The customer service here is always amazing and I have never had an issue. I walked in here with 14 large boxes the other day and then helped me label them (I had the labels already printed out) and they took amazing care of me. I highly recommend this location. This was only a minor aggravation. The major aggravation started when I asked to submit a print job for my non profit. The immediate answer was "no". Then the employee told me come back after 11pm, when somebody else was working. Then stated this was almost 3 hours from now, I do not want to drive back-and-forth on a Wednesday night like that. Her next suggestion was to drive to Hyde Park and they would help me. Corporate UPS customer service is a joke. This is like them saying they couldn't deliver from Cincy to Cleveland because there was a storm in California. UPS isn't responsible for weather delays. Best say a prayer if you use UPS as they don't honor their word.
