Two visits later and I was purchasing a dress. Can't tell you how nice it feels to have this part behind us. From the other's comments, it sounds like maybe there's one problem employee. But our experience was a good one and I'm so glad we were referred here. They do have strict rules about beverages and taking photos, which I completely understand.

Amina is such a sweetheart and pulled options within my price range and specifications quickly! The first dress I tried on was the one. With only one small alteration on the corset back and I had a bow from my mom's wedding dress added to the back. Oh and a bísale! It was done as an affordable rate and done fairly quickly! I definitely recommend this place for modest dresses. She also had shoes, veils, tiaras, headpieces, tuxes and much more!

They were very quick to get me scheduled for an appointment after I had been told by multiple other dress shops that they were fully booked through October. It was such a relief to get an appointment with them so fast. I had my first fitting in August and it was very clear from the start that Svetlana knew exactly what she was doing and was going to take great care with my dress. I picked up my dress four weeks later and the alterations were perfect! It was such a relief to have the dress ready to go a month before the actual wedding. It was also very reasonably priced to have all the alterations done. I'm not sure how many future alterations I will need done, but I know I will be going to Young' Bridal!

I put off this review because I felt torn. Some aspects were great, others not…read more What was great is that the gowns are grouped by size so you know if it's available in your size immediately. They give you 3 hanging tags to put on the gowns you like. They then get them for you. If you still have time in your one hour appointment you can select more. I thought they had the process streamlined well. What I did not care for was the trying on area has a row of three( or was it 4?) so you are potentially modelling your dress with other shoppers right next to you. I was waiting in a chair for my people to finish selecting more dresses. While there an employee walked in front of me very close a couple times as if I was invisible. She then started complaining about the dressing room her client was going to have and seemed like she was going to bully the other employees about it. Not long after, she was suddenly all smiles and compliments. Not a good vibe.

Boy was I wrong. Price Stores is an affordable, yet very classy, men's clothing, bridal, and tuxedo rental business located in downtown Dayton. I am definitely glad I stopped in. On the first floor, Price has men's clothing, most specifically, suits, dress shirts, and ties. They also sell hats, including, of all things, Stetson hats. Who knew? On the upper two floors they have their bridal sales and tuxedo rentals (I forget which is on which floor). With the tuxedos, they have a nice selection, though it may be a little limited compared to a mail order situation. For example, I walked in foolishly planning to rent a jacket with a cutaway design, but their selection was slim in my size, and I looked terrible anyway. What Price offers that no other tuxedo store in Dayton OR Cincinnati seemed to offer was they stock their tuxedos on-site, whereas Men's Wearhouse and others mail order them in. This was a total relief to me, because it meant I knew, on my wedding day, that the tuxedo was absolutely going to fit. They also do adjustments on-site, and when I arrived the day before to pick up my tuxedo and the pants didn't fit, they too them back and 15 minutes later, viola!, they fit. The bridal store has a nice selection too. If my wife had known that they carried dresses, and so affordably, she probably would have stopped in there and looked before locking in at a different venue. As it was, she did purchase her tiara and veil at Price, beating out even eBay prices for veils and getting exactly what she wanted. Service, quality, variety, and in all other ways, Price Stores exceeded my expectations and contributed to making my wedding day a success. I will definitely be back in the future to take a look at suits, because I'm sure I need a new one.

When I walked in, no one offered to help us and the store was not busy at all. When I finally approached a staff member, they did not have the bridesmaid dress in the bride's file, even though they were supposed to. It was quite a mess to figure out which dress it was but I finally got in touch with the bride. Crisis averted. They gave me the dress to try on (which I do like) and it was a very large size. This disappointed me greatly as I could not tell what the dress was going to look like once it fit (I typically wear a size 0-2). I understand that stores carry large sizes to accommodate a variety of women, but I believe they should also carry a small sample size. The staff members were friendly while taking measurements and ordering the dress but overall I was not impressed by this store. I will not be buying my bridesmaid dresses here for my wedding for a variety of reasons, but mainly because of their location and lack of sample sizes. I want my bridesmaids to be comfortable and know what the dresses will look like before they order them.
