My husband had a pair of distressed leather jeans that were just a bit snug and a bit long. I googled seamstresses and alterations and tailors and HT Tailor was the closest to us. So we stopped in.. didn't know we should have made an appointment first as they were busy, but still she took time to talk to us, explain what she would do to make the alterations and then quoted us 3 weeks. It only took a week when we received the text message that his jeans were ready for pickup. The jeans they were the proper length, were comfortable around the waist and had the slits on the sides to fit over his boots... and she even fixed the belt loops. They exceeded our expectations. I will definitely bring all my alterations to HT Tailor. 5 stars for customer service, quality of work and price. read more

The service from intake to outcome was exceptional. The alterations lady is superb, helpful, honest, and not afraid to do a challenging job. She re-structured my blazer with excellent result. I expected to pay more because it was a weird material, and she pointed out that from shoulder to hips my body is really three different sized. Go see Google for the current five star reviews... the previous one star reviews on Yelp are from prior management! My SO brought a couple suits and a jacket here last week. While she originally told him it would take two weeks, she finished one suit ahead of time and called him to pick it up. ...and we're actually here now picking up the second part of the order (well before the two week date). This owner is extremely friendly, and every customer that has walked in since I've been here has been greeted as a friend. Based on how satisfied my SO is with her service and how she treats her customers and employees, I will definitely come here with my clothing/tailoring needs! read more

Very easy to make an initial appointment. My husband and I both needed garments hemmed for an upcoming wedding and they were able to take us in even though we only have a little over two weeks for it to be finished. That being said, they had our garments finished early! We were very pleased with the staff and their work. They do a wonderful job being responsive to questions and appointment adjustments. I had just ordered a new jacket for this season to replace my old warn out one. My new one fit great except for the exceptionally long sleeves. I had no experience with alterations or tailoring and generally just assumed it was for dress wear. I decided to send out a yelp request for help. I didn't hear back from anyone besides HT Tailor. I brought my jacket in the same day, still skeptical if this was something they would be able to do on an outerwear jacket, but they eased my worries. They said it would be no problem at all, although they did have about a 2 week turn around time l, which was totally okay for me. Then after a few quick measurements I was ready to go. To my surprise I received a text from them just a few days later letting me know they had finished the Job. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast turn around and the jacket came out flawlessly. I'm not exaggerating that I cannot tell this isn't straight from the factory. Perfect stitching and clean lines. This is actually my first review on yelp, as I don't usually take the time, but I had such a good experience I thought I should let others know. I'll definitely be back! read more

My overall experience has been excellent. The staff is professional, and my clothes always have a perfect fit when completed. My clothes has always been ready as promised. Owner is amazing and works miracles! Three weeks postpartum and in a wedding. She was able to alter my bridesmaid dress in a few days to make sure it fit perfect. One of the most unreliable businesses I have ever come across. I have been a customer here 3 times and this experience will be my last. Completely unorganized, could not find the items to be picked up 2/3 times, arrived one morning to drop off clothes at open (9:00AM) and the owner is nowhere to be found until 9:45. Does nothing to tend to your displeasure and the lack of English speaking does not help. Was told two items would be ready by 2:00 today, go in at 2:45 and the clothes cannot be found until I went back and found them myself. She says they're due to be ready tomorrow while it says on the tag to be done by today. Then says to come back an hour later after I explain that this store is 20 minutes from my house. Want to like this place because it is relatively cheap but I will no longer be returning. read more

In my opinion, the woman who took my clothes seemed rude and dismissive. She handed me a card to pick my items up on a Saturday and when I arrived, without any apology, told me (without looking up from her work) "you items not ready". I will not be going back. read more
