One of the sweaters I usually wash myself, but it had a few ink stains I couldn't get out. I point them out at drop off, told them it was ink & that the sweater had been washed, but not put in a dryer. I got the sweater back with the same stains, looking identical to when I dropped it off. Very disappointed.

When I got home, I inspected the coats and was very happy with the results including the hangers they were on. The fellow did promise me he wouldn't wear them if I didn't pick them up on Monday which told me he had a sense of humor since I'm probably 10 sizes larger then him.
