Horrible Customer Service.. The Owner Steve is Extremely Rude and does not stand by his work! I had them pack and ship a few of my orders and it costs me hundreds of dollars only for every order to arrive damaged .I called and got accused of lying and then I emailed them the photos from the customers and they called me back saying they packed it right for me to contacted UPS for a refund when obviously they were wrong for not securing the items properly! Long story short i just let it go even though I should have got refunded by them.. I gave them another try and SAME thing rude and poor customer service skills.. read more

We went in to get an estimate for a funeral program. To make a long story short, we paid a fair price for the program and their graphic designer was totally awesome. She was given a concept for a not so traditional funeral program and developed a beautiful product! Less than cordial and welcoming When we walked in . We were literally greeted with an "oh boy" by a blonde woman when we entered with two boxes we packaged and a couple of items we wanted packaged and shipped. Is this not the business they're in ? We then proceeded to pay over $300 to ship items Fed Ex and USPS that weren't even sent out when we were told they would be ,and the "manager" is the one who took our items - quoted the prices and said they'd be sent. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES !! It is less than welcoming in their store and very questionable what you're actually paying for ! read more

These guys are awesome and super helpful. My wife and I were moving out of town and brought them a gaggle of things to pack including guitars, tvs, family portraits and a sword. Yes, a sword.
