I go to this laundry place all the time . It's the closest and the cleanest of them all. But one problem. Is the change Machine . It take 10/15 minutes to get change out of it & after I told the store manager he only saying sorry. Not offering to help or anything. I mean what kinda customer service is this read more

It is hard to find a good cleaner in Huber Heights. This place is decent. They do good work. It's just not great, no bells and whistles just decent. They cleaned about 10 items for me. From shirts to a cocktail dress. I don't have any big complaints, but the services was just ok. read more

I have used theis cleaner several times over the past 3+ years. There is a lack of good cleaners in Huber Heights, and some healthy competetion would be good for residents. Pros: Most of the machines here are new or newer. That's good. The ratio of machines 'out of order' to working is good. The machines are also clean. Very good. And... well, that's about it. Cons: No restrooms -.in a place where the mgmt doesn't want you to leave your clothes unattended. Change machine is as temperamental as a Wal-Mart cashier on the first of the Month. Bring brand new, crisp unfolded bills or you will be cursing. The owner has his staff do laundry for the dry cleaning side of the house in the front of the laundromat (they are side-by-side). The girls fold endless piles of towels (sometimes one-handed while messing with their Smartphones! I kid you not!) and laundry on the tables and regular customers are banished to the rear where there are few chairs and nothing to read - UNLESS you grabbed one of the numerous religious tracts offered by the owners on top of the empty vending machine (ok, there are some crooked packs of outdated trailmix jamming the feeder rail, but otherwise it really is empty...) Even if you don't want a religious tract, you are greeted by Bible verses on the wall behind the counter. The map of Huber Heights on the window dividing the laundromat from the cleaners is from 2002. But that is not so bad... On the right-hand wall near the rear of the laundromat is a 'humor page' (are you sitting down?) dating from 1989... Yes, 1989. It is pale and washed out and features a smiling Roseanne Barr. Yes, 1989. This is instructive, because the same person responsible for the antediluvian humor page is apparently responsible for maintenance. Numerous stains on the ceiling tiles indicate an H2O problem. Wet towels on the floor at the rear of the building indicate a more horizontal version of said H2O problem. And in case you want to rush back to read the 1989 humor page, please be careful you don;t impale your face on the coat hooks strategically placed at eye level for the non-height-challenged. Serious safety hazard. I have never once been greeted by the owners or their family/staff. I have never been thanked for patronage (in English or Korean), or told to 'Come Again!' My last visit (which WAS my very last visit) consisted of trying to keep warm while the folding girls, dressed in winter coats (!), folded laundry with the front door propped open. I felt like I was in Pyongyang. The next closest cleaner is down the street, and they are not nice either. My best 5-Star advice: Try being nice. Smile occasionally, and let people know you appreciate their business. It may not be your culture, but you are in the US. Just try a little. read more

I used this place several times for dry cleaning. They did OK, not the best at starching and pressing men's shirts. But it was OK. i had them alter the length on some pants I bought for vacation and the entire event was a complete disaster. I was measured and the pants were marked. When I went to pick them up, they were way too short. The other owner asked me if I was even measured. At that point, she offered to fix them. Of course i had no choice, so I gave them back after another measure session. When I went to pick them up, the guy that originally measured them started yelling at me when I came in the door that he measured the length right and I said that's what I wanted. i jumped back at him and told him he was wrong. He then just laughed and offered no apology. They fit this time. However, when I got them out to my car, I noticed that the hem had not been sewn. When I brought them back in, he said it was because they were rushing for me and he would take care of it....again. Oh, and again, no apology, no offer for discount, nothing. When i got my pants back, there is clearly a mark around the legs where the first screw up was sewn in them. So, my advice is to find another dry cleaner. The mediocre service for dry cleaning did not make up the horrible customer service and attitude of the owner. I've not gone back and will buy new clothes before I allow them to clean them again. read more
