Scrambling, found alternative but followed up with hotel on why my room was canceled and confirm I would not be charged and had to discuss with 2 agents. I'm told I could still have the room but it was cancelled because the rate changed. That is the entire purpose of a reservation, right? I told the agent raising the rate was unacceptable. He told me since I would be a no-show, I would be charged. I chatted with another bot and they claimed the hotel canceled my reservation because they did not hear from me by 6pm. The reservation was for the following day and canceled nearly 1 hr earlier. I would not suggest booking here if you actually need a room for the date booked at the rate desired. I don't need the stress so I will be choosing other options in the future.

Many guests were replying on this option for a safe ride to the hotel. Instead, they showed up with a 14 passenger van, claimed the bus was broken down, and provided 1 trip, which took 30 minutes. They did not return to pick up more passengers. They did not answer our phone calls. 36 of our guests were left to find their own way home, which was incredibly dangerous, considering we served alcohol. I attempted to contact Lucky Limo after the wedding, and they blocked our phone number and won't return any emails. We did not receive any sort of refund, even though we paid for far more than we received. Worse yet, no one has acknowledged the dangerous and horrible position they left our loved ones in.
