Ship it! This conveniently located UPS Store is my regular. There are typically UPS Store locations nearby. I can think of at least 3 that are less than 15 minutes from me, with this location being the closest. The staff at this location is always friendly and they move quick. The only time you might get hung up is by an unprepared customer. I've seen the staff always stay very patient and courteous with these more challenging customers. A bonus at this facility is that they have a self shipping kiosk for Amazon returns. I would say that 99% of my visits are for this very reason. Amazon returns are almost always free from a UPS Store. Just make sure you click the other options tab when submitting a return. In many cases, a Kohl's location will be at the top of the list. Additionally, in many cases, you'll have to pay to have it picked up from home. The self check out kiosks have made this even easier. Scan your barcode, put your item(s) in the bag provided, affix your label and drop in the box. From that point you can opt to have a receipt printed or emailed to you. Easy as that. Would I go back? Definitely. This is my go-to Amazon returns location. As long as Amazon is in business, returns will be a part of all of our daily lives. read more

She is racist and rude I know there's signs that's they charge for label and tape I can read yet this Mataji is here yelling for me to pay even before I sent the email like I'm broke I wasn't gonna pay for it like I'm stealing meanwhile I have business account with ups and i spend a lot of money with them. I normally wouldn't review a place like this but I wanted to review Susie because she was so helpful and nice. I didn't even realize this location was here. I drive past it often and never realized it was here. This particular day I needed to ship a packages out overnight. Every where else (i.e. USPS and FedEx) I had missed the cut off for the packages to be in, to be picked up and go out the same day. I called and spoke with Susie 10 minutes before they closed. She informed me that my packages would go out as long as I made it there before 6 pm. I was 4 minutes out. I pulled up to this location with 6 minutes to spare. Susie was very helpful and jolly over the phone, and super sweet and nice in person. My packages were already packed and ready to go. Susie just had to enter the address information and print the stickers. She did this and got everything done by 6 pm maybe 6:05 pm. However, my packages were mailed overnight and made it to their destinations safely. I asked her to put Fragile tape over the boxes and she did. Additionally, what I like about UPS is they can send packages even if they are in a USPS box. I had already had my packages packed in USPS Priority boxes thinking I would mail them, only to get to USPS and found out I missed the cut off. I took them to UPS and had no problem. Also, while I was in there another guy dropped off packages to be mailed that were packed in USPS Priority boxes. I have had all of my mail delivered here for 15+ years and appreciate their efficiency and friendliness. I recommend this service to anyone who wants their mail to be handled professionally. BEWARE: buying insurance for your item doesn't mean anything! I shipped a $900 Apple computer with UPS, when I got the box back it looked like it had been dropped from a second store window and rolled down a hill. See the pics. They denied my claim stating " it wasn't packaged properly." Does anyone know how to package for this kind of deliberate package abuse? read more

This is a wonderful location! Always willing to go above beyond for their customers. I missed a delivery of a very important package and instead of waiting for the next business day, Conner the manager intervened by providing the local access location at which time the manager dispatched the associate to redeliver the package the same day. I love this store. I went in there yesterday to send a fax and they persisted with the fax machine until it connected to the other end of the line. They were encouraging and patient. This ups store cost me 160 dollars. I dropped off a router to be shipped to AT&T and the router never made it there. As a result AT&T turned the bill into collections where I paid it to prevent my credit being messed up. The ups manager said she cannot do anything about it even though she fired two employees for similar AT&T shipment issues. I do not recommend using this store. read more
