Hands down the worst customer service I have ever encountered. As I was walking up to the door, she saw the amount of items I had and said no, you have too much. I walked in anyway hoping that she was just joking and she replied very rudely, what do you want. I must be the exception with all the great reviews? In May I left four dresses to be hemmed. I needed them for an upcoming trip on June 19, Naree said to call her on the 15th. I called, I went up to her shop, no voicemail and no one at shop during business hours. When I finally locate her she is in Florida and promises to be home on the 15th and my dresses ready on the 18th. from then on she blocks my number. I'm back in town, it's July 5th & I run by her shop she's just sitting there and says "which is yours?" I see my dresses right where I left them, still UNhemmed. so I pick them up to show them to her and she said "Oh yeah, u called" I shook my head and didn't say a word, people know when they do u wrong. I went to Naree's shop last Monday to have a dress hemmed for an out of town wedding. Previously she told me per phone that she opened at 10am, which is posted on the door. I arrived at 9:45 but she didn't come until 10:20, nonchalantly claiming "I'm always late." The hem was a simple serged hem. She told me she would have it ready on the next Monday. While there, a man came to pick up pants that needed a zipper and she told him "I didn't have time to buy a zipper. Come back tomorrow." Well, when I went back a week later she told me she didn't have time to hem my dress and asked me to come back. Unfortunately I didn't have time to take it anywhere and had to wear something else. I got a quote for $12 on the phone, great price I thought, so I drop off my blazer to be taken in and when I go to pick up she wanted $45 and of course cash only. I needed some quick alterations done to a dress for my wedding. Naree assured me that she would have it done by the following Tuesday (I dropped off on a Wednesday). I came in on Tuesday and my dress hadn't been touched. However, she was able to get it done by the next day and it looks great! As a tall guy with an athletic build, it is impossible for me to find dress shirts that fit off the rack. I have been to several tailors in the Boston area, and have found some to be better than others, and they typically charge around $20 to have the sides taken in on my shirts. One tailor in particular even managed to mess up one of my shirts pretty bad, by taking material out from the back, and making a seam up the spine, just kind of stopping an inch below the shoulder seam. I did not realize this when I picked the shirt up before moving to Dayton for the summer. I brought Naree a single cheap shirt first, as I always do when trying a new tailor. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was a little bit nervous when I tried the shirt on, and she used a total of two pins to secure the shirt at the point where I wanted it taken in, as I am used to other tailors spending much more time and dozens of pins to mark everything exactly. However, when I came to pick the shirt up a few days later, it was perfect! I had her do several more shirts the same way, and after a quick fitting and two pins, she gets it exactly right! And the prices here are much better than I am used to: $10/shirt. I was so satisfied with the communication between us, and the quality of her work, that I brought the shirt in that the other tailor messed up. She was shocked at what she saw, but worked incredible magic on the shirt to make it like new again! I can't thank her enough! After the experience I have had at Naree's, I highly recommend going there. I will be buying as many more shirts as I can while I am still living in the area for another month just so that I can have Naree tailor them for me. read more

Being new to the area I was in need of a tailor and she reviewed well on yelp so I thought I would give her a try. I lost weight during our move and I had lots of clothes that needed taken in - several pairs of dress pants and skinny jeans that were too big in my calves. Naree does incredible work; I saw several very happy elated customers who had complicated dresses she fixed. I had her take in two sets of Air Force blues princess cut short sleeve shirts, two blues pants and an Air Force Mess Dress skirt that needed hemmed. She did a great job, sleeves were symmetrical and looked even. I always try on everything before I leave, the only issue was my skirt was too long and she fixed it on the spot before I left at no extra charge. Keep in mind she does not have a computer nor does she keep names with orders; but she still manages to keep it all together. I wish there was a rating lower than this! My goodness!!! I brought by 9 dresses for alterations and one for zipper repair August 27, 2014. She told me to return in two weeks and I did. I returned to find out that she did not touch one garment. Told me she was swamped and to allow her three more weeks to start and complete the job. I agreed and returned to find out she still has not touched one garment. This went on until February 15, 2015 when I finally had enough and upon my finally visit to her store she had the audacity to formulate the words, "Do you still want me to alter the dresses?" Completely done!!!! She was very unprofessional and those reviewers who left glowing messages and reviews of support must know her personally...
