We have begun looking for furniture for our theater to update things. We stopped here to try & find a couple end tables. We bought things here before and we enjoy the creative aspect of their goods. The first thing that caught my eye was a wine bar made from an old steel tank. Adorable. Some of the light fixtures were also very creative and cute. Unfortunately we didn't find end tables that fit our needs. I'm sure I'll shop here again when looking for furniture. read more

This is a review for Arhaus as a company and not our local retail store. Unless you are buying a product that is in stock at the local retail store or sitting in their distribution center, do not trust anything they say about delivery times. We are currently waiting seven months for a product that was promised to be in stock and would be delivered when we moved into our new home which was two months after the order date. Product was paid in full on November 10, 2024. We have been given at least four different dates of when this product will arrive. We are still waiting.... We have been told that the product would be ready to be delivered early April 2025, April 13, 2025, at the latest May 31, 2025 and today they have told us at the earliest time that the product would be in stock in the United States will be June 10 2025. The product was ordered on November 10, 2024. This is for side dining chairs. We have spent a significant amount of money furnishing our new home with Arhaus furniture and I will never do business with this company in the future. For what we have received so far, the quality of the product is good but this company is highly unethical and will tell you anything to try to appease you. Again, unless this is a product that is in stock at your local store or guaranteed to be sitting at your local distribution center, I would not purchase from this company. read more

My husband and I needed a slip covered sofa that would be more practical with or cat and dog. Arhaus had a variety of sofas with multiple cover fabrics. We have had the sofa for five years, and I have laundered the covers multiple times (sometimes one soiled cushion cover and only once a year for a maintenance cleaning of the base cover for the whole sofa). The Arhaus sofa continues to look new and it continues to be so comfortable! At the time of purchase, the sales woman explained that she had the same sofa, and it was perfect for any spills or quick cleanups -- just toss the specific cover in the laundry! I still want to thank her for talking me into this purchase. The price was somewhat higher, but when I consider how long I have had this sofa -- it was worth every penny (many pennies!!) . read more

Soon as we walked in, the salesperson came over and introduced herself. Which is nice right? But she asked if I had ever shopped there before to which I told her no and she replied "oooohhhh a newbie!!!". Well. That's off-putting but ok. From there we walked around and noticed that everything just seemed dusty. As we do the salesperson would pop up, Can I help you? Are you sure I can't help you? Don't forget I'm right here to help you! ...I'm a shopper shopper. I'm an over shopper, but the level of pushiness coupled with the dust and honestly over priced items ($400 for a decorative nutcracker) resulted in a day that was easy on my bank account. read more

BUYER BEWARE: Arhaus will not honor warranties on their mattresses, even when their own techs verify the defect. Less than 2/3rds of the way into the warranty, the mattress has developed 2" sags, a total breakdown of the foam support, and the pillow top is separating from the foam. Arhaus takes the position that breakdown of the very items they sell the mattress on - the support and comfort - are immaterial to the function of the mattress, and they don't see the sagging and breakdown of the support as defects. Their own tech said the bar was 1.5 inches, then suddenly the Arhaus team said - no wait - we mean 2"! They didn't even want to send the tech - I had to insist they come - and now they will not even give the terms of what they do think the warranty guidelines are. I've had a great experience with Arhaus in the past - I have purchased several thousand dollars of furniture with no unresolved problems (plenty of problems, just they were addressed in a reasonable fashion). This is entirely unacceptable, and I'll be seeing them in court. read more

The customer service of this location is stunningly poor. We purchased an entertainment center in the middle of March and were told we would receive delivery in mid April. I received no communication as to the progress of the delivery until I initiated a call on around April 20. I was told that the furniture would be delivered later that week. I received a call from the delivery company and was told that there was damage and they could not deliver. The sales rep said they would ship a replacement right away and delivery would occur the following week. It did not. I had to call and email a repeated number of times. Finally delivery occurred. When the item was delivered, and unpacked (after I had taken apart my TV connections and taken apart the old unit) the team onsite said it could not be assembled based in the pieces that they had. So, they packed up the unusable pieces left half the unit in another room and left. It was another week and a day before they returned with the correct pieces and final assembly. It occurred May 24 a full month after promised delivery initially offered by the salesperson. While I understand that things happen, the lack of communication, number of reschedules, broken promises would lead mew to advise this is NOT a place to do business with. They make you pay 100% up front, which offers no leverage on the back end of the transaction (i.e. "we have your money so deal with our incompetence"). Simply put, the price does not match the customer service one would expect. read more

Terrible customer service. My husband and I walked the entire store and not one person would help us. I honestly felt this was because we are younger. We decided to take our money elsewhere after that experience. I'm glad we did! I love my dining furniture from RH and Pottery Barn. They will even give interior design suggestions without having to purchase anything. read more

I had purchased the Addison bed and the cam locks need to be replaced. I called Customer service in July and was told they would ship out right away. I never received them I stopped in the Dayton Arhaus in September and they told me they were shipped to my old address in Dayton mind you I had given customer service my new address. They said someone would be contacting me about reshipping the parts. I called 2 weeks ago and I was told they would ship them right out. It is now the end of October and they said they would have to call me back to let me know when they could ship them. This is horrible customer service for a company that advertises the quality of their furniture and customer service. Their furniture is expensive and their service does not match the price you pay. read more

Last year I bought the Dune wedge sectional sofa. LOVE the "C" shape of this sofa as it fits perfectly in my great room, sits in the middle of the room facing the TV. However, I thought the cushions had foam cores and when it arrived there were down feathers everywhere. I called customer service and they told me the cushions had foam cores with a small layer of down surrounding and they would be durable. 9 months later the cushions were flat and looked 10 years old. I called again and was told I could have ordered a firmer core (without the down) at no additional cost. I thought thats what I HAD ordered!!! Happy to say Arhaus replaced all my cores and they have arrived and are being installed next week. I am hoping this will give my Dune a much needed facelift and bring my $3000 tired looking sofa a fresh young look! read more

This business is run by people who evidently do not stand behind their products. They have proven themselves to produce cheap, unreliable furniture. First of all, we ordered a kitchen table from them that took TEN MONTHS TO RECEIVE. We really liked the look of the table so we were patient . The first one showed up broken and had to be reordered. The second one finally arrived and now has the paint chipping off of it two months after we received it. The paint comes off with a soft sponge (not a brillow sponge, simply a soft moist yellow kitchen sponge). If you softly move something across the table like a bowl or glass, the paint comes with it. My toddler was sitting at the table and I walked into the room to notice him eating paint chips from the table as well. Wow. This is absolutely unacceptable. Arhaus has claimed these are customer caused. These chips are NOT customer caused. Why would I spend thousands of dollars on a kitchen table and then purposely chip the paint off intentionally? Ridiculous. There is a clear problem with their production pf his table and the paint not bonding properly to the surface. Arhaus is now lying and accusing me of causing this damage. The "tech" they sent out was selected by them, I had no say in who evaluated the table. He also stated "that's not normal" when he was evaluating the finish at my house. Now I will be forced to pursue legal action if his matter is not resolved. This company has now proven itself to be unethical on multiple fronts; accusing me of directly and purposefully chipping the paint off my new kitchen table that I waited almost a year to receive?! Additionally now stating that their "warranty" doesn't cover the finish of their product? This matter will not be resolved by Arhaus calling me a liar and refusing to back their product or come up with a mutually agreed upon resolution. Do yourself a favor and run the opposite direction. read more
