I'd pretty much given up on getting a "true" wedding dress after not having much luck finding a style that felt like me in shops in my my area, when a tiktok from Lillian's popped up on my feed. My jaw DROPPED and I immediately scheduled an appointment and made the trip down. They had so many gorgeous dresses that were exactly the style I'd been looking for. I had such a fantastic experience - the privacy of the try on rooms, the atmosphere of the shop and how kind and helpful the consultant I worked with was (thank you Rosie!) all made my experience exactly what I dreamed it would be! read more

Interesting posts about the customer service. We had excellent service each time we came in. We arrived the first time without an appointment and the staff allowed us to still look around and give us a tour of the facility. The prices were much more affordable than I expected and the selection was great. We went so far as to have the bride try on a few dresses on our first unannounced visit. Two visits later and I was purchasing a dress. Can't tell you how nice it feels to have this part behind us. From the other's comments, it sounds like maybe there's one problem employee. But our experience was a good one and I'm so glad we were referred here. They do have strict rules about beverages and taking photos, which I completely understand. read more

I had nothing but issues since walking into this store July 23rd! From making an appt and them saying I didn't have one. To putting a dress on hold and them selling it the day before. To 6 months going by and not one single call or updated communication to where my dress was. To every single phone call I MADE (2 total) being pushed to the back burner by them saying "Call back in a month", or "We have no update on the dress".....How can you not have an update after 6 MONTHS! To the day of my dress finally coming in, and me calling to not get an answer. To receiving a returned phone call 1.5hrs later with attitude then walking into receive the dress with a TON of attitude. I am giving them 1 star even tho my dress finally came in on time. I experienced such an unprofessional and unwelcoming vibe from this store. Once my dress finally came in....7 months later on February 12, I went to pick it up and try it on and the lady there acted as if it was unnecessary and an inconvenience even tho the store was completely empty. Who wouldn't try on their dress before they leave with it? She did not stick around to even help me zip up the dress again even tho the store was completely empty and I had an apportionment. Which obviously could not have been done alone. Then I asked if I could see a mirror and she proceeded to act like I was being "needy". I have every right to try and dress on a and make sure its the exact dress for the day of my dreams. I am so happy to have my dress in my possession and far away from there! BEWARE! The consultants are by far the friendliest, most knowledgeable and patient people. I came in with kind of an idea of the dress I wanted, but after seeing that style, realized that I have the wrong body type to look good in that style My consultant went looking for me and came back with several more dresses, all which flattered my shape better. She even brought back THE DRESS!! I said YES to the dress at Lillians, and would encourage all brides to be as well as the moms of both the bride and groom to check them out. I made an appointment for my mother to join me as I shopped for bridal dresses. I had the first appointment of the day and was given a private bridal suite to try on dresses. The suite was very spacious and open with a private area to view the dresses in front of floor to ceiling mirrors. We loved how the store was separated into multiple rooms with beautiful decor. The store was very inviting and the employees were very friendly and personable. We were even fortunate enough to meet the owner! Letty was wonderful with helping us from beginning to end. I started with a few dresses and we were able to navigate to different dresses based on what I liked and didn't like. Letty was very caring, helpful, professional and understanding. We were not rushed through our appointment and even came back before closing to purchase my wedding dress! Absolutely amazing! Laura was so awesome at helping me chose and dress, and she was extremely effecient and getting me and out of several dresses so I was able to try on a lot! I found my wedding dress in one day, but I had to think about it- so she pulled the dress and held it for me! Gorgeous selection, the manager, Laura, assisted us the entire time, pulling in dresses that were similar to her style/great for her body type, and finally she got us a great deal on the dress- less than 2/3rds the ticketed price! read more

Upon entering the store, I was greeted by two very friendly, and helpful associates. The associate that helped me was knowledgeable and friendly as I looked at gowns. She offered her assistance and was never pushy. I had a very good experience at Lillian's. The only thing that I noted was that that they have a smaller inventory to choose from. read more

