Meades does a good job picking up my trash but their billing system is terrible. They do not send out bills. Instead i get an email saying i owe a certain amount of money but does not say when it is due or giving any record of pay payments received. I have requested a paper bill like every other service provider and am told it is not available. read more

When Meades, moved into Springfield. I failed to change there address with my bank. A $60.99 check was eventually lost. Bank stopped payment, restored funds to my account. After changing the address for Meads, at my bank. Sent a new payment. We had conversation with Meades, office. Great people to deal with. Also, they have a Senior Discount. James 45344 read more

Way more than I could put on the curb. It was raining and two days just before New Year's and these two women came the morning after I contacted them! Cost $175! It's rare when the price I imagine is the price I get. No surprises, very reasonable. I chose Mary and Michelle because they not only take your garbage but also donate worthwhile items to the homeless in your stead. Very sweet women and very fair service!
