. Setup of my new washer and dryer was quick and efficient. Highly recommend!

The delivery men came between the designated time of 10 to 4. I signed up for the 30 minutes to an hour call ahead and they did not do it. They were careful to not hit anything bring the refrigerators in and out of my home. after speaking with Frigidaire, this company does not do anything but deliver the product and plug it in. and take away the old product. I do not care that the company has a diverse workforce, however, they need to be able to communicate when there are issues that arises. he did not offer to call their office to allow me to speak with someone that could assist me. had to make another call to Frigidaire.com to see why they were not reversing my doors on the refrigerator as I requested. read more

I had this company deliver a new mattress and base. They carried a really heavy base up the stairs (it barely fit) and then carried up the mattress and set it up quickly. They were very kind and helpful. Cleaned around the refrigerator install. Very efficient and made sure we had no leak with water line too.

My TV was supposed to come in on a certain date, but was postponed a week the day before its scheduled arrival. I, being quite flustered, asked if I could drive to the warehouse myself and pick up the TV, as I had requested off for the arrival date. However, customer service was quick (12 hours, it was late when I emailed) to respond, and said that they would move the date to the following day. The woman left a voicemail and provided very clear assistance with the topic and everything was resolved. Also helped that she was a NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER. read more

The delivery and installation guys were amazing!!! Pleasant professional and polite. I wasn't wild about my notification that my delivery time was 8am-8pm. Not exactly a delivery window more like an abyss!! Did get text and call when 30 minutes out. Can't say how great the guys were who delivered and installed the stackable washer and dryer read more

They did a great job delivering by new fridge. They were patient as our intended way to bring it into the house didn't work, so we had to bring in another way which involved moving lots more furniture, so they were awesome about understanding. They worked quickly and carefully and made sure everything was working before they left. They answered questions and the intended delivery time was very accurate. read more

I'm not a big reviewer, but this is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I ordered a couch off Living Spaces (if I could leave a bad review for them too, I would). I ended up needing to reschedule a delivery through their delivery partner, XPO. Every time I called to try to set up a delivery date/time, I was told that the couch was not back in their warehouse yet and someone would call me back once it returned. No one ever did. This went on for about a month. Customer service is friendly but not helpful at all. Every time I called I would get transferred around from person to person. I would Google the XPO customer service number, call, and they would give me a different number to call. I'd try that new number, and would be given a different number to call. Over and over and over. I included a picture of some of the numbers I was told to call (just within a few days) to get in touch with someone who could (finally) issue a refund. They, again, told me someone would call me back to issue the refund. We'll see how that goes. Stay away from this place & Living Spaces as well. Dealing with them is like herding birds. Try Amazon or Wayfair or really any place else that will actually get you the products you pay for. read more

The delivery people were awesome (treadmill). Whatever the tracking is that XPO uses for the automatic text updates, sucks. We received a call from the driver a half hour before arrival, as expected. However - prior to that, and an hour and fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled delivery time, I received a text from XPO saying the driver would arrive in a half hour. So, I rearranged my morning to accommodate that, not wanting to be in the shower when they arrived. When the time came and went, I wasn't worried about it, since our window was 9-1 and it was only 8:15. The point is - the DRIVER did a WAY better job of informing us as to the delivery, than their automated text messages. They should skip that automated texting stuff and let the driver handle it. read more

XPO Logistics are completely unprofessional and inept for even the most basic tasks. They failed to properly install my washer and dryer on two separate occasions. They first attempt they left our laundry room in complete disarray and the dryer wasn't even hooked up. On their second attempt, the washer is now leaking because they didn't check their connections. The kicker is when you call their help line they try to send you to talk to Samsung! We won't be purchasing from costco/samsung anymore if they continue to use this company. read more

Shawn and Jeff were my delivery drivers, and both were very professional and kind. In and out including setting up my mattress and box within about 5 minutes from point of back door opening. In the future I would love to see the estimated delivery window a little tighter than 4 hours, but the whole experience was very pleasant. Including text message updates on their timeline. read more
