As far as I know it could have been sitting at the store for a month . I was told my dress was "custom made for me". I told the owner I always wear petite sizes. She insisted I should by the dress in a regular size . I was also told alteration are included in the price, however I was informed today they are not. . I went to try the dress on today, it is too big !!!! The owner argued with me the entire time she was pinning the dress For adjustments The dress is too big in the hips as well. She told me it shouldn't be too tight . It looks loose and frumpy I have never been treated so poorly. I'm stuck with a custom dress that is too big, andwon't be altered properly the dress was over priced $650. . The worst part, is that I felt belittled and harassed by the owner. The MOB should be a joyous event . I left the store and cried . Please do not support this boutique!

They day I found out my first dress wasn't going to come in before my wedding day, was the day I went here! No appointment, just walked right in and they treated me like a princess from that moment on. They were VERY Knowledgeable about their inventory, patient and kind as well as VERY accommodating to my picky ways. Needless to say I found my dream dress and love it even more than the first one! I would recommend this place over and over and will be using them for all my formal needs from here on out! Plus they do alterations and layaway! Thanks Dawn, for being a part of my big day!

So happy we found this place. I would just recommend if you're getting your daughters formal dress there, take it somewhere else for alterations. The lady the recommend that comes in for alterations was very rude and condescending to my 18-year-old daughter who was paying for everything by herself. No one told us ahead of time that she only took cash and she basically said that she does not deal with children. I have a very responsible and independent 18-year-old daughter at home and she would not deal with because she was there for a prom dress alteration. She kept referring to her as a "child". I will definitely go back for dresses but I will take my alterations business elsewhere

Two visits later and I was purchasing a dress. Can't tell you how nice it feels to have this part behind us. From the other's comments, it sounds like maybe there's one problem employee. But our experience was a good one and I'm so glad we were referred here. They do have strict rules about beverages and taking photos, which I completely understand.

After finding this shop, he told me I would love it. When I visited this Christmas, I was more than impressed. I noticed the other sales staff were making other clients feel same way. I appreciated that. We all were important to sales staff. I was so impressed with some of my purchased items, I went back and bought more to bring home with me. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. They were very quick to get me scheduled for an appointment after I had been told by multiple other dress shops that they were fully booked through October. It was such a relief to get an appointment with them so fast. I had my first fitting in August and it was very clear from the start that Svetlana knew exactly what she was doing and was going to take great care with my dress. I picked up my dress four weeks later and the alterations were perfect! It was such a relief to have the dress ready to go a month before the actual wedding. It was also very reasonably priced to have all the alterations done. I'm not sure how many future alterations I will need done, but I know I will be going to Young' Bridal!

The top was quite a bit too big, but it was out of stock in the next size down, and I knew I'd never find anything I liked as much. Shop small, shop local!…read more This local women's boutique has beautiful clothing for all sizes, as well as shoes, jewelry, candles and misc items. I'm not a tiny girl by any means but my best friend challenged me to step out of my comfort zone and try something stylish. I came in very intimidated and left very happy! The girl working the register was upbeat, friendly, and helped me pick out some things to try on. She even showed me their sale rack in the back. I felt embarrassed to ask her if something I tried on looked ok, but she assured me that was what she was there for and I wasn't bothering her a bit. I ended up with two new sweaters and she helped me pick which one to wear out if the store and helped me cut the tag off. My friends loved the outfit, but even better, when I got home my boyfriend said I looked "hot" and that the shirt I was wearing was the best he had ever seen me in ! I'm still soaring from that compliment They carry "Dayton O" shirts too and a portion of the proceeds get donated to help feed local families through a local church. You cannot lose here. I can't wait for my boyfriend to see my second sweater!

It was a $40 Dress that was returnable for store credit in two weeks, but, given the purpose, I explained that I would do it as soon as we got back if the dress didn't work out. It didn't work at all because it has a weird short underskirt that would show in the picture. My daughter lives in Chicago and we went there while she was visiting the week after the trip. She found $130 worth of cute things but walked away from them empty handed when the rude shop employee refused to take the dress back. The employee called her boss who also refused. I'm sorry I went there. Sorry that the owner wasn't able to make an exception. Sorry that I won't go back. It's a shame for a small business to lose out. Understand every store has return policies like that for a reason but I was told something totally different.
