I wasn't happy about it, but I needed them done in time and she said she could do it. I got them back and they were so tight I couldn't even sit down. Couldn't wear them for the occasion and had to have her do them over again. Went back to get them and they were still ridiculously tight. Took them to another place and the lady said they were unrepairable and I needed to buy new pants. $80 down the drain. Definitely won't be going back.

One guy actually came out of nowhere and at least measured my neck and chest after he seen how unprofessional these first two employees were with me. You guys should engage customers better. Next time someone asks to be measured I would tell them OFCOURSE WE DO and while measuring them ask some opened end questions to engage what they are looking for. STOP WALKING AROUND WITH TAPE MEASURES AROUND YOUR NECK IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO MEASURE A POTENTIAL BUYING CUSTOMER!!

I thought it would be a pretty easy fix, nothing to worry about. I ended up taking it to Sun Cleaners and Tailoring. The gentleman who took my measurements was very helpful and friendly. The unfortunate part was that I didn't look at his work until I left the shop. I picked my dress back up and tried it on at home. The seam where he took it in is in the back, and it is VERY noticeable. There is a huge dent at the top lip where the sides don't even match up! Sadly, I don't have time to take it back before the event. In the future I'll find someone who takes the time to do things right, even on simple jobs. The shoddy workmanship here is excusable.
