I got the dresses back in 3 days. They texted to inform me they were ready. Also, good to know, they have other services. They do shoe repairs and clothing repairs . I came from being out of town. The location is good with plenty of parking. The prices were fair and the quality of the dry cleaning was good. Prices for dry cleaning are high and this was a high end dry cleaner with a clean exterior and interior, reasonable prices for what you are getting ($16 to dry clean a dress), and good turnaround time. read more

Clothing is cleaned and pressed perfectly every time. Shirts are laundered and hung carefully with sleeves crossed over each other in front and clipped to prevent creasing. Clothing is really cared for. In my opinion, Clothing Care/Heiders is the ONLY cleaners I trust. read more

I brought to Hider Cleaners a pair of Dupioni silk blackout drapes without any spots just for refreshing and get rid of dust. Two weeks later I have got drapes with a plate size spot on the top of one drape. I took one drape home and left one with the spot to remove this spot. Two weeks later I was notifyed that my drape panel was completely ruined and the condition is permanent and cannot be corrected. In the letter of explanation it was stated that demage happend due to the age and wear. This statement is an accurate due to the facts that drapes are just two years old and sun blocking layers were preventing my drapes from wearing and that the first drape came back in good condition. Mr. Hyder refused to compensate me drapes cost amount of $250. read more

Heider Cleaners is the best dry cleaner in Dayton! I recently brought in a dress and a skirt with many hard-to-see coffee stains and was completely satisfied with the job they did. Heider is my preferred cleaner because they spot-treat every item and are successful in removing all stains. I only use Heider for my most expensive and best-loved clothing.
