We purchased a large loveseat, a recliner with ottoman, and have another recliner with ottoman on order. All are the Stressless brand. We have been pleased with all aspects of the operation. That's the salespeople, the products, and the delivery people. The owners and salespeople must be going crazy with the long lead times for the furniture. It's not just them. Our local Amish furniture store has a sign at the entrance letting people know delivery time will be 6 months plus.

We have been told that the product would be ready to be delivered early April 2025, April 13, 2025, at the latest May 31, 2025 and today they have told us at the earliest time that the product would be in stock in the United States will be June 10 2025. The product was ordered on November 10, 2024. This is for side dining chairs. We have spent a significant amount of money furnishing our new home with Arhaus furniture and I will never do business with this company in the future. For what we have received so far, the quality of the product is good but this company is highly unethical and will tell you anything to try to appease you. Again, unless this is a product that is in stock at your local store or guaranteed to be sitting at your local distribution center, I would not purchase from this company.

Upon contacting the store they told us it had been in the warehouse for quite some time and they never reached out to setup delivery. They said they would look into what they could do for the trouble (we didn't really ask for anything) and they provided us a $250 credit that we actually never got notice from anyone at the store we got it just showed up via an electronic commmunication. Recently we got an email that the credit would be expiring soon so we went back to the store and picked out a coffee table. There was a small balance to be paid via credit cardwhich we did. A few days later we get a call that there's was fine print to the credit that was never disclosed that we had to spend, at least double the credit amount to use the credit. We told the person who called we'll just take a refund of the credit card amount. and to cancel the order. The refund never occured so we went down today and got the refund per the store manager, who just processed the transaction, and after hearing the story did nothing else. I will literally spend my money anywhere else in the future. To have a courtesy credit transaction to make up for a previous customer service issue be handled this way is an indication of that company's commitment to customer service, which is apparently non existent.

I have forwarded the Manager's message to several other sources that is set to help me resolve this unprofessional and unethical matter if it is not resolved soon. When the material arrived for repairs to my leather furniture, the furniture repair guy could not believe his eyes. Not only did they send the wrong piece that matched, they left out an entire section. I have gone back into the store more than 3 times since inquiring about when they were ever going to take care of my furniture. I keep getting the runaround from a customer service guy and the Manager (Kathy). First they said, 3-4 weeks at best, then they said 6-8 weeks, then 8-12 weeks...and they have not even granted me a courtesy call, since Kathy left the voice mail on 7/15/25. This is unethical and unprofessional, and they should compensate me for my inconvenience and the stress this has and continues to cause. I still don't even have the material to repair the damage they did and agreed to fix back in July. That was 3-months ago, almost 4. I am still waiting... I will be back on here to update you on how this goes. But, in the meantime, do yourself a favor, and don't end up in this same situation that I am facing. She also demonstrated some odd behavior by pulling her mask off as she came towards us. She was wearing it until she saw us, and then pulled it down to her chin. We were both masked so I'm not sure why she decided we didn't care about wearing masks seeing that we were both masked. I don't patrol others' masks but it was just weird to not make a customer comfortable by matching what their etiquette is for mask wearing.
