Nice kohls. Everything looked clean and organized. Staff have always been helpful. I didnt have my coupon with me but the girl checking me out gave me a discount a coupon she had at the register. My only complaint is the way the road in this shopping area is set up. Its confusing and hazardous. This isnt kohls fault. I was shocked at some of the ugly dresses. Looked like something from hand maids tale or little house on the prairie. Ugh hope that's not the new style. Either way I'm not going to wear it. read more

It's a standard Kohls. You can sometimes find some good things and other times you can't. I use to love Kohls, but the now the clothes are just so outdated and everything is so disorganized I have zero desire to shop there. I do like the Jumping Bean brand for my very skinny and tall 7 year old. I also appreciate that they have a Junior department for my daughter. I like that they have an Amazon return center too. Kohl's isn't what it used to be.... I had worked for Kohl's back in 1999-2000 and had a wonderful experience. So I was excited for the opportunity to work for them again last Christmas (2019). It wasn't the same experience. They don't train you on the registers, they just stand you at a station and leave you to figure it out on your own. It's very difficult with a hoard of people staring at you and you don't even know how to start a sale. On my third day I was left totally alone. My job was to check out and count down 6 registers which of course, are at the front doors. I had a customer come through at the end of the evening. When I rang her up, took her payment, coupons and Kohl's cash, the register calculated the amount of Kohl's cash she should receive back. This was not acceptable to her. I apologized. She demanded more cash back. Again I apologized and said I would have to get help. They have these walkie-talkies so you can call for help but the ones on my side were missing. I didn't know what to do. So the customer told me to cancel the sale, grabbed all her purchases and she went to customer service. Suddenly this extremely hateful woman came up and told me she was sending me home because I was so rude to the customers. I wasn't rude at all. A little flustered, but not rude. Then she said she had been watching me. Really?? Watching me but not helping?? Turns out she's the assistant manager. I didn't get fired, but she took me off the registers for the rest of my time at Kohl's and made me clean up all the racks in the store. I stayed till the big employee discount sale and then quit. Come to find out, every employee at this Kohl's is scared of this woman and customers don't like her at all because she's so rude. Kohl's sent me a request to work there again this year. Only way that would happen would be if they got rid of her. As a customer, they NEVER have enough registers open. read more

I really like this particular Kohls location, even though I am not a fan of the Kohls chain overall. I stop by here when in Dayton for work if I happen to have a reward or something. This store seems newer and larger than other locations. It seems to have higher end stuff (brands) not available at all Kohls. Really check your pricing, sometimes its a good deal, but many times it is not (especially for brands available elsewhere). I found several items much cheaper in store than online. The staff is mostly friendly, although this visit the woman checking me out was overly aggressive about signing up for a Kohls charge, which was unwanted. read more

This is by far THE WORST MANAGED AND WORST LOCATION EVER. I work at Austin Landing. Use to love to shop there in my lunch hour. Then they got rid of all their women career clothes. Last time I was in a store employee was so rude and disrespectful, I snapped his head off and that of their store manager. All the girls in my office agree, the staff is rude, clearly not managed and the selection of anything is poor. We all love TJ Maxx and at least the staff doesn't tell you to f*** off when you call them out for being rude and unprofessional! Don't know what happened but don't care. read more

I'm not a big fan of Kohl's like most people. First of all, I find it to be a very disorganized department store where items are always thrown into the wrong rack so the pricing is always wrong. Why can't they just have the current prices on the product to make it easier. It seems they have so many sales, it's just hard to keep track. It never fails that when I think I know the price of something, I get to the register it's a different price. I get so frustrated. Also, I'm a bigger girl, so I shop the larger girl section - which is always horrible. I think the buyers feel that all bigger girls should look dumpy and old. I wish they would cater also to the younger people as well. One last thing, when I go to the register to pay, I hate being hounded about the charge cards - I hate saying no twenty times. Sometimes, I even tell the cashier before we even start, that I'm not interested and to not even ask - sometimes you just are not in the mood to do the whole back and forth - no thank you- no thank you- but you can save 20% on todays order - no thank you--- But, they still ask. I understand it's their job, but its so frustrating and I hate it. I've actually left store without buying anything because they kept asking over and over again. WHY? The one think I do like about Kohl's is their children's section. They do offer a wide range of selections for young boys and girls for a good price and that's refreshing. The bathrooms are always very clean and the home decor is always fashionable and current. So, that's a plus. This location as two sided parking lots and the store can be entered in basically four locations, which is different than most locations- making it easy to get turned around if you are not used to the location. Just pay attention to the door that is entered. read more

Nice store to go look around in, not a big Kohl's fan but this is a very organized and clean store. They had some really nice outdoor items.

Today October 24,2019 . Excited to go to kohl's today, I have lost 70lbs and needed new clothes and they have a good sale right now. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a pair of Spanx through the online pick up service because they're right down the street from my work. I'm going to a wedding tomorrow and needed these to feel a little more confident in a form-fitting dress. Not only did it take the first cashier about 20 min to figure out how to complete the order, but she left the security ink fob in the Spanx. Also, the item had been damaged because the fob pin has ripped through a seam in the garment. I had to go back the next day (wasting another lunch break). Went up to customer service and explained that I wanted the same Spanx/size but I wanted to exchange them for a non-damaged pair. The cashier (a different on this time) told me I had to go find them in the store myself! Spoke to the manager -- apparently this is the procedure with online orders that even though I didn't find them in the store originally, I have to go find them myself. Ended up returning the item completely then had to sort through their incredibly unorganized intimates section to find what I wanted. Wasted another whole lunch break on this. Terrible service. Don't use the online pick up because if they get it wrong it's on you to waste more of your time. Never going back!!!! read more

The service there is adequate at best. I stood in line to check out only to have the cashier take someone from the customer service line ahead of me. When I asked him why he told me he is taking turns between lines. He was rude and doing that was confusing and inconsiderate of my time waiting in line. If the customer service line is long then one of the csdhier's shoukd help there rather than taking people from that line ahead of people waiting in the regular line. It sends the wrong message to customers. read more

I am really not a fan of this department store. However, they sent a $10.00 gift card to the house so I decided to visit this location. I was able to get some nice pieces of jewelry. The location is a little far but the prices were right. read more

I am so impressed with Kohl's! I purchased an item for my son for Christmas. He was able to play with it a couple of times and then it quit working. Kohl's let me return it! No Hassel!!!! and I have a happy 7 year old again! read more
