While the store itself can be a bit overwhelming, stocked practically to the ceiling with everything from band tshirts to fan girl merch to accessories, I have to say that I've always been impressed with how friendly and approachable their staff has always been. Once we had a tshirt that didn't fit, and exchanging it was no hassle at all. Their sticker prices might seem a little high, but between sales and their rewards program (you get store dollars for every so much you spend) I rarely pay full price for anything there.

Again I went to the fashion warehouse and they again were inhospitable and wouldn't help me it at all in exchanging the belt.