I'm not sure why others had such a poor experience here, but I thought it was great. Not a huge selection, but I came in because of a certain dress they had. The dress I was looking at was half the price of other stores. Hanna was very helpful and answered all of our questions. All of their dresses are very affordable (less than $2500). I made an appointment at Lillian's thinking that this would be the first of many places I might visit, looking for the perfect wedding dress, and knowing that I'm somewhat picky. I was blown away by the kindness of the staff, and Barb especially went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. She really cared about helping me. There were hundreds of absolutely gorgeous dresses to choose from, and Barb spent almost three hours with us trying on various dresses - she even stayed late after the store was supposed to close. She listened intently to what I liked and didn't like, and has a real talent for matching the dress to the person. They absolutely treated me like a princess at Lillian's, the whole store is gorgeous, and at the end of the session I found an absolutely perfect dress and my sister and mother were crying happy tears. I got the dress and had no interest in looking anywhere else. It was such a surreal experience - I felt like I was on "say yes to the dress!" It was so much more than I expected. My friend and I stopped in during a week day to look at wedding dresses. My friend did not have an appointment, but Laura welcomed us and helped my friend try on dresses. Laura even found some samples that had been marked down, and my friend narrowed her choices to four dresses. Laura kindly agreed to hold them so that my friend's relative could come later that day to help make the final decision. Laura even said she would stay past closing time if needed to accommodate the relative's schedule. My friend finally said "yes to the dress," purchased it, and waited while Laura helped make her an appointment with a good seamstress to make the alterations. Needless to say, the selection of dresses was excellent, the prices far lower than those on Cincinnati's "Bridal Row," and the kind attention the staff provided was beyond compare. The staff at Lillian's are dishonest and unknowledgeable about the dresses they sell. None of the dresses I tried on were anywhere close to fitting me and they told me that if I ordered a dress, it would be custom-made to fit me. The "custom-made" dress was nowhere near a good fit. When I picked it up, the staff ensured me their alterations specialist could make it fit without a problem. (I also told the staff upfront when looking for a dress that I have a severe back condition and needed a dress that could accommodate it, as well as one that could be trimmed because I cannot wear heels due to the back condition.) When I took the dress to be altered, the woman told me the dress could not be altered to fit me, as they had promised at Lillian's. It couldn't even be hemmed at the bottom to fit because the lace was all one pattern. The back was completely crooked due to my back condition. She also told me that I could not bend over in the dress or it may tear because it was too delicate. After 5 alteration appointments, it was extremely expensive to alter and did not end up fitting me. I called them in tears and they did nothing to make it right except tell me that the dresses are not custom-made to fit (even though 3 others who were with me heard the assistant say this several times). Do not waste your time or money at Lillian's. read more

Very bad experience. Was in town for a wedding where the tuxes were rented here. Despite assurances that they would be ready the morning of the wedding, at 12:00 that day we were still waiting. Business had no idea where the shirts were, and blamed it on UPS. We actually had to get on the phone with UPS, and meet them in the parking lot. After rushing to the Church for the late photo session, we found out items were missing in the order, including a pair of paints. Rather than run them over to us, we had to drive back over to pick them up! The worst however was the attitude of the staff, they were unfriendly, unhelpful, and were not sympathetic to the situation at all. Things happen, but there attitude was very poor. I visited the store with my daughter to look for a formal dress for prom. I was told that they didn't have prom dresses by a very rude woman. When I suggested that we could look at bridesmaids dresses, her reply was "Oh no!" suggesting that we leave. I cannot comment on the quality of the inventory because we were basically refused to even look at them! Again very, very rude! read more

Phenomenal. I will echo most brides' compliments on Laura- she was fantastic. She knew I was a little nervous finding "plus size" dresses. First, she took me to a rack of dresses already in a certain size, but assured me they could order almost anything in the store. I could have spent hours in their gorgeously decorated salon. We had fun just walking around and pulling out dresses. Laura was very patient and directed me to dresses that she thought would look nice- and she was dead right. The first thing I told her was that I wanted a specific style of dress and that I didn't want to try on another style. She took me to the sample rack to let me go through them and I grabbed the "bad" style just because the fabric was pretty. She told me that it was "fitted" but that she thought it would be ok and encouraged me to try it. Not pushy at all, just saying she thought it would look good. And it did. I just purchased that dress. She was so right. But beyond that, she was completely helpful, funny, non judgemental, and helped my sister and I get me into some of the more snug pieces. Any questions or any thing we wanted to try, she was right there. She had suggestions for everything and wowed us with some accessories. This was my first experience with a bridal boutique, and while I'm disappointed it will be my only experience, it was the best. I understand why it has such excellent ratings now.
