I never went inside and can't comment on their services, but this is a Greyhound stop. The…read morelaundromat is aptly named because it's loaded with clown decor, making it a must-see tourist spot. Unfortunately, the stop was too brief for people whose destination isn't Springfield to get off. Some Amish people got on the bus here today. There are paper clowns hanging from the ceiling. As you enter, the wall on your far right has a wooden shelf that has numerous clown-themed trinkets. I wished I could have gotten off the bus to look at them. There is other circus-themed decor besides clowns, such as a lamp in the shape of a horse in circus costuming, but this is a great place for the coulrophobe, as almost all the circus-themed decor focuses on clowns. The decor romanticizes the circus. If there are any intentionally scary clowns, I didn't see them from inside the bus. Most looked like they came from mid-twentieth century. The bus was parked parallel to the standard-width sidewalk, and I was seated directly in front of the bus. Not an ideal view, but enough to show me a lot more than the camera picked up in the profile photograph.

Two oopsies related to the repairs happily re-addressed. I can't say if the cost was pricer than other cleaners, I can add though that what I paid was worth every penny. The customer service staff (Cat) was thorough and very helpful with answering questions and assisting with identifying spot areas, as well as being attentive and utmost friendly and professional. I love you guys...thank you for helping me to restore some favorite dresses -- with your professional skills and talents it was soooo much fun to look like a million dollars. There is ample parking as this location is at a strip mall on the south-east side of Fairborn, off 675. There are four parking spots identified close to the front door. When I was at Long Cleaners today, another customer came in behind me. This customer shared that she came to Long Cleaners from Springfield, Ohio. Now, that's what I call a testimonial.

I am the person in the yellow hat that was sitting in your establishment on Thursday, March 5. I am sorry if you didn't like my presence there. I was locked out of my house and was only trying to sit where it was warm until my husband was off work. I wasn't damaging your facility. In fact I assisted one of your customers who had never used a public laundromat before and apparently could not read or follow the clear instructions on your washer. I give you 2 stars because I have used your facility in the past and know your top loaders have been out of order for over a year. You might as well get rid of them.
